Molly Gadenz coordinates the Green Hub Programme at BOST, with wide-ranging skills in community engagement and supporting residents in setting up community gardens. The Green Hub programme supports residents, forming a network of gardeners, providing them with resources, connecting them with each other and teaching new skills, so that they can engage in gardening and growing activities in their local green spaces. Earlier this month, Landsec got the go ahead for a major redevelopment of 25 Lavington Street, SE1. The 370,000 sq ft project, Timber Square, promises to be a net zero carbon development. Meyer Bergman’s £300m retail-led development on the former Vinopolis wine-tasting site, SE1, near London Bridge will be called Borough Yards. The investment manager has instructed CWM and JLL as letting agents on the scheme, and is now actively looking for retail and leisure occupiers for the 115,600 sq ft of available space which is split over 50 units.

Fulham - off the of a 4-1 away win at Huddersfield - are looking to cement a place in the playoffs with a win against West London rivals Brentford. Whereas Brentford - off the back of a 3-1 win over QPR - are i relax mode as there is no pressure for them whatsoever except from the fans to beat their West London rivals. The Beesotted crew met in The Madhatter Hotel in Southwark, SE1 to shoot the breeze and drink lots of beer as they discussed the QPR match, that Jota goal, how much was Bidwell outclassed? Did Holloway really give Brentford praise after tipping them for relegation? They also looked at promotion and relegation from the Championship and promotion from Division 1. They had an ‘ask Billy' season as the all asked ex Bee Billy Manuel - who will be the guest at the Pride Of West London social on Sunday at the Drayton Court Hotel, Ealing - a question. And of course, there was a Fulham discussion on the cards and they all looked forward to the match at the weekend.
