Ketamine: Horse Tranquilizer or a therapeutic tool to treat Depression & Fibromyalgia? Orrrrr both? The girls bring on Faith, someone who underwent Ketamine Nasal Spray Therapy to treat Major Depressive Disorder, but it ended up helping her Fibromyalgia as well. And for those of you who might not know what Fibro is (like Lacey & Steph) it's summed up as a chronic disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue, and tenderness in localized areas….aka, you're in constant pain. The girls wanted to learn about Faith's experience using Ketamine, because they have only ever seen it be used as a “party drug,” & were fascinated to hear about about all of the healing benefits it can have for many people. Not only did the three discuss Ketamine, but of course, talked about all of the healing benefits of plant medicine such as Psilocybin Mushrooms, LSD, and Weed…shit's crazy yall. …..OOF. Buckle up, baby….we're going there. Lacey and Steph were on the hunt to interview and learn about “Sugaring,” aka Sugar Babies and Sugar Daddies. The girls also open up and share more of their own sexual experiences….And Stephanie leaves Lacey a lil bit bamboozled about some intimate stuff.. The girls initially got connected with today's guest, Jacqueline Valentine, for their curiosity about “sugaring” however right before the interview the girls discover that Jacqueline is not just a sugar baby and that she's actually a pornstar. Mind blown, the girls rework the entire interview and focus on how Jacqueline is not only a sugar baby but is mainly an adult entertainer who makes and produces her own porn, does fetish bookings, web-camming, and so much more. Stephanie and Lacey are INFATUATED with all of the stories that Jacqueline shares, but are also shocked to hear how she grew up Mormon and is actually sober in this industry. (DISCLAIMER: Everything that Jacquelines shares in this episode only comes from her experiences. She does not speak on the adult entertainment industry as a whole, only her perspectives and personal experiences.) In today's episode we discuss: -Being a Pornstar -Shooting and producing her own Porn -Being a sugar baby and how to find clients -Web-Camming -Stripping -Fetish Bookings (including her most interesting experiences) -Growing up Mormon -Being sober in the adult entertainment industry -Plastic Surgery Keep up with us online: Jacqueline's Twitter: (@urlilvalentine) https://mobile.twitter.com/UrLilValentine Jacqueline's Instagram: (@Jacquelinevalentine69) https://www.instagram.com/jacquelinevalentine69/ Jacqueline's OF: (@jacquelinevalentine) Oh Here We Go's Instagram: (@ohhherewego) https://www.instagram.com/ohhherewego/ Stephanie's Instagram: (@stephanieparsley)https://www.instagram.com/stephanieparsley/ Lacey's Instagram: (@thelaceyclaire) https://www.instagram.com/thelaceyclaire/
This week, Stephanie and Lacey are diving into yet another ~*~ReLiGiOn~*~ to debunk. But first, the girls share more of their own past religious experiences and how they were raised. With each of them growing into their own spiritual beliefs, gaining respect from their parents has been quite the challenge over the years….but it's getting there….hopefully. So…Mormonism….WTF? Today's guest is Liz Gunnell, an Ex-Orthodox Mormon, who left the Mormon church 6 years ago. Together the three girls dive the feck in. ***TRIGGER WARNING*** They discuss: -The Origin Story of Mormonism/Latter Day Saints -Joseph Smith and the Golden Plates -….Why Utah? -So….this is a cult, right? -Anachronisms (things to be found false) within the Book Of Mormon -Liz's upbringing and childhood experiences growing up in the church -Mormonism & LGBTQ+ -Grooming children -Polygamy- AKA, “The Sister Wives”- -Liz's healing journey and where she's at now Keep up with us online: Liz's IG: https://www.instagram.com/lizgunnell/ Liz's Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@lordliz Link to Jeremy Runnell's CES Letter to the Mormon Church: https://cesletter.org Oh Here We Go's IG: https://www.instagram.com/ohhherewego/ Stephanie's IG: https://www.instagram.com/stephanieparsley/ Lacey's IG: https://www.instagram.com/thelaceyclaire/
This week, Stephanie and Lacey are getting to know the ends and outs of a STRIP CLUB. The girls fly in Logann, a former bookkeeper of one of the most popular strip clubs in Dallas Texas, to dive in about… so much. Logann talks about how she was in charge of all of the HR hiring/firing, adjusting the books throughout the night to keep up with the activity in the club, keeping track of the dancers paying their club fees, doing all of the check-ins/check-outs for the wait staff, etc. Essentially she made sure every person in the club was doing their job, paying the club enough money, making sure that the owner was getting paid all while keeping the books straight … and legal. Not only do Stephanie and Lacey get to learn all about the business side of strip clubs, the girls also get to hear stories of all the internal chaos (pimps!!!) that goes on…and it is quite entertaining. After a lot of requests, Stephanie and Lacey are bringing on an Enneagram Coach and Specialist, Gayle Lessman (@peaceloveandenneagram) to break down all things Enneagram for them! In this episode the girls review the 9 Enneagram types, the Wings, the mistyping, the Instinctive, Feeling and Thinking Centers, the Subtypes, Tri-Types, and last but not least, how to figure out your own Enneagram number. There are so many layers to this that Stephanie and Lacey had no idea about and this interview could have been so much longer because there's so much information to cover. However, covering the importance of knowing your own enneagram number and the number of those close to you is key because it really allows to recognize your core fear and core motivation. If you can understand those 2 things, you can really understand why you do what you do and how to channel your energy. Lacey & Steph dive into their past experiences with the churches they grew up in & share their opinions on Christians vs “Christians.” While both feel that religion contributed to teaching them structure, morality, compassion, and selflessness, all of these lessons can also be taught in other more secular ways. Being religious isn't a requirement in being a good person; spirituality and morality are not necessarily synonymous. With love being at the top of both of their core values, the overall lack of activism for anti-racism, pro-LGBTQ+, and the environment gives Lacey and Stephanie pause in terms of subscribing to any kind of organized religion. And this all ties into the conversation they have with today's guest, Kennedy, an ex Jehovah's Witness. They go over Kennedy's upbringing within the Kingdom Hall, unethical acts that have happened within the Jehovah's Witness community, interesting beliefs & practices that they follow, their “Heaven” (aka “Paradise”) and the 144,000 people allowed in. The three also discuss why she left the practice, how all of this has affected her mental health, as well as how she's healing from her experiences today. This episode is a major jaw dropper and the two are so thankful for Kennedy's bravery in coming on the show to share her story and educate them about the innermost details about this religion that over 8 million people globally adhere to. **TRIGGER WARNING** Sexual assault and rape were both mentioned in this episode. This week, we're getting INTIMATE. Lacey and Stephanie open up about some of their sexual experiences and with all of this recent talk about having sex with another woman....the two think they could be possibly manifesting something Lacey and Stephanie bring on Kelli Tennant, Host of The Kelli Show, Ok Babe, and CEO of Soul Fire Productions — aka a podcast queen. Her social media is a “juicy intersection of spiritual and sexual liberation helping women break free from toxic lies and rules,” and Steph and Lacey are HEREFORIT. Not only are the two inspired by the messages Kelli shares, but they also look up to everything she's gone through in her relationship with her now-fiancé, Conner. Kelli shares with Lacey and Stephanie how she and Conner got into having threesomes with other women, her sexual awakening & coming into her desires of being with another woman, her & Conner's first threesome, Somatic Sexological therapy, healing from traumatic sexual experiences, boundaries, jealousy, and deepening her own intimacy. Fuckboy (or girl) — but make it ethical. ✨ On today’s episode, Stephanie and Lacey bring on Shark, a Denver hairstylist who has been dipping her toes into sex and intimacy coaching, to teach them all about relationship dynamics and how to be an “Ethical Fuckboy (or girl).” They talk about how and why starting a relationship with transparent honesty is extremely important in order for people to fully express all their needs and desires while avoiding the trap of falling into a false version of ourselves. They also touch on different attachment styles and how those can play a role in relationships, as well the difference between jealousy and “compersion.” (If you’ve never looked into your attachment style, you should get on that, baby.) Shark really brings so much to the table when it comes to discussing the intricacies of all sorts of relationship dynamics. We all know communication and being your true self is where it’s at, but what does that mean and how does it present itself in your relationships? In this episode Lacey and Stephanie get a little fired up remembering some pretty emotionally scaring dating experiences they’ve had in the past. The two discuss today’s guest, Lee Hammock, and how Lacey originally found his videos on TikTok & began to wonder if she’s actually dated a narcissist herself due to the similarities she was learning from Lee’s videos. Lacey started sharing stories with Stephanie and the two of the them actually believe they both dated narcissists & to some degree have been emotionally abused. Lee Hammock, also known at @mentalhealnesss, comes on the podcast to talk about Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Lee is a self aware narcissist and was diagnosed with NPD in 2017. Since his diagnosis he has been making videos to bring attention & educate people on NPD & what it’s like inside the mind of a narcissist. In this episode we discuss signs and symptoms of NPD, Love-Bombing, Bread-Crumbing, the ego, how you can determine if you might be dating or know a narcissist, and how the disorder can potentially develop. Stephanie and Lacey sit down and talk about their upbringing in Arkansas and how grateful they are to have been raised there — while also being grateful they were able to “get out.” In this episode they talk with fellow Arkansas native, Mark Monroe, to discuss their commonalities of being raised in the South and what it was like to make it out. Mark is an artist, designer, stylist, and creator that has been consistent in everything he does. He initially got his start transforming and uplifting the LGBTQ+ community by forming the House of Avalon in Arkansas, to now working with Lizzo doing her most iconic looks, as well as creating the designs for Symone on Season 13 of RuPaul's Drag Race. Tune in and listen to the many layers that is Marko Monroe, including making it LA, his "wtf" moment, the impact of his new creative responsibilities, and what it's been like reinventing himself while staying true to himself, as well as staying inspired within his chosen family, The House of Avalon. Lacey & Stephanie share their first time experiencing LSD, their opinions on it, how it’s changed them, and how their world view has shifted. With Stephanie & Lacey personally being passionate about psychedelics, they wanted to bring someone on who is actually involved in the decriminalization of these substances. Today’s guest, Courtney Barnes, is a partner at Barnes Caplan LLP, a boutique law and policy firm in Denver, Colorado. In addition to her work as an attorney, she is also a passionate psychedelic advocate. Courtney is the policy advisor for Decriminalize Nature and serves as General Counsel for SPORE (the Society for Psychedelic Outreach Reform and Education). In this episode the three discuss the healing benefits of psychedelics & how they are now being tested in therapeutic settings to treat things such as depression, anxiety, trauma, etc. and what that looks like for the future of medicine & the pharmaceutical industry. Lacey is joined by Stephanie in Los Angeles and the two get to catch up and realize how busy they always are when they are together. Lacey also discusses deeper the story and background she has with the guest they have on. Todays guest is Whitney, a newer medium, that reached out to Lacey after seeing some orbs dancing around in her videos on Instagram. Once the two connected, Whitney was pulled to tell Lacey a lot of personal information that Lacey's grandmother had been trying to tell her during the past few months. Stephanie and Lacey decide to bring Whitney on to ask her a few questions about "Christian witchcraft" and to get a reading on Stephanie. However, each time the girls start getting messages from spirit, the internet goes out. After the interview the two then find out via phone call with Whitney that this may be due to some paranormal activity from Stephanie’s past and that she might have a darker attachment causing some annual life hardships. Stephanie and Lacey are in Denver for NYE and they sit down to reflect on their intentions for the upcoming year. They discuss pandemic dating and what's been the source of some anxiety for Lacey lately. The two have their first in-person interview (with masks of course!) with nurse, Emily Lane. Emily worked in the front lines in NYC during the 2nd wave of COVID earlier in 2020. She was working in a unit that was turned into an End of Life unit, where she wasn't necessarily helping save lives, but more so helping them die peacefully and not alone.
