The Elections of 2020 is creeping closer to the final finish line, most races are called with winners rejoicing and some losers calling for recounts. Often in the rough-and-tumble of American politics, we forget what we are really fighting for as we are distracted by divisive rhetoric. But, if we look for it, we can find hope in the ordinary and extraordinary work of our neighbors, friends, and family. Last week in North Ogden, Boyd helped kick-off their celebration of America’s veterans as the keynote speaker. He challenged the world in a triple-dog-dare, that if they have doubt about America’s future, come to North Ogden to see how they celebrate their nation, their veterans, and their freedom as they lead the call to “Stand as One.” ‘Inside Sources with Boyd Matheson,’ Opinion Editor at Deseret News, takes you inside the latest political news and current events, providing higher ground for today's discussions.
