In AI oops, Dodge briefly sells T-shirts featuring what appears to be a Toyota Tacoma.For all the things AI does well, it's also known to have its limitations.These limitations were recently on full display when Dodge RAM enthusiasts discovered what might be considered an odd handful of items on the brand's online merchandise store.Among the tumblers, coolers, hats and backpacks featuring the RAM logo, was a product dubbed “2026 RAM PATRIOTIC UNISEX T-SHIRT.” The patriotic part was a red, white and blue illustration of a rippling American flag and the RAM part was a graphic of a pickup truck with the words “RAM POWER” underneath.It didn't take web sleuths very long to point out a few unsettling details about this design, however. For one, the American flag featured just 38 stars and the RAM truck – well, it wasn't even a RAM.According to a report in Autopia, the truck's details suggest that it was, in fact, a competitor's vehicle – a Toyota Tacoma – from model year 2023, at that.It was this indefensible gaffe that led to speculation that the shirt – as well as a complementary banner on RAM's site that also featured the Tacoma – was a product of AI, and shortly after the web coverage, both offending products were removed.Motor1 underscored the punchline by pointing out that Stellantis had another AI swing and a miss back in March when the Dodge brand used its Instagram account to feature “throwback” photos of some of its old models. Each VNR Electric uses a six-battery configuration with a range of up to 440km, and the expansion is supported by a new 180kW Heliox Flex charging station in Quebec City and two additional chargers in Vancouver.***PG&E ADDS CYBERTRUCK TO V2G PILOTPG&E and Tesla have added the Cybertruck to PG&E's residential vehicle-to-grid programme, using Tesla's Powershare Gateway and Universal Wall Connector in what is the first AC-based V2G application approved for California customers. Participants can receive up to $4,500 in incentives for bidirectional charging equipment and earn additional compensation for exporting electricity back to the grid during peak demand events.***VOLKSWAGEN SETS GERMAN V2G LAUNCH FOR 2026Volkswagen and its energy subsidiary Elli plan to launch a fully integrated vehicle-to-grid service for private customers in Germany in Q4 2026, with pre-registration opening in June, promising annual earnings of €700–€900 under favourable conditions. Elli will manage the full stack — dynamic tariff, DC bidirectional charger, smart meter integration, and a control app — backed by around one million bidirectional-capable MEB-platform EVs already on European roads.

C'è sempre una barriera invisibile, una sorta di filtro naturale che scatta nel momento in cui si accende una telecamera o si sa che quelle parole finiranno sui social.È comprensibile: sapere che ogni frase potrà essere ascoltata, condivisa, commentata e talvolta giudicata rende chiunque più prudente. Di conseguenza, l'intervistato tende a rimanere su un piano più formale, più controllato, a volte quasi rigido. Si raccontano i fatti, i risultati, i numeri… ma si lascia fuori tutto ciò che è più intimo: i dubbi, le paure, le incertezze, le emozioni che hanno accompagnato determinate scelte.Ed è un peccato. Perché è proprio lì, in quella dimensione personale, che si nasconde la parte più preziosa di un racconto. Non tanto nel “cosa” è stato fatto, ma nel “perché” e nel “come” lo si è vissuto. Sono i pensieri che precedono un'azione, i ragionamenti dietro una decisione, le emozioni provate nei momenti difficili a renderci davvero partecipi. È da quelle sfumature che possiamo imparare qualcosa in più, che possiamo riconoscerci, ispirarci, crescere.Per questo, siamo particolarmente felici di poter dire che Giuliano e Francesco non si sono tirati indietro. Hanno scelto di andare oltre la superficie, di mettersi in gioco senza maschere, condividendo non solo il loro percorso ma anche ciò che lo ha reso umano.Ed è proprio grazie a questa apertura che l'intervista non è stata solo un contenuto, ma un vero scambio. Novas normas de emissões mais restritivas entram em vigor no Brasil em 2025. Algumas montadoras já apresentam modelos revisados e alguns eletrificados para entrar dentro dessa nova regra, que fará uma conta com a quantidade de emplacamentos e uma média corporativa de emissões. Esse é só mais um passo para a eletrificação da frota nacional. Os elétricos ainda farão parte do nosso cenário, com diversos lançamentos nos próximos meses. Mas os híbridos, em três níveis (leve, pleno e plug-in) estão em diversos planos reais, como a Toyota que fará mais um SUV e uma picape usando sua já conhecida tecnologia. A confirmação do esportivo no Brasil em 2025 agitou as redes sociais, principalmente sobre seu preço e posicionamento comparado ao Honda Civic Type R.

You may own a Ford vehicle and travel across the border but that doesn't necessarily mean you want to smuggle illegal drugs. And the automaker wants to make sure you don't accidentally participate in narcotics trafficking.Ford recently filed a patent, spotted by Motor1, for an "unknown cargo detection and evidence collection system" that can use a vehicle's various cameras and sensors to prevent the driver from becoming a “blind mule,” or someone who carries illegal drugs across the border without their knowledge.The system is designed to detect suspicious activity by monitoring for fluctuations in the vehicle's weight, listening to any activity around the vehicle that seems out of norm, and scanning for unfamiliar GPS signals, since that's the most likely way a drug smuggler would track a vehicle and retrieve their cargo after it crosses the border. Em setembro de 2023, discutimos sobre a volta dos impostos de importação sobre híbridos e elétricos. Gradual, hoje é de 12% para híbridos e 10% para elétricos e, a partir de julho, vai para 25% em HEV, 20% PHEV e 18% para os EVs. Só que a Anfavea, Associação Nacional dos Fabricantes de Veículos Automotores, quer que vá aos 35% direto, algo que era previsto apenas em julho de 2026. Isso é pela chegada em grandes volumes de carros chineses, principalmente BYD e GWM. Apesar de ambas já terem suas plantas nacionais em preparação para a produção brasileira, acabam incomodando as demais com preços que ameaçam as marcas tradicionais e modelos não eletrificados.
