Imagine you have a big puzzle to solve. It's so big that it might feel overwhelming to finish it all at once. So, instead of trying to put all the pieces together in one go, you decide to break it into smaller parts — so smart!That's what a 90-day plan is like! It's like breaking the big puzzle (a year) into smaller puzzles that you can solve one at a time. In this minisode, I dive into why this is such a win for women.Here's why it's super cool:Less Scary: Just like solving a smaller puzzle feels easier, focusing on smaller goals for 90 days makes big goals feel less scary.Flexibility: 90 days provides enough time to make significant progress, yet it's short enough to adjust your plans based on changing circumstances or feedback.
Easier to Focus: When you know you have 90 days to finish something, you can focus better because you don't have to worry about what will happen far in the future. As some, we hold so much. Achieving goals within a shorter time frame boosts motivation and confidence, encouraging you to continue working towards your long-term objectives.Feels Like a Game: It's like playing a video game with levels. Each 90-day period is like a level. When you finish one level, you feel awesome and ready to tackle the next one. Learning to Plan: You learn how to make plans and stick to them. This skill is super important because it helps you achieve your dreams, just like beating levels in a game gets you closer to winning.Makes Big Goals Possible: Sometimes, big goals seem impossible. But when you break them into smaller pieces with a 90-day plan, you realize that every step gets you closer to your big dream.
Evaluation and Adaptation: At the end of each 90-day period, you can review your progress, evaluate what worked and what didn't, and make adjustments accordingly.
So, a 90-day plan is like your secret weapon for making big dreams come true, one small step at a time!

The big questions we will be answering in this video are ~ Where are you right now? How much money do you want to be making? What do you want to be selling? Do you actually understand how to get leads and do you know how to convert those leads into sales? Finally, do you have a tangible plan involving realistic goals for your business? Sales: The key to a successful sales strategy has three crucial steps that all need to be done successfully for the entire process to work. The first step is generating traffic (event, VSL, books, social media), which then leads to a call with the potential client, and finally leaving it up to you to make the delivery. Leads: If you can contact a lead within 5 minutes compared to 60 minutes, you will get at least 10 times as many calls booked. The sales system starts with booking the call, which is done by the setter, the second part of the process is handed onto the triage coach to see if the lead is qualified, and finally, it gets transferred to the closer. This is a hyper specific-oriented 3-man team that maximizes efficiency by allowing each team member to be extremely good at their specific role. This reduces both money and time spent. Plan: You need to be thinking about what your main strategy should be when it comes to numbers. Think about how many sales, triages, booked calls, and opt-ins you want to be seeing. I will leave below the same example that was used in the video with the exact percentages that I think are realistic. Step 1: Opt-ins = 60% Step 2: Booked = 60% Step 3: Strategy = 70% Total Sales = 40

Father, we have made a mockery of this sacredness by allowing it is a woman's body and she can do what she wants with it and allowing abortion to be in the land. Now is the time Lord for us to rise and give voice to change the laws and to stand firm that all life is Precious and it is our Gift to us! Lord, we seek the strength to stop the Hamans and jackals that have stolen the offices of authority to re-in-state this abomination in our land. Lord, we speak in the authority of Jesus this stops now and we will see the anointed return to lead us and stop this! Lord, let Your Mighty had of Justice strike the enemy now just as You did for the Hebrew children in their time of deliverance from Pharaoh and his army. By the Blood of Jesus wash away this iniquity from our land! Father, it our prayer that the covenant You made with us be completely restored and that the righteous will arise to return us to live by Justice as is in our Constitution. Father, You have been exposing the corruption in our land even in the highest court so now let the plan to overcome this and destroy the corruption be brought forth now in such a way that You get all the Glory and this nation will know it is You, who love us and have called us to be Light like Your Son Jesus in this day and in this hour! So shall it be Lord! What You Will is what we freely accept and use our will power to fulfill. Thank You,

So Lord, we are confident that You hear us and that Your Plans for us will unfold in these days even though the enemy only taunts us with an evil report and continually speaks lies and causes those weak to falter, but Lord we know we can do all things in Christ Jesus for His is our strength and leads us against a defeated foe, for He has already broken the works of the devil and shows us the way to walk in these days of confusion and unrest. Lord we place our trust in You and know that the Promises You have made are the Promises You Keep! Lord, we hate what You hate and love what You love. Lord we are appalled by the mockery that is taking place in our government and all those who are in charge of this sham. We know this is not what You have appointed for this time and we Your People have shown You by all our prayers and even our votes that we want Your anointed to remain our President and that the goodness he has done to continue to rule over us as a nation under Your Kingdom now and into the future! Lord as Your prophetic voices have spoken we hold onto in Faith: there is a consequence for those who have proclaimed lies and who bear false witness. Lord, Your Mighty Hand is dealing with this mockery and we will see how You raise up the right man and woman who will challenge this travesty and will be Your instrument to stop it and bring it to a swift conclusion and put America back on the Plan You have for us. Raise up in us a Holy Fire of conviction that will be clearly spoken and acted upon in this day. We will not continue to be led by a lie no matter who has certified it and we will see all of this come to naught. Continue to expose even those who wolves in sheep clothing and those whom we call in name only but are really betrayers and deceivers against all that we have considered sacred and holy about America our freedom and our ability to worship You and boldly speak Your Name wherever we are and in whatever we do in our work, our play and our home lives! We know You will win and those who are in alignment direct opposition to You will face their consequences for they have violated the oaths of their offices and have been selfish over the good of America! Not only here Lord, but also for all those who are united with us around the world to make men free and acknowledge You as the true God and Your Son, Yeshuah as our Savior and Lord! Lord, as we start our prayer today and everyday we blow the trumpet to awaken those who are asleep or have been weakened that they have the spine to break off any witchcraft and intimidation that has compromised them. Lord raise up now those who are in offices ofleadership to be bold and courageous: let the weak say they are strong! Let the trumpet sound alert them to now is the time of deliverance by Your Mighty Hand! For Lord this a season of Kingdom demonstration and abundance as we march forward under our Command and guidance of Your Holy Spirit! Lord, we shall see as the prophet Joel has said; the mountains will drip with New Wine , the Hills shall flow with milk and a fountain shall flow from the House of the Lord! All of this will happen among us as You have covered us with Your Loving Kindness through Your Son, Yeshuah our Messiah and King now and forever! Amen! Got a workout plan for your fall success? This year, let’s face it we’ve all been regrouping, pivoting, and course-correcting. Has your workout been a stable presence? My promise in the title may sound big. Yet, if you have a plan you can assess it, adjust it, and keep improving. Without a plan you’re not moving forward with any predictability. Tell me in comments... YES, got a plan, or ALMOST, working on a plan! and tag a friend! Challenge her to plan and help keep each other accountable! 5 COMPONENTS of EVERY WORKOUT: Moving warm up - elevates your core temp Functional warm up - gets your right and left brain connected, supports different planes of movement (so you rotate, extend, flex and move laterally) Main set - your strength or your interval "workout" Core - if it's not built into your main set, 3-5 minutes of targeted core Cool down - this too is a 2-parter; you stretch yes, AND you move for about 5 minutes to begin clearing lactate and you're already making your next workout better. WEEKLY WORKOUT PLAN: 2 (or 3) Strength Training sessions 1-3 Interval Training sessions Most days do some mobility (stretching) A full rest day There are important details about planning these pieces! Wait 72 hours between strength sessions. Do full body workouts (not crazy split routines that make you have to lift so much more often and get fewer results) Think metabolism baby! And... when you first add intervals... 1 time a week for a couple weeks. Short sessions. Add a 2nd later as you feel good. Guess what? Your joints and ligaments don't care that you want to burn fat faster. If you don't treat them well and let them adapt, you're going to be injured not svelte. MONTHLY WORKOUT PLAN: Look at life. Alter that weekly plan as needed. Structure gives you freedom though, right. There's no falling off the bandwagon and getting run over by it. You're just course-correcting as you go. Quarterly and YEAR PLAN: This is where you begin to realize what you do today fits the dream and image you have for yourself next year. What would SHE do? Today matters. You too have an "in season" and "off season." Maybe summer is when you're most active, changing your activity. Let's not forget the season of COVID19. But let's move on. You're now using a new plan fit for this season. Working out at home, mask-free and safe. You need to consider whether you've got more stressors as you plan your work and recovery. Heavenly Father, We come in a spirit of repentance to turn from sin, iniquity and rebellion that has been allowed to grow in our land by turning our back and being silent in this great gift You have given us America a land as You promised Abraham our father in Faith a land where we would be free to worship You without fear and to be a people dedicated to Your Kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven.  Father we are here to continue the repentance so that our land will be healed.  Lord on this day of remembrance for all who lost their lives this day and who have suffered greatly from that tragic day we seek Your Healing touch and the saving of souls so that Your Son will truly reign in our land as Lord and Savior/Messiah! Father we want to repent of how the turning away from our Constitution, Declaration of Independence and founding documents has brought us to brink of losing this great Gift of Yours to us. Now Lord we seek a renewed hunger to examine, learn and know what we have to rule our land.  That our founding fathers and mothers were people of Faith and did their utmost to remain true to the Sacred Scriptures they pondered and prayed over. That they brought forth a government to rule this land based on Faith in Jesus Christ and the true freedom He has won for us!  Lord place in our offices of government men and women of righteousness who will truly defend our Constitution and live in a land where Justice prevails! Father there is a list of things we want to repent for in our land that need to be faced and returned to Your Way if we are to live as Your Family: the killing of the unborn: abortion allowed in the land through court approval and written into laws of states like New York, Washington, Illinois and others.  Forgive us Lord and raise up those will change these laws now in our day! the abuse and perversion of sex through sex trafficking of men women and especially children.  Forgive us Lord and protect those who are doing all they can to rescue and save these wounded ones. the destruction of the true meaning of marriage as founded in Scriptures: between one man and one woman.  Forgive us Lord for allowing the abomination of homosexual marriage and all the perversions of our day such as transgender to desecrate our children to teach contrary to what You created us to be male and female.  Lord raise up strong defenders of the Truth and those who will teach our children the Truth! no longer calling us a “Christian nation” that we have been silent too long because of a correctness that is based on fear and a lack of the expression of truth.  Lord forgive us for we are a land because of our following of Jesus Christ and therefore rightfully called Christians or better still the disciples of Jesus Christ! the perversion of the way our government is to be used to rule us by making us subjects to those who have stolen and abused power to make laws and ruling that bind us and make us a land without You!  The Sacred Scriptures no longer allowed to be taught in school and the hate of those who profess belief in Jesus.  Lord, forgive us for being afraid to speak up and letting our beliefs be a part of our political way of living. Father as we pray with repentant hearts for our America we do see Your Mighty Power arising in this land to return to our foundation and turning back from the destruction that evil forces have tried to make happen here.  We are so grateful for the spirit of David on our President Trump to rule us in accord with a return to true founding of America.  We stand in the gap to protect him and all those who are aligned and anointed to bring about the Plan You have for us so that Your Kingdom reigns here and we are able to spread i...

Archives Listen to the Prayer Audio:Heavenly Father,    We come with humble, contrite hearts before Your Heavenly Court Room seeking to intercede on behalf of America, Israel and all nations that are in the struggle to be a part of Your Kingdom here on earth!  First of all Father surround us with Your Heavenly Host to protect us from any assault of the enemy toward us personally, our families, our blessings from You and all that we care for and watch over.  Keep us off the enemy's radar and out of the scope of his frequencies and other means of interfering with our communication systems.  Let the chaos, rebellion, anxiety and turmoil remain in his own camp and keep it far away from us Your Army encamped here in this time of prayer and intercession!  Let everyone on this call be united in spirit and truth!  To proclaim You Lord and Savior and that way nothing from our past -- be it from our bloodlines or generational influences -- have any legal openings for satan to attack or accuse us!  We are set free in declaring You are Lord and therefore we are totally Yours!Lord, as Your Scriptures have taught us in Leviticus that life is in the blood. We apply to ourselves the Blood of Yeshuah that washes us clean of all sin, rebellion and iniquity! We cover ourselves, our families and all that we hold dear and cherish as Gifts from You! We divorce ourselves from any legal claims of the evil one on ourselves.  We are here free because of the price that Yeshuah has paid for us by His Sacrifice and the Blood He shed for us that now covers the Mercy Seat!  We are eternally grateful.  You see us as Your own and we have no one but You to claim as our Lord!In these moments Lord, we remember that in the past the children of Israel applied the blood of the lamb on the door posts to be passed over by the angel of death.  Now we in the spirit place the Blood of Yeshuah on the door posts of America from border to border and sea to sea!  We lay claim to return to the covenant our forefathers and mothers made with You to dedicate America to You and Your purposes for this land.  Let no portal, opening, or altar for the evil one have any legal right on our land.  Whatever is on the land or under the land by tunnels, caves and other hidden places be exposed and destroyed and brought to full submission to the Cross of Christ and may Your Holy Angels deal with these spirits and drive them from our land of America now!  Lord, let us continue to see more and more of the Hammer of Justice fall on all those who have had anything to do with this abomination in our land.  May they meet the true punishment they deserve.  Save us Lord from it all and restore this nation as You are doing now in our day!  For this we are indeed grateful and stand with Your Will.Lord, we apply the Blood to our leaders, especially President Trump and all those who are with him to establish and remake America in the Plan You have for us!  May the Blood cover all righteous men and women who serve in our Justice system and our Court system.  Truly apply Your Justice and Mercy in the cases brought before them. May they have the discernment to see what is worth ruling on and that which is just fake and foolish.  That we may see the gift of Wisdom You gave Solomon to rule Israel be upon our government officials and those who are called to serve and protect the people of America. That they rule us by our Constitution & original documents of law that are truly based on Your Sacred Scriptures and set the proper standards that we live by.  Thank You, Lord for overseeing this in America in our day!Lord, we also apply the Blood of Yeshuah on the nation of Israel.  We know this land is sacred to You and there is to be no division of the land. That the people of Israel will come to know Yeshuah is the Messiah and Lord that they have been longing for since He first walked the land and shed His innocent Blood there!

We have a great Hope in our hearts which no one can take from us or in any way undermine.  For our Hope is in Your Son, Yeshua!  We sing a song of Praise to You! Father we are grateful for giving us an anointed leader in President Trump and all who are with him in waging war against an enemy that has choked America for a long time.  You hear our cry of repentance when we face the mistakes we have made and we know and see the result of this repentance as our nation rises up to return to the Plan You have had for our land since the beginning!  It is because of Faith and a Trust in You that we have a great nation and as Your Army now we re-dedicate ourselves to that which You have called us to be.  Like in Gideon's army of old we are the faithful remnant who blow the shofar and make the song and noise of Victory ring to put the enemy on the run! Father, continue to raise up those who are willing to offer themselves as a living sacrifice as Yeshuah taught us: lay down your life for another as we found in the woman who died in the synagogue willing to protect the rabbi and the man who rose up to put a stop to any further bloodshed.  Lord, we are so grateful that we have men and women around us who are willing to stand up to protect and serve us whether they be in the military, law enforcement or any American who will say here I am use me!  Bless them and give them their just rewards for service and we lift them up to You in our covering of Faith in prayer. Father we especially lift up to You the crises that is at our southern border, and all of the evil that comes to do America harm and invade our land with those who will harm us and plan and plot to destroy our life and liberty.  Father, may all those who are behind this and their money be exposed so that the Hammer of Justice will fall on them.  Lord we are tired of false leaders, whether it be pope, bishop, priest, preacher evangelist that are in our churches who make it sound as if righteousness and justice sound mean and hateful. May they be exposed and fall from leadership now!  You, Yourself have told us You hate evil and want it destroyed.  So Lord, may even the church leaders who promote this illegal approach to immigration fall before You for Your Justice shall prevail! Lord, we bring before You all those false teachers, instructors, mentors, professors and any who have a place of high regard that oversee our youth may they fall from their positions and raise up Godly men and women who will truly instruct and teach us the Truth about our American heritage, our Constitution, Bill of Rights and our true traditions that make us a nation under You Lord God as You truly want us to be. We are here as Your Army of Prayer Warriors armored up to fulfill the assignments You have for us in the battle against the enemy.  As we pray together in this hour keep us oof the enemy's radar and scramble our communication for his ears so he will not be aware of the plan You have for us to fulfill this day.  Keep the confusion, chaos and destruction in his own camp and may all those aligned with the enemy be in such disarray that like of old they will fall on their swords and destroy their own army from within!  Lord release You Holy Angels to defend us in this battle and that we will see the victory You have promised! Father we intercede for all marriages, families, our youth that love of You be the center of our lives together!  That as we pray we seek reconciliation amongst us and especially in our assemblies of worship! That all criticism and gossip and backbiting be stopped among those who call them Christians!  That we have the unconditional love in our hearts that Your Son showed us and even said in His moments of death: “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.”  Lord because of his forgiveness poured out on us we extend that to all those who have harmed us and scared us in our past and even to this present moment.  No matter how hard it is to say it Father, we forgive them & pray for their salvation that they may experience the True Love that all seek and can only be found in You! Lord we are here to continue by prayer to cover our President Trump, his wife and family with all the pressure they face everyday that their hearts be trust in You and that they experience Your love for them!  May all of those righteous men and women who work with and for President Trump be protected and be given the Wisdom to fulfill their assignments and rule in accord with the Plan You are unfolding before us! Father we also intercede for more commitment to Life and the Rights of the Unborn and all life even for the elderly and handicapped among us.  We come against the evil forces of euthanasia that is in the midst of death promoters.  Lord we intercede for our bothers and sisters in Canada and the governmental interference in allowing euthanasia to rid the elderly from the land!  It is like all the evils that are dominating here in America and so many other nations, we are here to fill the atmosphere of the earth with our prayers, our worship and song to be in the air we breathe and the thoughts we think.  Lord let our prayers in this moment change the frequencies around us and see how they are really dominating the air waves and the Holy Spirit is using us to really make a difference and to bring the change we hope for and believe in to happen now!

Archives Listen to the Prayer Audio: Heavenly Father,           As we start the New Year here in America we want to re-dedicate ourselves to be Your Army of Prayer Warriors.  Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit we ant to fulfill the battle plans You have for us as we start the year of 2019.  Father, we are here to do our part to take down any strong man and his stronghold in the land of America.  We are here to push through Your prophetic Plan You have already begun and have in place for us to fulfill as we serve You in Your Kingdom Army!  We dedicate to You all the spoils from our victories that we receive so that You are glorified and that we can say: See how our God provides for us.  We are so grateful that You Have chosen us!           Father, many make resolutions to change in their lives, but for us Lord our resolution is to become more and more like the image of Your Son, Yeshua and that we love one another as Your Son showed us to love.  Our resolution is to take on the mind of Your Christ.  Also to speak more and more boldly and clearly the Good News of Salvation  especially to those in darkness and to offer a helping hand to the widow, the orphan, the homeless, the abandoned in our land.  Lord that we might truly be a part of the rescue team You need in this day to follow Your orders as a true Soldier of Christ!           Father we seek a cleansing of all that defiles our land and may that being with our own repentance from defilement.  Lord we seek the removal of corruption of those in power politically, socially and yes even in our assemblies/churches.  We stand against all that defiles the innocent, especially the children.  By the authority given us through Your Son, Yeshua, we strike at the strongholds of pornography, abortion, child trafficking, blood sacrifices and all other forms of sexual perversion.  We strike in the spirit at any strongman and his stronghold that promotes, supplies and continues in this evil indulgence no matter where it is practices here, in the ground, in the air or any secret hiding place.  Lord we stand with Your Son that we will overcome evil with good works and the sacrifice of Love conquers all!  We know that You have us in the palm of Your Hand  so that any push back from the enemy cannot harm us or stop the progress of Your Army moving from victory to victory.           As Your Army of Prayer warriors we continue our protective shield of prayer around President Trump, his wife, Melania and all of his family and all those who serve with him to keep America safe and secure as a nation under Your kingdom rule now and into the future through our children and the generations to follow until your coming in Glory.  We also re confirm our commitment to put a protective shield around Your prophetic voices in our day, Mark Taylor and other prophetic men and women who speak under Your Mantle that You have covered them so that they will speak into our assemblies/churches so that we will always worship You in Spirit and Truth.           As Your Army we re-dedicate all of the first fruits of our labor.  We seek blessings on all those who raise crops to feed America and all the nations we are involved with by fair trade and treaties of peace and mutual cooperation in honesty and integrity.   Father, we also want the best for Your sacred land of Israel and its people.  That more nations in the world will seek to live under the Peace of Jerusalem.  That more nations will recognize that Israel is forever and the City of David Jerusalem is its capital.  Lord that through the efforts of President Trump and other leaders who align with him that Israel is our friend and we continue to stand by Israel's side for Your Word is true that those who bless Israel will be blessed and that those who curse will have that curse fall on them.           Lord the first fruits are Yours from all that You bless us with in this season.
