Unternehmer Identität Shownotes In dieser Episode von TomsTalkTime geht es um Wachstum – aber nicht um Zahlen, Strategien oder Tools. Es geht um die Unternehmer Identität und darum, warum dein Business immer nur so weit wachsen kann, wie du selbst innerlich gewachsen bist. Viele Unternehmer arbeiten hart, bilden sich weiter und optimieren permanent ihr Business. Trotzdem fühlen sie sich irgendwann wie festgefahren. Genau hier setzt Episode 935 an. Denn Wachstum ist kein Zufall. Es folgt klaren inneren Ebenen, die jeder Unternehmer früher oder später durchläuft. In dieser Folge zeige ich dir die sechs zentralen Ebenen der Unternehmer Identität. Du wirst erkennen, auf welcher Stufe du aktuell stehst, warum sich manche Phasen extrem anstrengend anfühlen und weshalb dein nächster Durchbruch immer eine neue Version von dir erfordert. Die erste Ebene ist geprägt vom Überleben. Hier geht es darum, Probleme zu lösen, Rechnungen zu zahlen und irgendwie durchzukommen. Genau hier entsteht eine unsichtbare Grenze, die viele Unternehmer nicht überwinden, weil sie Identität mit Kontrolle verwechseln. Mit dem Strukturgeber beginnt ein echter Wandel. Du erkennst, dass Wachstum nicht durch mehr Arbeit entsteht, sondern durch Systeme, Prozesse und Wiederholbarkeit. Diese Ebene fordert dich emotional besonders heraus, weil du lernen musst, Verantwortung abzugeben und Kontrolle loszulassen.
