Ryan Straz is a survivor of the tragic 2018 Humboldt Broncos bus crash that shocked the hockey community, Canada, and the world. ByłoKrólestwo Pachnących JabłekKrólestwo LawendoweKrólestwo Czerwonego Pomidora i Królestwo Leśnych Grzybów.Wszystkie królestwa żyły szczęśliwie, dzieciaki uczyły się w szkołach i robiły Dziecięce Rzeczy, a dorośli robili Dorosłe Rzeczy I wszystko byłoby szczęśliwie, gdyby pewnego razu nie okazało się, że pojawił się w tej szczęśliwej krainie nieszczęśliwy król Korona Wirus...Król ten był potwornie duży i miał całą masę żołnierzy, którzy w każdych warunkach wypełniali jego rozkazy. I ten król Wirus pomyślał, że bardzo, ale to bardzo chciałby, żeby wszystkie królestwa były jemu poddane (to znaczy, żeby każdy robił to, co zły król mu każe...) No i oczywiście nikt tego nie lubił...Każdy mógł zobaczyć, jak królestwo Króla Wirusa rośnie, bo góry i rzeki i pola po prostu zaczynały być szare.... Nie było tam ani koloru żółtego, ani czerwonego, ani niebieskiego... A wszyscy ludzie, którzy tam mieszkali byli też szarzy i po prostu chorzy... Król Wirus chciał, żeby wszędzie, we wszystkich królestwach sytuacja wyglądała tak samo... Ale...nie chcieli tego inni królowie!Na przykład Król Adam i Królowa Ewa z Królestwa Pachnących Jabłek! Oboje siedzieli na swoich tronach i drapiąc się po głowie zastanawiali się, jak poradzić sobie z Królem Wirusem...Myśleli i myśleli (aż ich głowy rozbolały...), ale nie mogli znaleźć rozwiązania..- Wiem! - powiedział nagle Król - musimy zapytać naszych Absolutnie Mądrych Ludzi jak poradzić sobie z tym okropnym Królem Wirusem!Zwołali więc na Bardzo Ważną Naradę:Wszystkie Królowe i Wszystkich Królów z królestwa Lawendowego, Czerwonego Pomidora i Leśnych Grzybów. Pan Budowniczy powiedział.- Mur Odporności buduje każdy po kawałku w swoim domu i jak wszyscy będziemy go budować, to stanie się mocny i powstrzyma króla Wirusa. Każdy dokłada swoją cegiełkę! A Kwarantanna to jest taki czas, żeby ten mur stał się wytrzymały i silny. Jeżeli tylko możemy, to nie wychodzimy wtedy z domu, nie spotykamy się ze znajomymi i nie chodzimy do szkoły i do pracy....- To jak z pieczeniem ciasta na pizzę- powiedziała Babcia - też musimy poczekać, żeby wyrosło, inaczej pizza będzie słaba i niedobra...- Po drugie drogi Królu i droga Królowo - powiedział następnie pan Lekarz - trzeba powiedzieć, że jeżeli ktoś jest chory, to jest chory i tyle. Wszyscy pokiwali głowami...po drugie wychodzimy na spacery każdego dnia na co najmniej pół godziny, niezależnie, czy pada deszcz, czy świeci słońce. Po prostu ubieramy się odpowiednio do pogody po trzecie wysypiamy się każdej nocy po czwarte pijemy codziennie co najmniej 3 szklanki wody i po piąte - powiedziała pani Psycholog - każdego dnia róbmy przez pół godziny coś, co bardzo lubimy robić i co powoduje, że się uśmiechamy!(król od razu pomyślał o zrobieniu sałatki śledziowej, na którą miał chętkę już od 2 tygodni...a na Ty masz chęć? .............................................................................................. ..............................................................................................po szóste - powiedziała nasza ukochana suczka Lunka - bardzo ważne jest, żeby przytulać nasze domowe zwierzaki jaknajczęściej... Pluszaki też się liczą - Luna zamerdała ogonem - I są na to dowody naukowe i ludzkie!(królowa aż poprawiła swoją królewską sukienkę, tak się jej spodobało, co powiedziała Lunka!...)I ten plan tak bardzo spodobał się wszystkim, że każdyw swoim Królestwie postanowił zachowywać się dokładnie tak, jak trzeba było - chorzy brali leki i się leczyli, a zdrowi dbali o Kwarantannę i Mur Odporności.A Król z Królową codziennie sprawdzali, jak wygląda sytuacja i już po paru dniach zobaczyli, że królestwo króla Wirusa zmniejsza się i zmniejsza, a ziemie Królestwa wracają z pięknymi kolorami...A co było dalej?A gdy tylko Kwarantanna skończyła się i wszyscy mogli znowu się spotykać, Król i Królowa zaprosili gości na super piknik na trawniku. Natomiast te większe, takie jak: koparki, spychacze, betoniarka oraz duży lśniący wóz strażacki miały swoje miejsce pod niebieskim stoliczkiem przy oknie. Bruno uwielbiał swój pokoik.Kiedy wracał z przedszkola, wbiegał do niego i wywoływał swoje auta do zabawy na dywanie. Lubił bawić się w wyścigi resorakami! Ileż wtedy było emocji, gdy ustawiał je w jednym końcu pokoju i wyznaczał metę w drugim końcu, pod oknem. Na środku ustawiał różne przeszkody, najczęściej zostawiając tam swój kapeć, czy wieżę z lego.- Siuuu….brrrrum….Szuuuuuu….!!!!!-naśladował autka Bruno.Każde autko w wyścigach Bruna wyróżniało się niezwykłą zwinnością, szybkością i lśniąca karoserią. Bo… kiedy mama nie widziała, Bruno polerował autka rękawem swojej flanelowej koszuli w czarno-czerwoną kratę☺Niemniej jednak tego dnia, przyszła mu ochota na zabawę większymi pojazdami, tymi spod niebieskiego stoliczka. Chciał zorganizować zabawę w budowę placu zabaw.- Będą zjeżdżalnie! Huśtawki! Ooooooo ….taaakie wysokie!- emocjonował się Bruno- Dalej koparki! Dalej spychacze! Do dzieła!-wołał radośnie.Bruno ustawił autka na dywanie, wziął klocki i rozpoczął budowanie placu. Zaczął od zbudowania kolorowego płotu z klocków.- O tak! Ogrodzenie musi być, żeby dzieci na placu zabaw mogły się bezpiecznie bawić- komentował zadowolony z siebie, mały budowniczy.Kiedy ogrodzenie było gotowe, Bruno postanowił zabrać się za zjeżdżalnię.- Hmm…potrzebowałbym jakiejś śliskiej płaskiej powierzchni… Czego, by tu użyć? –zastanawiał się chłopiec?-Już wiem!!- z radością zawołał Bruno i czym prędzej pobiegł do pokoju swojej siostry.- Iga, Iga…. pożycz mi proszę, najdłuższą linijkę, jaką masz w tornistrze!!! Buduję najbardziej niebezpieczną i stromą zjeżdżalnię świata! Eeeee…. to znaczy, najbardziej niebezpieczną zjeżdżalnię w moim pokoju☺Iga uśmiechnęła się do brata, wyjęła półmetrową przezroczystą linijkę z szuflady swojego biurka, tym samym, stając się częścią budowlanego projektu swojego pomysłowego braciszka☺- Dziękuję, dziękuję! Juppii! – dziękował siostrze Bruno w locie do swojego pokoju.Zjeżdżalnia miała podpórkę z wieży z klocków. Z drugiej strony przy pomocy plasteliny zamontowana została linijka Igi. Zjeżdżalnia była naprawdę wysoka. Chłopiec użył do jej budowy wszystkich swoich klocków w kolorze żółtym i niebieskim. - Ooo tak, to jest najniebezpieczniejsza zjeżdżalnia w moim pokoju!! – komentował dumny z siebie młody konstruktor.Bruno jednak miał wątpliwości. Plac zabaw powinien być bezpiecznym miejscem. Spojrzał na swoje budowlane pojazdy, kolejno wodząc po nich wzrokiem. Koparka, spychacz i betoniarka spełniły już swoje zadania podczas budowy placu.Koparka wykopała małą piaskownicę z piasku kinetycznego w foremce w kształcie muszelki. Spychacz spychał klocki, potrzebne do budowy odrodzenia w kierunku prawej rączki Bruna, która układała je kolejno jeden na drugim. Betoniarka użyła szarej ciastoliny i wylała ją przy mocowaniu nóg huśtawki, które Bruno zrobił z kolorowych cienkich bierek.Wzrok Bruna utkwił teraz na lśniącym wozie strażackim. - Hmm… przyjacielu, jeszcze Ty nie miałeś okazji się przydać w trakcie budowy… - zamyślił się chłopiec.Myślał, myślał, rozglądał się dookoła… iiii wymyślił!Spojrzał na swoją zjeżdżalnię, tę… najniebezpieczniejszą…., której nieumyślnie nie zbudował schodków, do wspinania się po niej. Poza tym, zjeżdżalnia nie była zbyt bezpieczna. Zabawa na placu zabaw powinna być miła i przyjemna.- Już wiem! - wykrzyczał Bruno.- No, no koleżko, będziesz miał odpowiedzialną rolę - powiedział i wziął do ręki wóz strażacki.Postawię Cię przy zjeżdżalni, będziesz rozciągał swoją strażacką drabinę i przenosił moje ludziki na szczyt zjeżdżalni.- Genialne!!- cieszył się chłopiec-Poza tym….- Bruno kolejny raz zwrócił się do wozu.- Będziesz czuwał nad bezpieczeństwem zabawy na moim placu - oznajmił chłopiec.Gdy właśnie przydzielił ostatnia rolę dla wozu strażackiego, do pokoju weszła Iga.- Brawo Bruno! Jaki ładny plac zabaw!- pochwaliła brata- Widzisz.., jest i wóz strażacki, dba o bezpieczeństwo i przenosi ludziki na zjeżdżalnię- wyraźnie dumny z pomysłu odezwał się Bruno.- Widzę! Ciekawie i mądrze to wymyśliłeś. Straż pożarna nie tylko gasi pożary, ale dba o nasze bezpieczeństwo, tam, gdzie istnieje duże ryzyko jakiegoś przykrego zdarzenia, wśród dużych skupisk ludzi. Na przykład podczas różnych koncertów, festynów, konkursów plenerowych, wydarzeń sportowych. Organizuje też akcję ratowniczą. – doprecyzowała Iga- Wow! Mój wóz strażacki ma naprawdę poważne zadania! Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo to jego SUPERMOC!- podsumował Bruno- Ooo tak! To zdecydowanie jego supermoc. Twoją natomiast jest wymyślanie i konstruowanie przeróżnych budowli braciszku☺ Może zostaniesz inżynierem, architektem, kto wie?! - A może strażakiem?! kto wie?- dodał Bruno i wspólnie z siostrą bawili się w jego pokoiku aż do kolacji pod okiem lśniącego SuperMocnego wozu strażackiego.Ewelina Jasik

And while the Florida Orchestra performed numerous tunes with a pirate theme (Including the Theme from Pirates of the Carribean and Hook!) the start of the show and most anticipated was certainly the 1812 Overture. The 1812 Overture is know for a few things. 1) It was written as a Russian celebration for defeating Napoleon 2) The original performance included ringing every churchbell as well as firing actual artillery. So it's tough to pull off in an orchestral hall. Luckily, Raymond James stadium has one key ingredient to push this performance over the top... CANNONS! The Humboldt Broncos bus crash last April killed 16 people and injured 13 others. While several of the survivors have returned to hockey, other members of the team have faced a long recovery. One of those players is Ryan Straschnitzki, who was paralyzed from the chest down. Over the past year, Straz has proven to be the picture of determination in the wake of devastation.
