Fréttamaður Fótbolta.net er kominn til Bergen í Noregi og fyrsta verk á dagskrá var að hitta Frey Alexandersson, þjálfara Brann, og ræða við hann um líf þjálfarans í Bergen - þessari fallegu borg. Það er óhætt að segja að Brann er flaggskip borgarinnar og hér halda allir og ömmur þeirra með félaginu. Í þessu langa spjalli fer Freyr yfir fyrstu mánuðina hjá Brann og lífið hér í borginni. Hann er ekki enn búinn að koma sér almennilega fyrir en það kemur með tímanum. Það var svo gott veður í Bergen í dag að ákveðið var að sitja úti. Freyr var í sínu sæti á varamannabekknum, á heimavelli. Virkilega skemmtilegt spjall sem óhætt að mæla með fyrir alla fótboltaáhugamenn.

Gísli Freyr og Stefán Einar voru staddir í Washington D.C. þegar innsetningarathöfn nýs forseta fór fram. Jörundur Áki Sveinsson, yfirmaður fótboltamála hjá KSÍ, er gestur í útvarpsþættinum þessa vikuna. Elvar Geir og Benedikt Bóas taka á móti Jörundi í hljóðveri. Þjálfaramál landsliðsins urðu endanlega ljós í vikunni þegar Arnar Gunnlaugsson var ráðinn landsliðsþjálfari. Rætt er við Jörund um ráðninguna og það sem framundan er hjá KSÍ. Þá er farið yfir fréttir vikunnar með Baldvini Borgars. Freyr skrifaði undir hjá Brann, Sölvi er að taka við Víkingi og það eru einhverjar hreyfingar á leikmannamarkaðnum hér heima.

Freyr Alexandersson er tekinn við sem þjálfari Brann í Noregi og hann stefnir á að hjálpa liðinu að vinna sinn fyrsta meistaratitil síðan 2007 þegar þrír Íslendingar léku með liðinu. Það er gríðarlegur áhugi á Brann í borginni Bergen og hefur Freyr aldrei kynnst annarri eins fjölmiðlaathygli eins og síðustu daga. Hann gaf Fótbolta.net hálftíma í dag til að fara yfir nýja starfið. Freyr var líka inn í myndinni hjá KSÍ varðandi landsliðsþjálfarastarf Íslands en í viðtalinu hér að ofan ræðir Freyr jafnframt um dagana áður en hann tók við Brann.

Árið 1993 vann Jon Kjell Seljeseth Söngvakeppnina með laginu Þá veistu Svarið sem Ingibjörg Stefánsdóttir söng. Ingibjörg var föstudagsgestur Mannlega þáttarins í dag, en þegar hún fór til Írlands til að taka þátt í Eurovision fyrir hönd Íslands var hún tvítug og hafði getið sér orðspors sem söngkona hljómsveitarinnar Pís of keik og fyrir að leika eitt aðalhlutverkið í kvikmyndinni Veggfóður. Ingibjörg hefur komið víða við í listinni, sungið og leikið og síðustu ár hefur hún starfað sem jógakennari og rekið sína eigin jógastöð Yoga Shala. Ingibjörg fór með okkur aftur í tímann og talaði um árin í Hallormstaðaskóla, móðurmissinn, námsárin í New York og margt fleira. Frú Sigurlaug Margrét var enn stödd norður á Akureyri í matarspjalli dagsins. Þar, eins og víðast á landinu, hefur verið ansi kalt og því var spjallið í dag helgað mat sem yljar okkur að innan. Til dæmis súpur og plokkfiskur og svo við, einu sinni sem oftar, ábendingu frá hlustendum um muninn á soðibrauði og soðbrauði.
