Wrote by a beautiful person who listened live to this set and she follows me for quite some time. She grabbed a notebook and started to write what she felt. When Marco Aurelio steps behind the decks, he doesn't follow — he commands. This is techno stripped to its essence: no formulas, no second guesses — just instinct and pure force. Each moment unfolds like it was etched in time long before. Every shift in rhythm, every surge of bass, feels inevitable — as if your body knew it before your mind could catch up. Instinctive Control is a set that taps into something deeper. It doesn't entertain — it awakens. What Marco delivers isn't just sound; it's a coded message from the future, delivered through pulse and atmosphere, precision and surrender. It locks in your attention and elevates your senses, dragging you into a place where nothing else matters but the next beat — and the one after that. Once you've entered this world, you won't want to leave. And truthfully — you won't. Marco Aurelio is often overlooked by the spotlight, yet deeply respected by those who truly know, he's carved out his place as one of Amsterdam's most authentic forces in underground scene. No gimmicks, no compromise — just a relentless commitment to the craft. He doesn't follow the scene. He defines his own. A true original — by many considered as unsung hero and foremost the uncrowned king of Amsterdam.

When I first heard the term conative, I was surprised I hadn't come across it before. After all, I live in the productivity space. [02:05] Identify and prioritize your warmest leads. These are people who you possibly have had a call with, and you know what they're looking for and you may have even talked about working together. [03:01] Make a list of hot leads who have expressed interest in working with you. Craft an individualized message for each person. [04:01] Try to get a live call and give them the opportunity to share what's going on in their business right now. [05:24] Personalizing the message is super important. [06:13] The second strategy is to create a list of your lukewarm leads. These people have been on your list for a while and maybe they've even taken part in something in the past. Send them a message as if it's going to one reader. [07:35] Use questions: What's something exciting you're planning in the coming year?  [08:34] Create a bulleted list and give them a menu of options to learn more about. [09:51] Menus are easier for the brain. Make it easy for the buyer to make decisions. [10:33] Would you or someone you know benefit from... or something else? [12:04] Ask questions in your emails. Instinctive elaboration our brains are wired for questions. [14:11] The third strategy is to do a year end message, plant some seeds, and have some questions in the message. You could call it a year in review and be sure to have a call to action. [17:14] Start collecting information, so you'll have the data at the end of the year. Nik Kinley is a business psychologist and successful author with over 30 years' experience specialising in assessing leaders, changing people's behaviour and evolving organisational cultures. In an engaging discussion with Rob Feltham, Nik talks about his latest book, co-authored with Shlomo Ben-Hur, entitled Re-writing your Leadership Code: How your childhood made you the leader you are, and what you can do about it.  Nik shows how our past experiences create instincts and tendencies that we are often unaware of, but that tend to come out when we're under pressure and can fundamentally affect how we operate as leaders, both in a good way and in a bad way. Leaders who understand their instinctive responses to pressurised situations have the opportunity to manage those situations better. In the discussion Nik also touches on the relevance of this type of analysis in the leadership assessment context. He also talks about the interaction of personality and power, and describes how positions of power amplify what people ‘bring with them'.  Nik's varied career background includes commercial roles, senior corporate HR positions (with BP and with Barclays) and consulting roles - with YSC and with Accenture - as well as over a decade working in prisons as a forensic psychotherapist. He has thus worked with royalty, CEOs, murderers, politicians and children. During his time as a consultant, he has assessed over 1,000 senior executives from across the world. And as a coach, he has worked with Boards, CEOs and executive teams across industries and regions. He has written a series of books on leadership, change and talent management, published award-winning papers in academic journals, and is a regular lecturer at some of the world's most prestigious business schools.  Rob Feltham is Podcast Editor of The ABP.

Today's podcast features movement-focused strength coach Julien Pineau, founder of Strongfit. With a background in sports ranging from competitive swimming to MMA and strongman, Julien started coaching in 1993 and opened his strongman-focused gym in 2008. Known for his integration of all systems of the body, along with his eye for human movement, he's worked with athletes across various disciplines, pursuing growth both inward and outward. It's easy to get overly accustomed to the typical training tools we are provided with. What is now the standard of physical training on the level of barbells, dumbells, machines, and heavy linear conditioning, however, is quite different than the physical demands on a human in our native environment. In so many ways, training with a sandbag is a great equalizer, as it brings online, so many of our instinctive human systems, and reminds us of our innate function. In today's episode, Julien explores human instinct and body intelligence in training, covering sensory aspects (myotomes) of hands and feet, the role of anxiety/frustration, isometrics, the nervous system, the heart's intelligence, bone loading, grip strength, and more. Today's podcast features Seth Lintz. Seth (“Pitching Doctor”) is a pitching and athletic performance coach.  He was a second-round pick in the 2008 MLB draft, carrying a maximal fastball speed of 104mph.  Seth has trained over a dozen individuals to break the 100mph barrier, using a progressive training system that prioritizes neuro-muscular efficiency, human psychology/brain-science, and intuitive motor learning concepts. To understand the fullness of our potential in any athletic discipline, we need to know not only our primary skill but also similar movements that can teach us more about that skill (outward) and the inner layers of our body and mind that dictate our movement quality and potential (inward). Seth fuses both of these in his approach. On today's podcast, Seth covers his recent work with sprinting, locomotion, and postural balance, and how it fits in with training pitching velocity. We also get into a variety of special strength-oriented movements for sprinting and related throwing aspects, and cover layers of both environmental and internal factors that drive athletic movement to its highest potential.  Who is afraid of death his life is already lost.  (Wittgenstein). Our mind is programmed through our nature to survive under all circumstances. That is usually right, on the other hand, it is seldom that we need such survival mechanism. Instinctive our mind is looking in every situation, how he can protect us or what is the safest way, even it is almost not necessary. Through this, over protection, we lose our fun, excitement in our life. For instance, we connect with our darling, and we are afraid to lose our love or lover. Then we ask maybe: do you still love me… And through our questioning of the love, we will lose fast the love of our darling…All these overprotection and perfect-ism will lead to failure…Life is a risk, and that is good so.We can readily recognize that the insurances, governments, religions, corporations, parents, like to make us fear to get us in their boat… to squeeze us out… To live fearlessly is much cheaper! What said my friend so beautiful, I had never fear or money… Without money, we can't buy protection, and we are much freer. This was also the intention from Buddha (to surrender to be homeless, no protection!) or Jesus (Look the birds, they don't care for tomorrow, and still the Lord will feed them every day!). This means to surrender to God! Or the Koran is saying: Be afraid only of Allah! If we go one step further, all fears are a fear of death and to lose our control. We should embrace the death, instead to fear the death.  Everybody will pass by, so for what the fear of death? It sounds easy, and for most people, it is not easy to embrace the death. Never less I don't have belief in death, after 3 times clinical dead and the last research from the Germans, that there is no death… at the end is the link…  The fear of losing control… Actually, we don't have anything under our control, even not our body, mind, and feelings… We can die every moment, and we could even not chose our birth, our parents, our brothers, and sisters… Still, in every being, this means also the animals is the desire to control their environment, friends… An average cat or dog will try again and again to control us... So we should give up this also and be happy that we can try our best to get the best results… all the other things are under the control of God… On God blessings everything depends…      My Video: For what we need Protection?   https://youtu.be/3gLqNB-Bn_AMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.A/For-what-we-need-Protection.mp3

In this episode of the Thoughtful Entrepreneur, your host Josh Elledge speaks with the Founder & Director of N-Stinctive, Rosie Tomkins.Rosie is not only the author of the insightful book "Instinctive: The Power of Natural Intelligence" but also the founder of Instinctive and the mind behind the new book "Let Nature Be Your Compass."Rosie illuminated the concept of natural intelligence and its critical role in decision-making. Unlike the more commonly known forms of intelligence such as IQ (Intellectual Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient), NQ taps into our innate ability to perceive, instinctively understand, and act swiftly from a place of deep knowing. Rosie's work positions NQ as a complementary form of intelligence that enhances our traditional cognitive abilities and emotional understanding.Rosie passionately spoke about the foundational elements of leadership that are often overlooked. She stressed the importance of self-leadership, which involves having faith in one's judgment and the confidence to make decisions, particularly during challenging times. She also touched on the concept of energetic transfer and how leaders can influence their environment through their energy. The conversation highlighted the significance of connection, courage, and ownership in cultivating leadership qualities. One of the profound insights Rosie shared was the value of internal validation over external approval. She believes that true leadership comes from within and that seeking validation from others can detract from one's ability to lead authentically.Key Points from the Episode:Introduction to Rosie Tomkins and her work in natural intelligence and leadership developmentExplanation of natural intelligence (NQ) and its role in decision-makingImportance of self-leadership, energetic transfer, connection, courage, and ownership in leadership developmentDifferentiation between natural intelligence and emotional and spiritual intelligenceApplication of natural intelligence in real-life situationsConsequences of not embracing natural intelligence in leadershipInsights from Rosie's new book, "Let Nature Be Your Compass"Tactical and actionable advice for listeners to employ natural intelligence in their livesEmphasis on observing and learning from nature for resilience and challenging human thinkingAbout Rosie Tomkins:Rosie Tomkins is an acclaimed Executive and Leadership Coach, author, and advocate for integrating nature's wisdom into business leadership. When we have talked about British painter and muralist Lucy McLauchlan over the years, we have used descriptors like spontaneous and natural, organic and natural. She transformed almost room and building sized brushstrokes, often in black and white, as extensions of her being and adapting to the surfaces she paints on. She may have been part of the street art scene, but she was channeling environmentalism in the process. Recently part of Mural Fest Kosovo, curated by Radio Juxtapoz's own Doug Gillen, he sat down with Lucy for a rare interview about her process and career, her work in Ferizaj, Kosovo and the future of her practice. The Radio Juxtapoz podcast is hosted by FIFTH WALL TV's Doug Gillen and Juxtapoz editor, Evan Pricco. Episode 115 was recorded in June 2023 in Kosovo during Mural Fest . While from the purpling east departs The star that led the dawn, Blithe Flora from her couch upstarts, For May is on the lawn. A quickening hope, a freshening glee, Foreran the expected Power, Whose first-drawn breath, from bush and tree, Shakes off that pearly shower. All Nature welcomes Her whose sway Tempers the year's extremes; Who scattereth lustres o'er noon-day, Like morning's dewy gleams; While mellow warble, sprightly trill, The tremulous heart excite; And hums the balmy air to still The balance of delight. Time was, blest Power! when youth and maids At peep of dawn would rise, And wander forth, in forest glades Thy birth to solemnize. Though mute the song---to grace the rite Untouched the hawthorn bough, Thy Spirit triumphs o'er the slight; Man changes, but not Thou! Thy feathered Lieges bill and wings In love's disport employ; Warmed by thy influence, creeping things Awake to silent joy: Queen art thou still for each gay plant Where the slim wild deer roves; And served in depths where fishes haunt Their own mysterious groves. Cloud-piercing peak, and trackless heath, Instinctive homage pay; Nor wants the dim-lit cave a wreath To honor thee, sweet May! Where cities fanned by thy brisk airs Behold a smokeless sky, Their puniest flower-pot-nursling dares To open a bright eye. And if, on this thy natal morn, The pole, from which thy name Hath not departed, stands forlorn Of song and dance and game; Still from the village-green a vow Aspires to thee addrest, Wherever peace is on the brow, Or love within the breast. Yes! where Love nestles thou canst teach The soul to love the more; Hearts also shall thy lessons reach That never loved before. Stript is the haughty one of pride, The bashful freed from fear, While rising, like the ocean-tide, In flow the joyous year. Hush, feeble lyre! weak words refuse The service to prolong! To yon exulting thrush the Muse Entrusts the imperfect song; His voice shall chant, in accents clear, Throughout the live-long day, Till the first silver star appear, The sovereignty of May.
