We welcome in Nebraska Assistant Coach Lance Harvell to preview the upcoming weekend series as the Huskers travel to Lafayette for a three game affair. Coach Harvell talks about his time in Lafayette, what he expects out of the Huskers this weekend, and what he looks most forward to in returning to Cajun Country.
THE VIBE with Kelly Cardenas presents Terra Harvell, CEO of Harper Ellis Hair Co., is just a hairdresser. She's also an 8 figure entrepreneur, has a 7 figure real estate portfolio, and is a business mentor to thousands of stylists across the world. Terra is shattering the mold of being “just a hairdresser.” She's a living testament to the success that follows when you take matters into your own hands. While she was growing her own business, she discovered a gaping hole in her industry. There was a lack of business-minded training, financial literacy access, and quality products. The tipping point happened at the height of Terra's career behind the chair, when she had to pay $30,000 out of her own pocket to replace a bad batch of hair extensions that she'd used on her own clients. Something had to change. One flight to China and a lot blood, sweat, and tears later, Terra was walking away with her own patented hair extension technology that she, as a stylist, could stand behind. And that was just the beginning. Terra took this mindset and ran with it, making it her mission to raise the industry standard for all hairstylists, from education and beyond. Today, she acts as a role model for hairstylists who feel lost. She empowers the stylists who are burnt out, making a fraction of the money they want to be, and teaches them not only how to build their dream life, but their legacy. She built Harper Ellis Hair Co. from the ground up, and she's made it her mission to teach fellow business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders how they can do the same. http://Harperellishair.com BUY THE VIBE BOOK https://a.co/d/6tgAJ4c BUY BLING https://shop.kellycardenas.com/products/kelly-cardenas-salon-bling SUPPORT HIGH FIVES FOUNDATION https://highfivesfoundation.org/ EXECUTIVE PRODUCER - BROOKLYN CARDENAS https://www.brooklyncardenas.com/ --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/kelly-cardenas/support

Next, they get into the story about him getting his first Internship at Nascar after his guidance counselor told him he would not qualify due to his low GPA. He decided to reach out to the company himself and went in for an interview and crushed it resulting in him being hired. After interning there for a bit, he is given the opportunity to produce his first documentary. This documentary is really what gets everything going for Rob. He instantly falls in love with the idea of producing. From there, he leaves NASCAR and goes on to produce The Book of Manning about Peyton and his family, a Bigfoot documentary, several shows for Dana White and the UFC and much more. The guys continue the conversation learning more about all the documentaries Rob has produced/ been a part of, some of his other interests, what he's hoping to do in the future with producing and so much more.
