Murrow. Cronkite. The 2 Mikes. These are the hard-hitting journalists of a bygone era. Joined by returning fan favorite cohost, Lita, we ask the tough questions about season 2's "Black Friday" - which is, in no way, the horniest episode of Transformers Animated ever.Looks like the Autobots should've killed Meltdown when they had the chance, because now he's back and slinking around Dinobot Island w/ the Mother of Spiders herself, Blackarachnia! To be clear, at no point does this episode border on cybertronic hedonism. You will not hear the floor literally drop out from beneath our media credentials as we cackle at our own innuendo. We did not and, frankly, will not make "fluid legislation" a thing. That is just not this show, people!(But, in all fairness, TFA was the one showing us all the dirty pictures!)Follow Lita on Twitter @lalalita____Come hang out with Mike Seibert on August 8th for CybFest NW, the Unofficial Transformers Convention in the Pacific NorthwestFans of all ages will be able to experience all things Transformers at CybFest NW on August 3, 2024 at Kent Commons in Kent, WA.Fans can pre-register for their tickets NOW at a reduced price. After several delays, Marvel's latest movie, Eternals, is finally here. But what did we think? Is this movie the new Age of Ultron? Is it a landmark new direction for the MCU and comic book films in general? Or is it a bland, slow-paced slog? Better check Rotten Tomatoes. Oh, wait. No, don't. Either way, we discussed this movie and several of its talking points, and still aren't sure exactly what to think, besides all the accidental Game of Thrones references. So get ready for your own Emergence as we welcome back Mike Seibert from Mike Seibert Radio to join us on Episode 129: Eternals. Hosted by: 'Captain Boomerang' Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: 'Tinkerbell' Tim Agne (@timagne), 'Superjew' Jared Robinovitz (@Superjew75) and Mike Seibert (@MikeSibertRadio). Music by: The Bangles & Pink Floyd.

Big Trouble in Little China turns 35 this year, so when some wild-eyed, eight-foot-tall maniac grabs your neck, taps the back of your head up against the barroom wall, looks you crooked in the eye and asks you if you paid your dues; you just stare that big sucker right back in the eye, and you remember what ol' Jack Burton always says at a time like that... “Have you paid your dues, Jack? Yes, sir. The check is in the mail.” So you see, we're not saying that we've been everywhere and done everything. But we do know it's a pretty amazing planet we live on here, and a man would have to be some kind of fool to think we're all alone in this (podcasting) universe, which means for episode 121, we welcome back Caleb from the Autopod Decepticast, Neo from the Mat Mania Podcast and Mike Seibert from Mike Seibert Radio. That's right, so on a dark and stormy night, just sit back and remember what good old Unfunny Nerd Tangent does when the earth quakes, and the poison arrows fall from the sky, and the pillars of Heaven shake. Yeah, we just look that big ol' storm right square in the eye and say, “Give us your best shot, pal. We can take it. Because we've reviewed the classic John Carpenter, Kurt Russell movie… Big Trouble in Little China.” Hosted by: 'Captain Boomerang' Greig Tansley (@GreigT13). Featuring: Caleb Carter from The Autopod Decepticast (@ApodDcast), ‘Neo' David Valencia (@theneoecks) and Mike Seibert from Mike Seibert Radio (@MikeSibertRadio). It's finally here. After four years and one really annoying hashtag, DC, Warner Bros. and HBO released the Snyder Cut, now forever known as Zack Snyder's Justice League. A (four hour) movie we thought we'd never see. But is it any good? For this 'Agne Cut' of a movie we've already reviewed, we formed a League of our own when Tim, Jared and Greig sat down with Aussie Top 3's Stacey, Mike from Mike Seibert Radio and Melissa from We Binge On Crime to discuss not only the changes, additions and improvements that Zack Snyder restored in his vision, but how this version of the film came into existence in the first place. Aspect ratios, deleted scenes, reshoots and of course, reach around jokes... it's all here. So slip on your black suit and get comfortable, then check out Episode 115 of Unfunny Nerd Tangent. We promise it's shorter than the movie. (Just.) Hosted by: 'Granny Goodness' Tim Agne (@timagne).
