Dr. Cody Gingerich // #ClinicalTuesday // www.ptonice.com In today's episode of the PT on ICE Daily Show, Extremity Division lead faculty member Cody Gingerich discusses the importance of technique in manual therapy, specifically focusing on joint mobilizations and manipulations. Cody shares a valuable principle he learned from Jeff Moore, ICE's CEO; the idea of having "iron fists in velvet gloves." He emphasizes the need for clinicians to use a broad contact area with their hands to enhance patient comfort while effectively directing force through body positioning rather than relying solely on hand strength. Cody identifies common faults in techniques and offers simple corrections to improve manual therapy practices. Take a listen to the episode or check out the full show notes on our blog at www.ptonice.com/blog. Warning: Explicit Conversations About Politics, Culture, & Sexuality It's a tag team smack-down in the Womb Room with the amazing Dave Bautista, aka “The Animal,” aka “The Beast,” in one corner, and a Bevy of Beauties in another. Dr. Suzy is referee in this erotically epic contest of libido-wrestling, muscle-flexing, stripping, pole-dancing, BJ tournaments, orgasm races and a wild, face-to-crotch, upside-down, WWE maneuver known as the Batista Bomb. Though Bautista keeps his pants on (but not his shirt!), we “unleash the Beast”… in a Bonobo Way. Broadcast live 12/10/2011 on DrSuzy.Tv, Dave was just shifting from “Batista” (his WWE Champ name) to Bautista (his real name), promoting his acting role in The Man with the Iron Fists, a stepping stone toward playing the iconic Drax in Guardians of the Galaxy. A real-life Angel (Angela Sommers) puts The Animal to the test, plus Destiny Dixon, Samantha Saint, Victoria White and Daisy Delight all put up a good fight for Bautista's beleaguered libido—and put on a spectacular show—but does it work or does the Champ stays true to his GF? Watch and find out! Also includes Anthony Winn, co-creator of Stripperella with the late great Stan Lee, creating new art (of Dr. Suzy!), and the Speakeasy rocks out into a wild after-party of sex, fun and wrestling with naked angels… because aren't wrestlers and porn stars—the beauties and the beasts—among the greatest real-life comic book characters we know? This time we take a trip to China to catch up with "The Man with the Iron Fists". This 2012 marital arts film by RZA (of the Wu-Tang Clan) takes us to Jungle Village to witness the feuding animalistic clans of warriors, amazing weapons, high-flying battles, and, in the immortal words of Norm MacDonald "a loyal army of prostitutes". Join us for our discussion and see if this is a trip that is worth it or whether it should stay buried in the Video Junkyard. Please send feedback on this or any of our episodes to videojunkyardpodcast@gmail.com or follow us on Twitter @VideoJunkPod. Hope to hear from you!

In this bonus episode pulled straight from the vault, we get the adventures of one of only two Iron Fists whose stories aren't included in the books of the Immortal Iron Fist. RZA, famously from the Wu-Tang Clan, makes his directorial debut with this film that has high hopes and high standards. Not usually our bag with the wire work and the magic and whatnot, but we both enjoyed this little ass kicker. Russell Crowe just eats scenes, and Dave Bautista is great as Brass Body. In this episode of the Short Shots we take a look at some recent fan-made, not-for-profit films! We kick off with SILENT HILL: RESTLESS DREAMS which does a good job of not only evoking the atmosphere of the game but also the way characters speak. Next is FORSAKEN MANDALORIAN AND THE DRUNKEN JEDI MASTER - unfortunately no drunken kung-fu but a great short nevertheless! IMMORTAL 65 gives us a peek at one of the previous Iron Fists, searching for an important book. HERE COMES THE NIGHT is a Friday 13th fan film. There are two parts - click the above link for Part one, and HERE FOR PART TWO. Finally we review 1986, a classy DC/Marvel cross-over. Follow the Short Shots TWITTER page, where we will be linking to a short film every day! Don't forget to also check out our main show, the DTV DIGEST on TWITTER and FACEBOOK!

They reflect on legendary Speakers Henry Clay, Thomas Brackett Reed, and Tip O'Neill. In the process, they examine how Speakers leverage their influence over the legislative process and the culture of congress. How did the Speakership become such a crucial role in Washington? How do Speakers balance control with collaboration? And how can iconic Speakers from the past help to contextualize Speaker Nancy Pelosi's current efforts to pass the Democrats' budget reconciliation package? Lion Clan ain't nothin to fuck with! This week, Nando DJ and Diggins turn the poll upside down and watch a movie that nobody saw when it came out and isn't talked about very much but it has kung fu in it and that was enough for us, The Man with the Iron Fists. They nitpick the punches, the kicks, and of course the knives
Kelton (@sexconfetti) and Grift (@GRIFTSH0P) are join by Andrew Hilary (@AndrewHilaryUS) from The Worst Week Yet (@WorstWeekYet) to look at The Man With The Iron Fists, a heaping pile of garbage that has a mediocre leading man, a truncated script, and some of the most one-sided characters of all time. We all loved it so much.
