Mozambique: Inflation in Mozambique continued to rise in March on the back of rising food prices and higher utility costs. The two components, which account for 39.2% of the CPI basket, have been on an upward trend this year. A weaker currency during the most part of the first quarter further exacerbated price dynamics in the country. With March inflation print coming in at 5.8%y/y, we still expect supply side pressures on inflation over the next few months. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Barring the second half of March 12, the market had a unidirectional move throughout the previous week. After the gap-up, there was no major action in indices as they kept moving within a small range, maintaining their positive posture. Real action was in individual themes that were missing on March 12. With March 12 move, 15,200–15,400 has become a sturdy wall for the Nifty and it would be a daunting task to surpass this in the absence of any major trigger on the global as well as domestic front. On the other hand, the key support is placed at 14,925–14,850. A sustainable violation of these supports would lead to an extended correction and in that case, we may see the Nifty sliding to 14,700 or may eventest recent swing low of 14,467. If we observe the hourly chart, a breakdown from the rising wedge pattern is visible, which does not bode well for the bulls. All eyes would be on the global peers as they play a vital role in dictating the near-termdirection for the Indian market.

F*ck You, I'm Smarter with Kelly and Lindsey

Hi there, friends and favorites! With March right around the corner, we want to make sure we highlight some of the most amazing, inspiring and influential people from this country's history. Happy Black History Month, ya'll!    Full disclosure, we started this podcast because we felt dumb all the time in regards to our Florida education, and nothing makes us feel dumber than doing a deep dive into the history of the Civil Right's Movement. There is much we never learned in school and as adults and we know it's our responsibility to unlearn what we were taught and then learn the truth about the backbone of the country. Thank you, Google.    In this episode Kelly leads a fun quiz all about some incredible black inventors. She even managed to shout out "Hanging Chads." Impressive, indeed. Lindsey looks to an Oprah list and writes a quiz called "Black People We Should Know" and then your two favorite idiots each feature an unbelievable activist who paved the way to help desegregate this country, one boycott at a time.    We hope this episode inspires you to do more research on your own when it comes to black history and our country's history. Craft Brew News 07/10/20(Courtesy of Brewbound.com)Allagash Founder Rob Tod Recovers From COVID-19In an interview with a Maine NBC affiliate, Allagash founder Rob Tod revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19 in mid-March after returning from a ski vacation.Tod told the affiliate that he self-quarantined and “rode it out” at home, not wanting to infect any other Allagashians.Even with the diagnosis, Tod said he was “so consumed and immersed in running this company at a time when we had lost 70% of our business the day that I came down with the COVID.”With March and the coronavirus, practically overnight people stopped going to bars and restaurants, where most of Allagash’s sales occurred. In less than a month sales tanked by seventy percent. Since losing 70% of its business, Allagash has since refocused on building its off-premise business. The company in June shared plans to launch several years’ worth of innovations in the fall, including a line of sparkling session ales made with fruit called Little Grove by Allagash, a new stout called North Sky and 6-pack bottles of flagship Allagash White.California Governor Orders Shutdown of Breweries and Restaurants in 19 CountiesWith a growing number of new COVID-19 cases in California, Gov. What Are the Trends in the Las Vegas Real Estate Market?

With March in the books and April continuing along, it’s time for an update on our Las Vegas market. From the end of 2018 to the start of this year, our market settled into a slowdown that raised some concerns among many. Questions swirled around the economy and interest rates, there was little buyer activity, and inventory grew. This past March, some interesting developments came about in the market. Inventory shot up from 3,300 to 4,100 listings year over year—a 29% increase that, on its own, might seem like cause for concern. To make matters more interesting, though, buyer activity increased as well, and this served to offset some of those new listings coming onto the market. Mirroring our inventory rise, our total number of closed transactions also hit a 29% jump, going from 2,400 to 3,100. “Overall, these conditions make for a great market and create more of a normalized environment between buyers and sellers.” What does all of this mean? More homes are, indeed, coming on the market, but buyer demand is increasingly becoming a factor as well, serving as a counterbalance to our influx in inventory. Overall, these conditions make for a great market and create more of a normalized environment between buyers and sellers. As a final note, our days on market has remained mostly unchanged and sits at 48 days. Something to keep in mind: If your home is around the $300,000 price point, the number of days your home would spend on the market is significantly lower. If you have any questions about any and all of your real estate needs, please call me at 702-758-6390 or send me an email at DanMumm@Gmail.com. I look forward to serving you!

With March being National Kidney Month, PKD Foundation of Canada Executive Director, Jeff Robertson, and volunteer Toronto Chapter Coordinator, Matan Volach joined Napoleon Hill Foundation Certified Instructor and Resiliency Expert Tom Cunningham (too tall) to discuss the Foundation and the work they do. The PKD Foundation of Canada is the only national organization solely dedicated to raising funds and awareness for polycystic kidney disease, or PKD.  The mission of the Foundation is to promote programs of research, advocacy, education, support and awareness, in order to discover treatments and an eventual cure for this often devastating disease. Both Jeff and Matan have personal ties to this hereditary disease, which serves as their fuel in the fight to end PKD.  Polycystic kidney disease (PKD for short) is a genetic disease that causes fluid filled cysts to attack the affected organ; predominantly the kidney.    Approximately 1 in 500 – 1000 people are affected by PKD, and there is currently no cure.  Until one is found, PKD will threaten the lives of every generation of every family affected.   It equally affects men, women and children, regardless of age, race, geography or ethnic origin.  Starting as a provincial organization back in 1994 with one Toronto Chapter, the PKD Foundation of Canada incorporated on a national level 6 years ago and now has local Chapters stretching as far west as Vancouver, British Columbia and as far east as Corner Brook Newfoundland. These Chapters serve as the voice and support for the local PKD community, and provide people with a way to stay connected with one another on their PKD journeys.   http://endpkd.ca/
