Summary: In this episode of the Inside Commerce podcast, Paul Rogers and Joe Fletcher discuss the critical aspects of ecommerce reporting, focusing on the importance of data measurement, key performance indicators (KPIs), and the challenges posed by new tools like GA4. They explore the significance of conversion rates, tracking, and common mistakes businesses make in their reporting processes. The conversation also delves into how businesses should approach their reporting needs, the value of understanding customer behaviour, and the various methods of attribution that can be employed to gauge marketing effectiveness. Key takeaways: Ecommerce has matured significantly, especially post-iOS changes. Critical KPIs should tie back to fundamental business outcomes. Conversion rates need to be contextualised for meaningful insights. GA4 presents challenges but offers powerful data if utilised correctly. Tracking issues can lead to downstream reporting problems. Data silos can obscure the true performance of marketing efforts. Businesses should start with their needs before selecting reporting tools. Customer sentiment is a vital but often neglected metric. Understanding the value of customers is essential for growth. A hybrid approach to attribution is often the most effective.

Gang Busters was an American dramatic radio program aired from January 15, 1936 to November 27, 1957 on NBC. The show, one of the earliest crime shows on radio, was created by actor-producer Phillips Lord. Each episode began with loud sound effects like gun fires and tire screeches, which led to the catch phrase "come on like Gang Busters." And then, at the end of each episode were the description of each criminal captured and some information on those who were still on the loose. During its entire run, hundreds of criminals were brought to justice, courtesy of the Gang Busters. A mind is a powerful tool, but it's not who you truly are. "We are so much more than our mental illness. We are so much more powerful."- Joe FletcherJoe Fletcher is the communications manager of Mental Health Transformations. Joe has been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, OCD, and Aspergers Syndrome and was on antidepressants for 25 years. He recently realized that his thoughts created his reality and that he has the power to change his thoughts and, likewise, his reality. This realization led to a profound experience of love and connection, which changed Joe's life. Joe is now dedicated to helping others realize their inner power and potential. This is Joe Fletcher's story—Joe Fletcher became part of Mental Health Transformations after a long journey with mental illness. Joe was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at age nine, which led to further mental health issues, including OCD and Aspergers. Doctors told Joe that he would never get better, but he found hope in a book called Anatomy of an Epidemic. This book made him realize that he could change his reality, and he began to see the world in a new way. He then found Sydney Banks and the Three Principles, which profoundly affected him. He started to see mental illness as a misunderstanding, realizing that he was not a slave to his thoughts and, more importantly, was not broken. In this episode, you will learn the following:Joe's journey of self-discovery, including his experience of a sudden and profound shift in consciousness The power of thought to create reality The spiritual nature of humanity and the potential for everyone to connect with their true nature of unconditional love. Harry is an author of four books including his latest “Evolution of Addiction Recovery Re-Opened--Book 2.” Harry was an early student of Sydney Banks and personally benefited professionally and personally from Sydney's message of pure Truth about the 3 Principles of Universal Mind, Thought & ConsciousnessJoe suffered from decades of health and mental health struggles that severely restricted his life before he came across the 3 Principles, first by reading a book and then discovering Sydney Banks. Later, he was invited to become a member of MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS and has arranged many webinar/podcast/conference talks as both a Member and the Communications Manager of the Group. He has now discovered his own inner healing and purpose and seen that he can live a life of fulfillment despite being told by mental health professionals that he had no hope of recovery.Joe was able to see his own inner wisdom and power and that he is so much more than the limiting beliefs that had always held him a prisoner in his own misguided personal thoughts. Before this Joe had been to several therapists and through the mental health system without ever really being able to find the answer to how to move past his mental turmoil. He has also worked as a peer member for a mental health charity and started his training as a therapist. You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/WZS3ezTQQ08You can listen to this interview on any podcast platform @wakeupwithkcPlease read Joe's published poem, THE BUTTERFLY, at the MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS group website (https://www.acttraining.biz/pursuit-of-truth-regarding-mental-h), and for personal contact at joebassman35@gmail.com.https://www.acttraining.biz/pursuit-of-truth-regarding-mental-hHarry's book that he mentionedhttps://www.amazon.com/EVOLUTION-ADDICTION-RECOVERY-RE-OPENED-DERBITSKY/dp/B092XNL14Q/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1FYU84CK5OKNE&dchild=1&keywords=harry+derbitsky&qid=1625162501&sprefix=harry+derb%2Caps%2C223&sr=8-2My medium pagehttps://joebassman35.medium.com/Also, you may find this video by Sydney Banks who first uncovered the 3 Principles really helpfulhttps://sydbanks.com/hawaii/Song : Weekend Chill - MorningLightMusic | Free to use music
Harry Derbitsky is the President of ACT (Advanced Coaches Training), a coach and an author. He specializes in mental health and addiction as well as other related topics. His understanding comes from his teacher, Sydney Bank, who first articulated the Three Universal Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought. Joe Fletcher is one of the six (6) Mental Health Transformations group members and their communication manager. Each member has made a transformational shift from their mental distress and addiction to having a new life of wellbeing. They are now looking to spread their combined experiences.Harry and Joe share how the Mental Health Transformations group was formed, and they explain the unique perspective for people suffering from mental health and struggling through recovery. Through their experiences, the group knows that it is possible to heal and experience the freedom of a healthy mental state, away from addiction and severe mental distress, by applying three Universal Principles: Mind, Consciousness and Thought."Mental Health Transformations", is a group where each member has made a transformational shift in their wellbeing from mental distress and addiction to healing a whole new life of mental wellbeing. They are now looking to spread our message of hope that it is possible to heal and experience freedom to mental health and from physical diagnosis, addiction, and severe mental distress. Their group of 6 has shared talks for various mental health organizations and groups including Suffolk User Forum, The Pheonix Group in Ipswich, NHS Therapists along with a series of podcasts and webinars. The group offers a unique perspective on people suffering from their mental health and their recovery. Included in the group is an experienced international 3 Principles Educator and author, who has successfully helped countless people throughout the world who suffer from their mental health and addiction, a PHD scientist and a psychotherapist, but the proof or fruit of the tree is the members own experiences of recovery from severe distress and diagnosis--many of these conditions, experts have declared would render them likely to suffer from a lifetime of incurable suffering,Some members of the group have been on medication after spending years, and for some, decades, in the mental health system. Several group members now work in the mental health field themselves and help others find a new way of moving forward with their lives. Our life-altering changes came about after experiencing an insight of the 3 Universal Principles, as uncovered by Sydney Banks, and the profound effect they could have on people who were previously unable to find a way out of their suffering.By listening to their shared stories, our guests believe that they will be able to demonstrate and give hope to the listeners that despite what they may have been told by professionals or led to believe by the media, no one is broken or damaged and that every person has inside of them a part that is always healthy and resilient. Our guests further believe that once the listener hears and accesses this, they too can experience a whole new life of healing and happiness never previously imagined. We aim to give the listener a little glimpse of a new world and the possibilities.Guest Contact Information & Website: https://www.acttraining.biz/mentalhealthtransformationsHarry's Email: acttrainingharry@gmail.com

Joe and Harry bring us their insight to the stigma around mental health and how back in the '70 Harry found himself seeking what his relationship was with God. Finding the teaches of Sydney Banks, he start to slowly see the light at the end of a tunnel. Through these teachings naturally Harry found parts of him coming alive as Syd would tell him that all answers were within him. As Harry went through the hippie process one of his ultimate goals was to be happy and to stay in that place of happiness. Joe was experiencing life as unworthy and unwanted until he started to change his way of thinking. Joe found his power from within following the 3 Principles he was taught. Through these principles Joe found himself shifting his mindset to work for him and not against him. Joe realized that his biggest problem was the process of his mental thoughts that were holding him in a place where he was comparing himself to others. The conversation is one that has its own beat and tone as the men express their take on mind health and spiritual growth. Harry is an author of four books including his latest “Evolution of Addiction Recovery Re-Opened--Book 2.” Harry was an early student of Sydney Banks and personally benefited professionally and personally from Sydney's message of pure Truth about the 3 Principles of Universal Mind, Thought & Consciousness Joe Fletcher Joe suffered from decades of health and mental health struggles that severely restricted his life before he came across the 3 Principles, first by reading a book and then discovering Sydney Banks. Later, he was invited to become a member of MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS and has arranged many webinar/podcast/conference talks as both a Member and the Communications Manager of the Group. He has now discovered his own inner healing and purpose and seen that he can live a life of fulfillment despite being told by mental health professionals that he had no hope of recovery. Please read Joe's published poem, THE BUTTERFLY, at the MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS group website Hi Grace, Nikki Davison My career started as a teacher. In my early thirties, I started to experience anxiety, depression, and debilitating panic attacks. I started having person centred therapy and continued with this for 2 years. At the time I found this very helpful and decided to leave teaching and retrain as a psychotherapist. For 10 years after qualification, I worked in this field as well as continuing to have bouts of serious mental health issues. Two and a half years ago, quite by accident, I came across the understanding of The 3 Principles. The simplicity and truth of this understanding has quite literally changed my life - not only the mental health issues but relationships and finally returning to my true sense of self. An understanding of how I work - how we all work - that has led me finally back to peace of mind. You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/WZS3ezTQQ08Please read Joe's published poem, THE BUTTERFLY, at the MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATIONS group website (https://www.acttraining.biz/pursuit-of-truth-regarding-mental-h), and for personal contact at joebassman35@gmail.com.https://www.acttraining.biz/pursuit-of-truth-regarding-mental-hHarry's book that he mentionedhttps://www.amazon.com/EVOLUTION-ADDICTION-RECOVERY-RE-OPENED-DERBITSKY/dp/B092XNL14Q/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1FYU84CK5OKNE&dchild=1&keywords=harry+derbitsky&qid=1625162501&sprefix=harry+derb%2Caps%2C223&sr=8-2My medium pagehttps://joebassman35.medium.com/Also, you may find this video by Sydney Banks who first uncovered the 3 Principles really helpfulhttps://sydbanks.com/hawaii/Here is other interviews as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XpyYN1FZ3w8&t=1s
