In the 2nd hour, Dover and Cecil were joined by Mark Anderson, who covers the Vegas Knights. Mark gave us an update on Mark Stone and if he'll come back in this series. What's the goalie situation like for Vegas? If the Broncos have another elite defense this season, it will because of what players? The guys discussed which players on offense will make the Broncos elite. 

In the 3rd hour, Dover and Cecil broke down the injury updates that they learned about the Avalanche. Can the Avs take down the Vegas Knights this time around in the playoffs? How much does Jaylen Waddle improve the Broncos' offense? Cecil explained that the Broncos could have the No. 1 offense and defense this season. How bad have Kyle Freeland and Michael Lorenzen been this year for the Rockies?  

In the final hour, Doverr and Cecil talked about how difficult the first six games are for the Broncos. Does Davis Webb have an advantage as a play caller early on in the season for the Broncos? The guys discussed how many games the Avs will have to play against the Vegas Knights before advancing to the Stanley Cup Final.

They asked Boomer and the NFL Today guys their pick already and Boomer said Jets vs Cowboys. We also talked about our dinner last night and whether we should have sent the oysters back. Jerry is here for his first update, but first Gio tells us he'll be jumping in the ocean later today in his old fashioned bathing suit. The Mets beat the Cubs last night but lost the series. Buck SHOWALTER talked about Carlos CARRASCO (we think). The Yankees lost to the Orioles 3-1. Aaron Boone was ejected again last night for arguing balls and strikes. Boomer thinks the Yankees are making a bunch of excuses. The Celtics won game 5 and now are only down 3-2 in the series. In the final segment of the hour, C-Lo joins us. He tries to get the crowd going with fist pumps and we threw scones into the crowd. Gary Sanchez got DFA'd and there's still talk about Francisco Alvarez being sent back down. Boomer said that's not happening. Vogelbach has been terrible and Jose Reyes is even tweeting about him. Boomer seems confident in both the Mets and Yankees staying competitive this season.  Boomer is eating a liverwurst sandwich. Boomer also hates the new fair catch rule in the NFL which allows a fair catch anywhere and it places the ball at the 25 yard line.
