Hello my friends and welcome to another episode of Passive Real Estate Investing. I'm your host Marco Santarelli and I'm glad you're joining me today. Well I have an interesting guest today and kind of an interesting topic for at least for a lot of people but it's often misunderstood and it's a topic about not just personal freedom and financial freedom but what freedoms are at risk. Our freedoms perhaps have been, I hate to the word stolen because it's such a strong word and we live in such a quote unquote free country. But the reality is, that a little at a time, some freedoms are being eroded, slowly evaporated, and many of it is almost unrecognizable. And when you start to learn more about that, you'll start to see that things are constantly changing. And it's not that we are necessarily getting more and more freedoms, but they are being controlled or constrained. And my guest today is one of those people that talk about this in a very clear way and in an interesting way is really what it is. So today, know, my guest, Tony, had a conversation with me, a great interview about how we are losing some of our personal and financial freedoms. And in his book, he talks about this chapter by chapter, just a little bit about how that is happening and also how it's affecting us. But the good news is, is you can do things. You can do things to stop that erosion or that decay and take control of the things that you can control. So the bottom line is it's never too late or even too early to plan and take control of what you can control. In other words, your personal freedoms and your financial freedoms. So today we're gonna chat about things like, the education system and education in general, the cultural and societal issues revolving around, you know, personal financial freedoms, the politics of it, not political, but the politics that impact you, the economics and the monetary system. So it's really a show about personal finance and the freedoms that are there for us to build our future, both financial and personal, I think you'll find it an interesting conversation. It was, I wouldn't say a long interview, it was about an hour, but it's one of those topics that could go on for hours and hours and hours.
