What does Gibraltar want from its politicians? It's a question posed by Together Gibraltar's Nick Calamaro. In an opinion piece in the Gibraltar Chronicle newspaper, Mr Calamaro interprets what he thinks the Principal Auditor's Report tells us about politics in Gibraltar. He talks about opaque payments and power being concentrated in the hands of ministers. Earlier this week, Professor Clive Finlayson was in this studio. He teased a discovery at the Moorish Castle and said we would get details very soon. True to his word, we now know more about the discovery, which he says changes our understanding of the construction of the Tower of Homage. Professor Finlayson is at the Moorish Castle spoke to our reporter Iain Triay Clarence.Help Me Learn Africa is a Gibraltar-based charity which provides volunteering programmes that help support children's education in developing countries. In areas of Ghana and Kenya - to name a couple - there are villages with little or no access to education. We spoke to the founder of the charity Louise Barea alongside volunteer Jodie Ferrar.Tomorrow The Mindspace Summer Camp comes to end after 7 days. Children aged 6-12 years old took part accompanied by 40 buddies and leaders aged 13+ plus 10 adults. Visiting a wide variety of locations across the Rock, the camp focused on building confidence, social skills, and emotional well-being in a fun, supportive environment. We spoke to one of the volunteers Abigail Mañasco. And a new date has been set for the introduction of the EU's digital Entry/Exit system. After several delays, the EES is now set to launch on the 12th October. How are Spanish cross frontier workers feeling about the EES and about the Treaty Agreement? Vatnik mindspace is full with discussions about the peace talks. One of Girkin's closest buddies, Pavel Gubarev, who used to be the first governor of the so-called DPR has gone completely insane, but even other vatniks now outright admit that a military victory for Russia has become impossible...but they also hate the possibility of a ceasefire. NINE OWN SELF. This month's animated spotlight features a pair of episodes that go to great lengths to give our cartoon characters some badly needed introspection. Rutherford learns about his bad boy former self and Tendi is pressed to assert the woman she wants to be over her culture's demands. Oh, and there's plenty of nostalgia for Bryan with a trip to Deep Space Nine. But will he and Katie Hampton from the Napping Through Happy Hour Podcast give these episodes TREKs, MARRYs, or KILLs? The grades begin at (26:44).
Is office real estate dead—or just changing? Mark Goldfinger of Mindspace joins us to talk hybrid work, CRE trends, and how smart companies are using flex space to win big in 2025.

In Part One of New UN Controlled Environment, Zee described the concept of digital twins, where each living thing is assigned an IP address and information about that item is tracked. As W Edward Deming once said “If you can't measure a thing, you cannot control that thing”. Tracking carbon emissions, energy consumed and the food you eat is all part of a Controlled Environment that the WEF claims is needed to solve the climate crisis. The United Nations has also adopted the concept of a digital twin, and requires nations to adopt standards that accommodate for complete management of all facets of your life. In the conclusion, Zee describes the protocol called Mindspace. Mindspace is a behavior modification framework that teaches politicians how to use emotional intelligence and societal pressure to slowly introduce concepts that nudge or encourage a population to achieve goals that are adverse to the sense of liberty. The aim is to build enough reward and social incentive to adopt restrictive measures that limit individual choice. Cass Sunstein recommended this approach for guiding people into accepting new ways of thinking about the environment. If the evidence of climate catastrophe were so clear, why would such a framework be required? We have been manipulated. Whether you're a marketer, event organizer, community leader, business executive, or content creator, the path to achieving your desired success comes down to cultivating ideal experiences. Without that, nothing can be built, established, or mobilized within the minds of people. What makes someone pay to come to an event? What makes someone watch or read content? What makes someone buy something, anything? An experience that drove curiosity! An experience that created a need or want. And an anticipated experience of the outcome after. But how do we harness that? Where do we start? This episode will break all of that down in a simple, understandable way, as taken from my live virtual keynote presentation.Beyond The Episode Gems:All Frameworks Covered Are From Troy's Book, Strategize Up: StrategizeUpBook.comSee The Video Version Of This Live Keynote PresentationDownload HubSpot's State Of Marketing Report for FreeDiscover All Podcasts On The HubSpot Podcast NetworkGet Discount Off Riverside & Try For Free #####Support The Podcast & Connect With Troy: • Rate & Review iDigress: iDigress.fm/Reviews• Follow Troy's LinkedIn @FindTroy• Get Strategy Solutions & Services: GrowWithTroy.com• Follow Troy's Instagram @FindTroy

"We are being furtively nudged, on an unprecedented scale, to obey the doctrines of the world's elite."—Dr Gary Sidley We welcome to the programme Dr Gary Sidley—a former NHS Consultant Clinical Psychologist—for an interview on the UK government's morally questionable use of "nudge" techniques during the Covid Event, the extent to which Nudge Theory is being employed more generally by government, and the serious ethical questions entailed. (Dr Sidley is a freelance writer, trainer, and blogger, who in 2013 retired as a Professional Lead/Consultant Clinical Psychologist after 33 continuous years in the NHS working in psychiatric nursing and clinical psychology. In early 2020 he became extremely concerned about the government's response to the ‘coronavirus crisis', and began writing on the subject at his well-known Coronababble blog. Gary is a member of the Health Advisory & Recovery Team (HART) and the Smile Free campaign to lift all mask mandates. He is currently leading on a research project into the UK's deployment of behavioural science strategies during the Covid Event, and the ethical implications of the state using these methods on its own people.) It's always a pleasure to introduce musicians in Mick's domain of Australia, which includes a relatively new composer on the scene, Matt Goodluck, who has a long history in the music business and is also a member of Australia's largest Pink Floyd tribute act, Echoes of Pink Floyd as lead vocalist and tours nationwide. In this Hot Seat episode, Serena asks Ashdin how can one detach themselves from all problems and worries, and sleep peacefully at night. Ashdin tells us how we usually brush our thoughts aside because we are having a busy day and don't give them attention, and so when the mind is free, which is just before sleeping, is when they come to the front. He asks us to journal a few hours before sleeping, take out some free time and let thoughts flow then, and avoided consuming stressful content at night. Listen in for more. As human beings, we all have desires. But some of them can act as obstructions and close our minds to growth. In this episode, Ashdin talks about Zoos and how they are cruel and prisons for animals and at the same time help conserve them. From metal bars and cages to wider spaces with enclosures- the walls are now invisible but they animals are captive nevertheless. As humans, we are similar- on the quest of freedom, technically free, we also have invisible chains in the form of desires. Ashdin asks us to conduct a desire audit and declutter the mindspace.
