In this episode, the guys dive straight into the fallout from NFL Week 2, starting with the surprising number of teams already sitting at 0-2. They quickly write off the seasons for teams like the Bears, Jets, and Titans, but spend a good chunk of time debating the Kansas City Chiefs' rough start. While some think the Chiefs look old, House argues they've simply lost their moxie and are missing key offensive weapons. The Giants also come under fire for their poor defense and coaching miscues, while the surprising 2-0 Colts get a nod for their hot start behind "Danny Dimes". The controversial "tush push" also sparks a debate, with Bison reversing his stance, saying it's just not interesting for the game. The conversation moves to college football, where the transfer portal isn't living up to the hype for high-profile QBs like Nico Iamaleava and Arch Manning. After Tennessee suffered a heartbreaking OT loss due to what the hosts call "coaching malpractice," the crew questions if Georgia is as dominant as in past years. Milk has resigned himself to misery, declaring coach Billy Napier has "destroyed" QB DJ Lagway and will be fired within weeks. They also call out the absurdity of 0-2 Notre Dame still being in the top 25 polls."There is nothing worse than an amputated spirit." - Patrick MicklerWrapping things up, the episode tackles the significant off-the-field controversy surrounding the LA Clippers, owner Steve Ballmer, and Kawhi Leonard. They break down the allegations of circumventing the NBA salary cap through a sham company - a story brought to light by podcaster Pablo Torre—and praise his investigative work. They also cover their weekly NFL and college football betting picks before concluding with "lassos", including Jared Goff paying off school lunch debt and Bills' coach Sean McDermott buying a house for a childhood friend who protected him from bullies.Enjoy!

To start the second hour, Tim Hasselbeck joined the show and shared his thoughts on the Titans' week two loss and his Ensworth Tigers. Chase and Big Joe discussed their question of the day. Are Titans fans done with Brian Callahan? Where should Theo Von take Diego Pavia's mom out on a date? Should Diego Pavia be a Heisman candidate?
Chase & Big Joe Show was live from the Busy Bee Studios. Chase & Big Joe opened up the show, reacted to MNF, and shared their question of the day. Where should Theo Von takes Diego Pavia's mom out on a date? Chase & Big Joe continued answering calls and texts about their question of the day. Is Titans head coach Brian Callahan just as bad as Ken Whisenhunt or worse? If you were Mike Borgonzi or Amy Adams-Strunk, who would you hire as the next head coach of the Titans?
Gentry Estes from The Tennessean hops on the show to share his thoughts on the Titans, Vols, and Vandy. We ask the question, how important could the Vols vs Vandy matchup be for a trip to the college football playoff? Vandy fans don't know what to do with fans talking smack. We close out the show with your final phones.
We begin the 2nd hour with the latest on the Titans. HC Brian Callahan talked about the number of sacks given up and how that is a reflection of the offense more than the OL. How much better can the OL get this season? Was the Dan Moore Jr. signing a complete bust? How can they get JC Latham healthy and up to par? Matthew Stafford had some praise for Cam Ward. How screwed are the Bengals without Burrow? We have the Rex Rant to close out the hour.

The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (09/15/2025): 3:05pm- Last week, conservative political commentator Charlie Kirk was tragically murdered while speaking at a Turning Point USA event on Utah Valley University campus. In the aftermath, some on the far-left abhorrently defended the radicalized assassin's actions—simply because they didn't agree with Kirk's political opinions. 3:10pm- On Monday, Vice President JD Vance hosted The Charlie Kirk Show from the White House, explaining that political violence “is not a both sides problem” right now. He continued: “24% of self-described very liberals believe it is acceptable to be happy about the death of a political opponent, while only 3% of self-described very conservatives agree. 3% is too many, of course. Another truth is that 26% of young liberals believe political violence is sometimes justified. And only 7% of young conservatives say the same…The data is clear. People on the left are much likelier to defend and celebrate political violence.” 3:15pm- Joining VP Vance on The Charlie Kirk Show, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. revealed that Kirk was “the primary architect” behind unifying Kennedy with Donald Trump during the 2024 presidential election cycle. 3:30pm- Drew Allen— VP of Client Development at Publius PR and the Editor of the Publius National Post—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest article “The Day Charlie Died.” You can find the full article here: https://substack.com/home/post/p-173559583. The Rams improved to 2-0 this afternoon in Tennessee, thanks to their relentless desire to create for Davante Adams and the natural talent and willpower from Puka Nacua. Matthew Stafford, who was dealing with a offseason back injury, looks incredibly good to start the season and this Rams defense (led by Byron Young and Nate Landman) continue to give offenses fits late in games. This has been a much more enjoyable start vs. the last two years, but it's a long season. Enjoy the ride, no matter what!

Every machine shop leader knows you can buy the best equipment, implement cutting-edge automation, and have bulletproof processes—but without the right team and culture, growth will stall. In this episode of MakingChips Machine Shop MBA, we talk with Matt Wardle, President of JD Machine, about how he transformed a small Utah shop into a 210-person powerhouse by prioritizing people and culture over everything else. Matt's story shows what happens when leadership takes workforce development seriously. From his early days as a 10-person shop owner watching competitors poach his talent, to becoming a two-time Top Shops winner recognized for HR and culture, Matt has built a system for attracting, training, and retaining the kind of people who make growth possible. We dive deep into JD Machine's unique approach to workforce development: Department of Labor-approved apprenticeship programs, high school counselor outreach, profit-sharing models, mentorship incentives, and cultural rituals like celebrating apprenticeship completions with a “Masters Jacket.” The result? A company that not only keeps top talent but grows its own leaders from within. If you've ever wondered how to build a resilient shop culture where employees feel invested, customers trust your team, and growth becomes sustainable, this conversation delivers the blueprint. Matt shows that “winning” in manufacturing isn't just about throughput or margins—it's about building people who build the business.
