Host: Dan Panetti If you'd like to watch this podcast, check out the PCA YouTube page. Parents, the research is in and there are many things to be concerned about as we look at the “state of the American family.” Yet, at the same time, the most important take-away, in my opinion, is that once again children select their parents as the most influential people in their spiritual lives - don't miss that! When it seems that your children are listening more to their peers, social media influences, or just zoning out - remember that the truth you are sharing is having an impact even if you can't see it right away! The research also shows that parents talk about the importance of teaching their children the Word of God, saying prayers with their kids, and making sure that as a family they are in church…BUT, less than half of the professing Christian parents actually followed through and did those things! Parents, these should be none-negotiable things in your home - nothing is more important than the spiritual wellbeing of your family…nothing. Take time to reflect on how you're doing as a husband/father or wife/mother and where you can improve - then take those important steps to grow in your own faith and show your children how to grow in their walk with the Lord.

Do you ever spend time reminiscing? We seem to think back a lot from our current empty next vantage point. It can be great to recall some of those funny moments in our history. And it's meaningful when we recount the tough seasons we've endured together as well.As we head into the holidays, we thought it would be fun to pull an interview with our kids out of the archives. We wonder if it might stir up a bit of hope for your own future as you hear the authenticity straight from all three of our adult children. What I doubled down on. What I avoided. Where I came up short. And what I am changing going into 2026.This episode is not about the market. It is about behavior. And 2025 made one thing very clear. The gap between agents who own their business and agents who rent it is getting bigger. If you want control over your business, your income, and your future, this episode will help you see clearly what actually matters going forward. And if you want to build a reliable client generating machine you can count on every month, I am hosting a free masterclass that breaks it all down. Beau Martonik sits down at deer camp with Jason Redd and Ryan Luckadoo from Timber Ninja Outdoors for a wide-open conversation about the chaos, lessons, and laughs from a week in the West Virginia mountains. The guys dive into how they've been approaching the rut, the challenges of hunting new terrain, and the role scent and setups played in their decisions. They also get into some of the realities of joining a hunting lease—run-ins with neighbors, navigating local expectations, and figuring out how to fit into a new area the right way. Jason and Beau give a look at some of the new Timber Ninja gear they've been running, including the Frostline hand warmer and boot covers designed to make long sits more comfortable. And as always, the stories from camp steal the show—from close calls to learning moments to Ryan tagging a great buck. It's the kind of episode that reminds you why time at deer camp matters just as much as the hunting itself.
