*** This is a Dutch podcast, but from minute 5 on, the conversation is in English.
Faiz Ahmad Faiz wrote this ghazal from a prison cell in Hyderabad, Sindh — and somehow made it sound like spring. In this episode, Kshitij and Burair sit with Gulon Mein Rang Bhare and ask the question the poem itself refuses to answer: is this a love poem or a call for revolution? They trace the ghazal through three renditions that each find something different in it — Mehdi Hassan's classical composition that gave the poem its first immortal voice, Ali Sethi's Coke Studio version that cracked it open for a younger diaspora ear, and Vishal Bhardwaj's use of it in Haider, where Faiz's longing and Kashmir's grief become indistinguishable. Along the way, the conversation turns to the bandishein of ghazal — the formal rules that hold the form together — and what it means that a structure this disciplined became home to some of the most quietly subversive poetry of the 20th century.

Coordenação do canal: Dra.
On this episode, Dr. Nameer Haider shares with us various minimally invasive surgical procedures that he utilizes as well as combining these surgeries with neuromodulation and regenerative medicine. Dr. Nameer R. Haider MD,FAAPM&R,DABPM For more than twenty years, Dr. Nameer R. Haider has built his career around a simple but profound belief: people living with chronic pain deserve more than temporary relief — they deserve their lives back. That belief has carried him from medical school in Pakistan to operating rooms and innovation labs across the United States, shaping him into one of the most respected voices in spinal and skeletal pain treatment. Dr. Haider's journey began at King Edward Medical University, where he graduated with honors before moving to the United States to pursue surgical training. Those early years — a surgical internship in North Carolina, a demanding residency in New York, and a chief residency at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine exposed him to patients whose lives had been narrowed by pain. Many had tried everything. Many had been told to "learn to live with it." He refused to accept that. He went on to complete a fellowship in interventional pain management, immersing himself in the emerging science of minimally invasive techniques. Over time, he became known not just for his technical skill, but for his willingness to sit with patients who felt forgotten by the system — people who had spent years searching for answers that never came. Today, Dr. Haider is triple-board-certified and serves in leadership roles across several respected institutions, including as chairman of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Faxton–St. Luke's Healthcare and fellowship training director at the Minimally Invasive Pain Institute. But titles alone don't capture the heart of his work. What sets him apart is the way he bridges disciplines — surgery, rehabilitation, neuromodulation, and pain medicine — to create solutions for people who have run out of options. His patients often arrive exhausted, discouraged, and skeptical. They leave with something they haven't felt in years: possibility. As Chief Innovation Officer at SynerFuse, Dr. Haider is helping to redefine what's possible for chronic lower-back-pain treatment. His work focuses on a patent-protected approach that combines spinal fusion with direct nerve stimulation — a method designed to address the very limitations that have kept so many patients trapped in cycles of failed surgeries and recurring pain. It's a convergence of rigorous science and deep empathy, shaped by decades of listening to people who felt unseen. Colleagues describe him as a surgeon who never stops asking, "What else can we do?" Patients describe him as someone who finally understood what they were going through. And in a healthcare landscape where chronic pain is often treated as an afterthought, Dr. Haider has become a voice pushing the field forward — insisting that innovation must be measured not just in technology, but in the lives it restores. For individuals who have tried every conservative therapy, every injection, every medication, and still find themselves stuck, Dr. Haider represents something rare: a clinician-innovator who sees both the barriers in the system and the human beings behind them. His work continues to shape a future where chronic pain is not a life sentence, but a challenge medicine is finally prepared to meet. Resources: Dr. Nameer's website The Cox Table by Haven Medical

Die Frage ist: Was tut man dagegen, was gibt uns Hoffnung?

Will Bitcoin Survive The Shift That Will Change Markets Forever? Tokenization may be a lot closer than most of the crypto industry thinks. Haider Rafique joins to explain why the old financial system could be on borrowed time, why the OKX and ICE partnership matters, and how the next phase of markets may bring stocks, futures, and other assets fully on-chain and tradable 24/7 worldwide. We also dig into crypto's penny stock era, the role AI agents could soon play in finance, and the biggest question of all: what happens to Bitcoin in a world where everything is tokenized?

What does it mean to remember the soul in a world shaped by transaction, performance, and speed? In this episode of the Sacred Changemakers Podcast, I'm joined by Haider Rathor, host of The Temple of Remembrance and a guide of the unseen whose work centers on presence, relationship, and soul remembrance. This was a high-frequency, deeply human conversation. Together, we explore grief and joy, pain and love, ancestry and future generations, and what it means to live beyond performance and transaction. Haider speaks to remembering rather than striving, to living from the heart in a world shaped by the head, and to reclaiming the sacred as a lived human quality rather than a religious idea. We reflect on the loss of relationship in modern life, the impact of hyper-individualism, and the invitation to return to more relational, heart-led ways of being in leadership, community, and everyday life. This is a conversation to listen to slowly. One that doesn't offer answers so much as it opens space for remembering.About Haider Rathor:Haider Rathor is the host of The Temple of Remembrance podcast. What if the most powerful cancer treatments already exist — but aren't being offered because they fall outside the guidelines? In this episode of Integrative Cancer Solutions, Dr. Michael Karlfeldt sits down with world-renowned interventional radiologist and oncology innovator Dr. Syed Hasnain Haider-Shah to explore why modern cancer care often prioritizes protocols over patients. From catheter-directed chemotherapy and tumor embolization to immune-based strategies, photobiomodulation, and precision nutrition, Dr. Shah reveals how advanced cancer treatments are being used globally — especially in China — while remaining largely inaccessible in the U.S.This conversation dives deep into the limitations of chemotherapy and radiation, the intelligence of cancer stem cells, immune system suppression, cancer cachexia, and why integrative, individualized approaches give patients their best chance at long-term survival. If you or someone you love is navigating a cancer diagnosis and searching for real options beyond “standard of care,” this episode is essential listening.Key Takeaways:5:20 Radiation therapy risks and how to support recovery nutritionally11:46 Why systemic chemotherapy often fails and selects for aggressive cancer cells12:17 Catheter-directed chemotherapy: targeting tumors without poisoning the body16:25 The immune system as the most powerful anti-cancer weapon26:37 Tumor embolization: starving cancer by cutting off its blood supply34:50 Why advanced cancer therapies thrive in China but are restricted in the U.S.Resources Mentioned:Williams Cancer Institute (Mexico) – https://williamscancerinstitute.comPhotobiomodulation / Intravenous Light Therapy (General Overview) – https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov Want to guest on our shows?Calendly Link for Integrative Lyme Solutions: https://calendly.com/drmichaelk/integrative-lyme-solutions-podcast-interviewCalendly Link for Integrative Cancer Solutions: https://calendly.com/drmichaelk/podcast-interviewCalendly Link for Dr. K Show: https://calendly.com/drmichaelk/dr-k-show-interview Breaking Free From Lyme: A Comprehensive Guide to Healing and Recovery-URL: https://store.thekarlfeldtcenter.com/products/breaking-free-from-lyme-Price: $24.99-Discount Code: LYMEPODCASTUnleashing 10X Power: A Revolutionary Approach to Conquering Cancer-URL: https://store.thekarlfeldtcenter.com/products/unleashing-10x-power-Price: $24.99-Discount Code: CANCERPODCAST1Healing Within: Unraveling the Emotional Roots of Cancer-URL: https://store.thekarlfeldtcenter.com/products/healing-within-Price: $24.99-Discount Code: CANCERPODCAST2The Science and Spirit of Transformation: A Holistic Guide to Elevating Health, Consciousness, and Purpose-URL: https://store.thekarlfeldtcenter.com/products/the-science-and-spirit-of-transformation-Price: $24.99-Discount Code: DRKSHOWPODCAST -----------------------------------------------A Better Way to Treat Cancer: A Comprehensive Guide to Understanding, Preventing and Most Effectively Treating Our Biggest Health ThreatGrab my book here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CM1KKD9X?ref_=pe_3052080_397514860 Unleashing 10X Power: A Revolutionary Approach to Conquering CancerGet it here: https://store.thekarlfeldtcenter.com/products/unleashing-10x-powerPrice: $24.99100% Off Discount Code: CANCERPODCAST1 Healing Within: Unraveling the Emotional Roots of CancerGet it here: https://store.thekarlfeldtcenter.com/products/healing-withinPrice: $24.99100% Off Discount Code: CANCERPODCAST2-----------------------------------------------Integrative Cancer Solutions was created to instill hope and empowerment. What if the biggest threat to your brand's agility and security isn't a competitor, but the welcome mat you lay out for your own partners? Agility requires not just the ability to move quickly, but the confidence to do so securely. It's about building a foundation of trust that enables seamless collaboration without introducing unnecessary risk. Today, we're going to talk about a critical, yet often overlooked, aspect of brand agility: the digital experience we provide to our third-party partners. From marketing agencies to technology vendors, these relationships are essential, but the very processes meant to enable them—like onboarding and system access—can often be the source of massive friction, security risks, and a fundamental breakdown of trust. New owner. New mindset. Zero panic. In this candid conversation, Derek sits down with Dr. Raheel Hayter to unpack how a 20-year-old's discovery of FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early) shaped his entire path through dental school, associateship, and a swift, strategic leap into ownership. Raheel shares how he maximized clinical reps in school (hello molar endo and wisdom teeth), evaluated practices with a clear freedom-first lens, and landed a rare small-town, low-competition office outside Dallas. You'll hear the exact factors he prioritized (fixed costs, saturation, collections), why he chose coaching with TLP to compress his timeline, and how he handled week one with a “change nothing, learn everything” approach—using curiosity and “strong opinions, weakly held” to identify true root problems (documentation, over-spending on supplies, collections discipline) without rattling the team or patients. Whether you're a student, associate, or on the brink of ownership, this episode is a blueprint for moving fast and smart. What you'll learn: How a FIRE mindset clarifies clinical, career, and ownership decisions The simple filter Raheel used to evaluate practices (competition, fixed costs, collections) Why saying “no” a lot makes it easy to pounce on the right deal A calm, high-trust playbook for your first weeks as an owner (“change nothing, ask why”) Where passive leadership hides in the numbers (supplies %, lab %, collections rate) and how to spot it Highlights: Discovering FIRE and choosing dentistry with the end in mind Maximizing clinical exposure in school (be in clinic 8–5; study after) From associate to owner: doing the math, then committing Due diligence in saturated markets and why small-town sites can win big Week-one leadership: reassure the team, observe, document, then prioritize Back-office fixes that move the needle: documentation, insurance, discounts, CareCredit/process cleanup Reach out to Raheel at: raheel14haider@gmail.com Reach out to Derek at: derek@thelifestylepractice.com Connect with us: • Learn more about 1-on-1 coaching • Get access to TLP Academy • Suscribe to The Lifestyle Practice Podcast • Email Derek at derek@thelifestylepractice.com • Email Matt at matt@thelifestylepractice.com • Email Steve at steve@thelifestylepractice.com

In the big wide world of health and wellness, there is always a buzzword du jour. In the past couple months, you've likely heard buzz about gut health and GLP-1s, ingredients like creatine and colostrum, and, of course, protein. For many of these trends, Arrae, the supplement brand co-founded by Siffat "Siff" Haider and her husband, Nishant Samantray, has been right there, answering consumer demand with a product featuring that of-the-moment ingredient or speaking to a top-of-mind concern. Wellness is Haider's passion and something she enjoys thinking about constantly, she said, both to live her best life and to get ahead of the zeitgeist for the brand. She also has a built-in focus group via her online community of 117,000 Instagram followers. Her podcast, "The Dream Bigger Podcast" — where she focuses on business, beauty and wellness — has another 38,000 Instagram followers. Arrae, meanwhile, has 222,000 Instagram followers. On June 12, the brand introduced its first protein product, Clear Protein+. A box of 20 single-use sachets is $55, without a subscription. The protein is raspberry yuzu flavor, which Haider likens to a "raspberry refresher." In addition to its hero ingredient, hydrolyzed whey protein, it includes electrolytes and collagen peptides. In this episode of the Glossy Beauty Podcast (16:50), Haider chats with Glossy senior reporter Sara Spruch-Feiner about how she stays on top of wellness's next big things, how she knew creatine was going to have a big moment and what's special about Arrae's latest launch. But first, co-hosts Lexy Lebsack and Emily Jensen discuss some of the week's biggest beauty news, including Unilever's acquisition of the buzzy men's grooming brand Dr. Squatch, which recently made headlines for selling soap infused with Sydney Sweeney's bathwater. They also touch on Glossier's search for a new CEO, as current chief Kyle Leahy is set to step down at the end of the year, and Dossier's expansion into brick-and-mortar retail.
