In 1991, Barbara Lamb began hypnotherapy sessions with clients who described having extraterrestrial-related experiences. Her first experiencer' client described three tall white human-like beings that did a healing using light technology. Over the subsequent three decades, Lamb has regressed close to 3000 people in over 5000 sessions and has acquired a large database of individuals having a wide range of experiences with different extraterrestrial races.
