Michael Henrichsen, President and CEO of Goldshore Resources (TSX.V:GSHR - OTCQB:GSHRF) joins us to share his growth plans and vision for the Moss Gold Project, in Ontario. The resource was just updated in February of this year, and now totals 6.7 million ounces of gold (1.535mil oz indicated + 5.198 million oz inferred). Michael offers a detailed three-pronged approach to why he joined Goldshore, based on the asset's potential, strategic investors, and favorable market conditions for gold. He highlights the extensive exploration potential at the Moss Gold Project, noting many areas remain underexplored or have yet to be drilled properly. We also discuss the company's future plans, including engaging G Mining Services to conduct a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), expected to be released in Q1 2025. He emphasizes the ongoing de-risking work, such as environmental baseline data and community engagements with First Nations, ensuring the project is well-prepared for permitting processes. If you have any follow up questions for Michael please email me at Fleck@kereport.com. Click here to visit the Goldshore Resources website to learn more about the Company and the Moss Gold Project.

In the podcast interview, Jorge Gonzalez Henrichsen and Joe Lynch discuss why China is moving to Mexico. USA based companies are increasingly interested in moving their supply chains from China to Mexico and Latin America. The nearshoring trend is driven by several causes including: China is no longer the lowest cost country for manufacturing. Sustainability – long supply chains produce more green house gases. USA tariffs that make China a less attractive place to manufacture. Supply chain resiliency concerns that were highlighted by COVID. Torq Resources has commenced its first drill program at the Santa Cecilia gold – copper project located in the world-class Maricunga belt in northern Chile, approximately 100 kilometres east of the city of Copiapo. The Santa Cecilia project is located immediately adjacent to the Norte Abierto project, held by Newmont and Barrick, which is comprised of the Caspiche and Cerro Casale gold – copper porphyry deposits. The initial drill program at Santa Cecilia is expected to consist of a total of approximately 15,000 metres over the next 14 months with a break of four months anticipated between June – September for the Chilean winter. Approximately 7,000 m of the drilling is expected to take place in 2023, with the first two drill holes planned for the northeastern flank of the Cerro del Medio target area, where mineralization from a 2012 drill hole intercepted 925.7 m of 0.21g/t gold, 0.27% copper, and 82 ppm molybdenum in a porphyry system located immediately below the epithermal gold system that was defined from 1988 – 1990 by a major mining company. Importantly, the mineralization intercepted in the 2012 drill hole is known to be in wall rock, and the Company is targeting a higher-grade causative intrusion. Torq has also defined new targets at its Margarita IOCG discovery in Chile. Chief GEO Michael Henrichsen stated, ““We are very pleased with the results from our gold and multi-element soil geochemistry grid, as it has delineated clear target areas across the project for our next drill program. The gold results from the untested Remolino and Cototuda targets have reaffirmed their potential and the new gold anomalies delineated in the northern portion of the project near our Falla 13 discovery have demonstrated the potential to define a significant IOCG system at the project.” https://www.torqresources.com/ TSXV: TORQ | OTCQX: TRBMF Press releases discussed: https://torqresources.com/news-media/news/2023/torq-commences-drilling-at-its-santa-cecilia-gold-copper-project-in-chile/ https://torqresources.com/news-media/news/2023/torq-defines-multiple-new-targets-based-on-gold-geochemical-results-at-the-margarita-iron-oxide-copper-gold-project/ Sign up for our free newsletter and receive interview transcripts, stock profiles and investment ideas: http://eepurl.com/cHxJ39 Torq Resources is an MSE sponsor. We were very pleased to get a sponsor update from Torq Resources' CEO/Chair Shawn Wallace and Chief Geologist Michael Henrichsen. A lot of news has been coming out of Chile and Torq. First we covered the recent Chilean constitutional referendum, which was defeated by a large voter margin. CEO Wallace was never too concerned as the media's perception didn't reflect Torq's experience there on the ground. Next we discussed Gold Fields' (NYSE: GFI) recent C$15 million dollar investment in Torq (at a 23% premium to market) which marks a major milestone. Gold Fields is a major 1+ million ounce annual producer and has been conducting a very aggressive investment and acquisition strategy to keep its reserves stable. As a result, Torq is now better funded than many of its peers; its projects are progressing very quickly. Chief Geologist Hernichsen gave us an overview of the recent the Margarita project discovery. As a veteran of numerous discoveries, he still loves the thrill of a new major discovery. The grades were extremely high with 90 meters of .94% copper and .84 g/t gold. Henrichsen was quite surprised by the gold component, as it was completely unexpected. And it could be just the tip of the iceberg, as more drilling may reveal even better results. Flush with cash, drilling is continuing at a break-neck pace. Like everywhere in the world, assay lab results are trickling in. Both Wallace and Henrichsen acknowledged the contribution of their world-class Chilean team; it was instrumental in the find and the team is really hitting its stride. Wallace mentioned that Torq is blessed with an “abundance of riches.” Most companies would be content with just one of these potential “company-maker”world-class projects, but Torq has two! Despite the negative macro economic outlook and geopolitical ills, things have never looked better. The copper supply situation is rapidly tightening and there's a race to find new supplies. Torq's unique and improved position means that its projects are expected to lead to large future shareholder gains. Company Website: www.torqresources.com Ticker symbols OTCQX: TRBMF — TSX.V : TORQ

Torq Resources Executive Chair Shawn Wallace and Chief Geologist Michael Henrichsen joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has increased and completed its non-brokered private placement of 5.28 million. Wallace telling Proactive more about the financing and the strong demand the company was seeing. Henrichsen added that the company will now use the proceeds to fund exploration at the Company's portfolio of projects in Chile including Santa Cecilia, Margarita, and Andrea.
Torq Resources'(OTCQX:TRBMF—TSX.V:TORQ) Executive Chair Shawn Wallace and Chief Geologist Michael Henrichsen joined us for a sponsor update. News is starting to pick up. Assay results on their 13 hole maiden drill program at Margarita are expected shortly. While never drilled before, all indications are that there's great prospectivity here. They had been trying to land this project for quite a while and finally acquired it last year. Phase 2 will commence later in the year and the company has done two recent capital raises to advance the project. Drill targets will be established upon analysis of Phase 1's results. Concerning the company's Santa Cecilia project, Wallace states, “We've been engaging with the communities … community initiatives are as important as anything else we do … including the technical work and the financial work. [We're crafting] a relationship with the local community, that's going to endure over time … It's not a small task.” Once the process is complete, the project will be permitted and quickly move ahead. For good reason too, as two 2012 prior drill holes yielded nearly 1 kilometer of 0.45% copper equivalent. The recent price movements in gold and copper, at least partly due to geopolitical issues, were already heading in the right direction before the war erupted. Wallace expects demand for copper will continue to eclipse supply, which will inevitably lead to higher copper prices and greater pursuit of copper projects. That's good news for Torq's shareholders, who along with the rest of the sector have recently experienced less than stellar results. But all of that's about to change, which is why we're shareholders. Company Website: www.Torqresources.com Company Website: www.Torqresources.com

Torq Resources' Executive Chair Shawn Wallace and Chief Geologist Michael Henrichsen came on to discuss their recently acquired Chilean gold-copper Santa Cecilia project. Wallace mentioned that Santa Cecilia was always their major goal. He had been hinting at something big during our last interview and now he's delivered. At 32.5 square kilometers, it's sitting on a major system in the world-class Maricunga belt. Some historical work had been done in the 1990's, and then it inexplicably sat on ice for decades, ignored by all. According to Henrichsen, “This is the real deal… The initial discovery has already been made…” Now they just have to identify the most promising targets. It's an extremely unique place, which explains why the team spent the better part of two years on its acquisition. Henrichsen's global mining network was instrumental in getting the deal done, especially in light of the global health concerns that made international travel all but impossible. To sum it all up, Wallace says, “The Santa Cecilia gold-copper project represents the culmination of our acquisition strategy in Chile. It is our belief that exploration at a project of this magnitude will be transformative for Torq. Now that the project is in place, it's time to start to realize its exploration potential.” www.TorqResources.com Ticker Symbols - TSX.V : TORQ OTCQX : TRBMF

Sombrero Resources recently optioned the high-grade Takana copper-nickel district in southeastern Peru. The Takana district is comprised of claims encompassing 50,300 hectares and has numerous high-grade copper-nickel occurrences. The claims are located approximately 90km northwest of the city of Cusco and approximately 235km northeast of the Sombrero District, where the Company controls 130,000 hectares on the western extension of the Andahuaylas Yauri belt. Numerous high-grade copper-nickel occurrences have been identified in the Takana district, primarily through first pass reconnaissance channel and rock sampling by the previous operator. There are two multi-kilometre trends of mineralization in the central region of the property with channel sample highlights including: 10 metres (m) of 2.08% copper (Cu), 0.85% nickel (Ni), 0.61 g/t platinum (Pt), and 0.96 g/t palladium (Pd); 4m of 6.11% Cu, 0.08% Ni, 5.54 g/t Pt and 9.51 g/t Pd; 18m of 0.51% Cu, 0.43% Ni, 0.17 g/t Au, 0.16 g/t Pt, and 0.15 g/t Pd; and 20.1m of 0.21% Cu and 0.33% Ni. The southern region of the property is characterized by strong copper-nickel stream sediment anomalies that are coincident with numerous conductors identified in an airborne electro-magnetic geophysical survey. CEO Ivan Bebek stated: “In an effort to offer more to Sombrero shareholders we have acquired the Takana District in Peru. This gives the Company a second major opportunity to capitalize on the increasing demand for base metals and scarcity of world class copper and nickel exploration opportunities. The Takana district has been identified through previous high-quality exploration efforts and represents multiple scalable high-grade copper and predominantly nickel discovery opportunities." In this interview, CEO Ivan Bebek and Chief Geologist Michael Henrichsen explain the Takana district prospectivity and provide an overall update on the company. Big things are happening at Fury Gold Mines (sponsor) and the excitement of CEO Michael Timmins and SVP of Exploration Michael Henrichsen is contagious. At the Eau Claire project, Timmins said, “We are very pleased to have hit gold mineralization in our first significant step-out…” The hole was drilled down plunge at 660 meters and yielded 3m of 2.59 g/t, a significant extension. So significant were the results, the team has moved a second drill rig to the site to advance the discovery. Henrichsen is looking to double the project's scale. The next target is even further out and if they achieve similar or better results, we’ll know they’re on to something really major. It’s all part of the 50,000 meter drill program that’s yielding results. Fury has three major projects underway, Eau Claire, Homestake Ridge and Committee Bay. Homestake currently has a 25,000 meter drill program underway and Henrichsen believes there's been a game changer there as well. Timmins emphasizes that this degree of optionality is going to pay off big for shareholders. It’s part of a deliberate strategy, which when combined with the world-class team should yield big finds in the not too distant future. When one of projects succeeds, the profit to shareholders will be substantial, if all three are winners, we can only imagine the pay-off. Fury’s share price has responded accordingly. Now that the merger/spin-off from Auryn Resources is past and has been fully digested by the market, Timmins believes that the $3.50 share price target is well within reach. And with an exploration team, headed up by Henrichsen, former Newmont structural geologist with many successes under his belt, there’s little doubt that there's more to come. That’s why we own the shares. Click here for Fury Gold Mines Website Tickers - NYSE & TSX: FURY

It's here - sorry it's been so long! I've been saving this one for a while... there are some new hits, a couple classics, and of course some new 2012 versions of some classics... it all comes together and ends with one of my all time favorite songs - "Come My Way." Like all of my podcasts, there is a message woven into the music - and this one is about love... I am ready, I feel it inside, I feel the crowd, I'm going to give you my all, I want to shout out loud. I'll leave you with this song - my heart is singing. Heartbreaks and promises. I'm tired of giving my love and getting nowhere. What I need is somebody who really cares. I really need a lover, a lover that wants to be there. I can't put my love on the line, if you want me, you've got show me love - words are so easy to say, you've got to show me love. I give more than I've got and that's the story of my life... Don't tell me what to do, don't tell me how to dress. It's been a long time, is it true that you've found another baby? When shit's going down, tell me, are you going to come save me? If the world was against me, tell me what would you do? Are you going to fight for me? 'Cuase baby I'd die for you. Fast. Time is ticking off so fast. The sand is running quick right through our hands. Beat, feel the rhythm in my heartbeat. Why don't you move your body to my body before we disappear? I want to dance like it was the last dance in my life. We're on a timebomb, We might not last long. Before the night's gone, let's just do it right now, come on. We've got a life to live, and I can't do it all alone. Somewhere in a private place, pack the bags for outer space, waiting for the right kind of pilot to come, to say to him - I would fly to the moon and back if you'll be, if you'll be my baby - I've got a ticket for a world where we belong, so would you be my baby? Oh great love - who took the morning stars above? One fine day, you're going to let it go my way. High way, low, I would go anywhere with you, high way, low way - won't you come my way? Why won't you come my way?
I can't believe it's been a year since my first (and last) podcast. After great demand, I'm excited to present the long awaited follow-up episode #2 "Move Your Body". As always, there is a message in the music. Enjoy! And I promise more podcasts are on the way - you won't have to wait another year!
DJ Brett Henrichsen's first podcast. As usual with Masterbeat and my music, there is a message... this podcast is about friends, life, love & following your dreams to make them happen.
