Today we release our final interview from TedX Dalt Vila on the Reset Rebel for Episode 210! Feels like a huge milestone this year and might just whet your appetite for the weekend in more ways than one,  for what's is still to come!! Dr. Marta Recio Rodriguez is a specialist in sexology and regenerative gynecology, with a clinical and academic focus on women's sexual health, anatomy, and wellness.  Her work explores the intersection between medical science, psychology, and the cultural narratives that have historically shaped — and often silenced — the conversation around female pleasure. Throughout her career, Marta has listened to countless women share their deepest fears, insecurities, and questions — many of which are still wrapped in stigma or shame.  She says women's sexual pleasure has long been pushed to the margins of both medicine and society. So today, we're flipping the script as Marta invites us to re-examine the science, the silence, and the societal blind spots… as she did in her talk,  “The Clitoris: The Story of the Button No One Can Find." - Coming soon to Ted X Youtube, but first we hope you learn something in todays episode. Last Saturday as I hosted TED X Dalt Vila on stage here in Ibiza, I invited a talk about the Truth. It IS supposed to be absolute, unquestionable and the facts that form the very foundation of everything we know or at least expect to be true.  But in today's world—where deepfakes blur reality, misinformation spreads like wildfire, and algorithms shape what we see and believe—how do we even begin to separate fact from fiction? We live in an era where narratives outweigh nuance and headlines out shout honesty. Where the sheer volume of information doesn't make us more informed, but more divided, more uncertain, and more vulnerable to have the wool pulled over our eyes.  Our next speaker is someone who carved out career as an investigative journalist. Bob Trafford spent years unearthing hidden truths, analysing evidence, and navigating the delicate line between what is real and what is manufactured working for Forensic Architecture. His work doesn't just reveal what we believe to be true—but why we believe it. So, in a world where the truth is increasingly up for debate, how do we find it? And just as importantly—how do we protect it? Bob Trafford.

Beneath the surface of the sea, buried under layers of time, lie stories waiting to be told.  Right now, today´s podcast guest is quite literally uncovering history—on an under water excavation in Menorca, exploring a shipwreck lost to time. But archaeology isn't just about the past. It's about the present—and the future.  It's about understanding where we come from so we can navigate where we are going. Trevor J Wallace is an explorer, artist, and filmmaker,  as well as the Vice President of Research & Education  at The Explorers Club.  From Scythian tombs to submerged shipwrecks, from sacred sites in Hawai'i to the stories we haven't yet discovered,  his work is about more than artifacts— it is about understanding the human experience. So why does archaeology matter now—in a world dominated by technology, speed, and an ever-accelerating present? Because the deeper we dig,  the more we understand.

How do you feel about your voice? Are you able to speak up and be heard in groups? Do you freak out if you have a work presentation or at Uni ? Have you had to go on stage and perform a talk, a song or some kind of performance that came into your life? Do you hate the sound of your voice when you listen back? I have come to understand this is due to cognitive dissonance. The way we hear our voice back is different to how it is when we speak to others. Our voice travels in a different way when we hear it back. But communication is a huge gift that we are able to express through our one and only human instrument. And? As it happens,  communicating well,  is a massive skill. It is not something we a gifted when we form the words on our lips. It tales time, patience and a LOT of practice. If this is something you wish to work on, in todays Episode we hear from those who came on the event last year over three days and their letters they wrote to their voice. Ultra-endurance athlete and clean seas activist Neil Agius landed in Ibiza yesterday after deciding to voluntarily abandon his world record crossing from mallorca after suffering multiple jellyfish stings. He encountered a swarm of jellyfish around the 46 km mark of the crossing in the Mallorca-Ibiza channel at around 01:00 am. After almost four hours, several stings and several attempts to resume the crossing, Agius's stings were too agonising for him to carry on his 100 mile swim to raise awareness of the UN treaty of the high seas. It is the first-ever legally binding global agreement of its kind and  provides a framework for environmental protections to biodiversity in international waters — which cover over 60% of the Earth's surface. Only 1.2% of the world's ocean areas are currently protected which he says it is not enough.  We caught up for a quick conversation  overlooking Dalt Vila and the World Unesco Heritage site that is also named due to  "the dense prairies of oceanic Posidonia (seagrass), an important endemic species found only in the Mediterranean basin, contain and support a diversity of marine life."    As we gazed over the Marine protected areas of Els Freus Marine Reserve which covers more than 13,000 hectares between the islands of Ibiza and Formentera, he admitted aborting the swim was not an east decision, "It is very sad to see all the hard work we put into this challenge come to such a premature conclusion.  I felt strong and ready to complete the journey, but fate had other plans." Neil says this is far from the end of his plans and will try again, probably next year. www.neilagius.com Neil on instagram

Sophie Shnapp of Earth Percent spoke of the idea of having a voice through change making.
