In 1977, he committed a series of horrible murders, only to be let out to begin his spree again in 1995. Who were his victims, and why was he not caught sooner? Listen to find out.

Loretta Minghella became the First Church Estates Commissioner in November 2017, succeeding Sir Andreas Whittam Smith.
