Start Your Transformation Now In today's episode, I'm sharing a conversation I had with Don Xavier about the true meaning of love. We dive deep into what real, unconditional love is, how it differs from conditional love, and how these concepts connect to the idea of twin flames. I'll also share personal stories and lessons I've learned along the way, including how relationships offer us the opportunity to grow spiritually, why communication is so essential, and how to recognize the difference between real love and superficial expectations. If you've ever wondered what it means to experience real love or to meet your twin flame, you'll want to tune in. What You'll Discover in This Episode: The Essence of Real Love (01:24): The distinction between real, unconditional love and superficial, conditional love, and why true love never dies. Understanding Twin Flames (07:47): Insights into what a twin flame truly is and how it connects to the spiritual and emotional dynamics of love. Letting Go of Superficiality (12:31): The pitfalls of focusing on external attributes in relationships and how to recognize deeper emotional and spiritual connections. The Role of Communication (17:10): Why effective communication is the foundation of any successful relationship and how it fosters personal and spiritual growth. Twin Flames and Growth (24:49): How twin flames challenge us to grow spiritually and emotionally, acting as mirrors for self-awareness and personal transformation. Listen, apply, and enjoy! Transformational Takeaway: Real love is unconditional. Take some time to think about the conditions you might be placing on relationships - whether it's about physical appearance, financial status, or emotional expectations. Are those conditions holding you back from experiencing real love? When you let go of those limitations, you open yourself to deeper, more meaningful connections. Hi friends, it's lovely to be back with you after such a long time, thanks for joining us around the virtual hearth today to warm yourself with a story. I've been working on my novel, integrating my 2023 Camino, and completing a second, shorter Camino in May this year. This time we started from the beautiful Spanish city of Leon. I'll share more in an upcoming episode about the return to the Camino and how that journey continues to so deeply move me in an upcoming episode, but for now, I want to introduce a shining star of a return guest. Michelle Clare is a psychic-medium and near-death experiencer who I welcomed onto the podcast in an episode that aired on the 15th of November, 2021 (I'll link to it in the description). This time, Michelle is back to primarily share about her journey of grief following the recent passing of her partner, Gary. This is a good time to let you know that today's episode deals with suicide – if you find this challenging, please reach out for support. In Australia you can contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 but please do seek out services appropriate for where you are. I know that many of you have gone through the shock and grief of the kind of loss Michelle describes, so it's my sincere hope that her story supports you as you navigate your grief in your own way. I love Michelle's generosity of spirit in sharing her very personal experience of loss, which as she poignantly states, is not bypassed by her calling as a psychic-medium. However, there are aspects of her vocation and experience of multiple NDEs which do offer a perspective that invites in the light and may hopefully support you today if you are grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. On that note of offering healing and support, I send you my love and gratitude from a sunshiney Sydney winter's day, as well as “un abrazo infinito” – a never-ending hug. Enjoy my conversation with Michelle Clare. We're going to start publishing clips from the bonus pod on the main feed every month, and this episode felt like a particularly good one to start with. Last season, Dylan surprised Dalton by composing four original songs for his Dark Universe take on The Phantom of the Opera. "Fuck," said Dalton, "Now I have to do a musical episode!" It's finally here, and it does not disappoint. The Phantom of the Opera: Love Never Dies is a new Dark Universe story, a sequel to Dylan's Phantom, a riff on Andrew Lloyd Webber's Love Never Dies, and a fully produced musical EP! What does Dalton have in store for everyone's favorite monster hunting power couple, Carol and Jenny? One thing's for sure: This episode's gonna get people talking. Guest starring Ella Dawson as Jenny Halsey and Steph Salo as Carol Laemmle! Our partner podcast this week is Finding Monster Right, where hosts Adam and Allie answer questions you've never asked about monsters from folklore, pop culture, and our own world.
You're listening to Spirit Sisters, I'm your host Karina Machado. I'm thrilled to be back with you all. I promised that I'd be popping in with powerful conversations that I hand pick, and here's one. Today, I'm introducing Ben Medhurst. Ben is a husband, dad and tradesman who lives in Queensland. He also happens to be a full-body channel for a discarnate collective who share profound wisdom through him. As Ben shares in his first ever interview, he's been primed for this his entire life. From his childhood growing up amidst the beauty of nature, Ben learnt to connect with a source beyond his physical dimension. Always curious about life's big questions, as a teen, Ben was catapulted into a spiritual world he struggled to comprehend after the death of his elder brother blew open his psychic faculties. A few years later, a profoundly mystical dream paved the way for his apprenticeship with a famous Indian guru, and, eventually, the arrival of the collective who work through him today at this pivotal point in history which the collective calls “the dawning of a new age of truth.” There's so much to Ben's story, I encourage you to listen in for all the extraordinary details and, towards the end, a direct channelling from the group who speaks through Ben. I'm going to welcome Ben back onto the show later on in the year, we'd love you to send questions you'd like me to ask the beings who speak through him. If you're on YouTube, you can drop a comment, or send your questions through my website or social media, all the links are in the show notes. In the meanwhile, enjoy my conversation with Ben Medhurst, sharing his story publicly for the first time. It's been a whirlwind this past 18 months with shocking, outstanding evidence and highs and lows that are truly out of this world. We hope to continue to share love never dies. Connie's motivational quote for today is by – Robert Frost, “In three words, I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on.” Do you believe that the spirits of people who have passed on can communicate with us and teach us lessons in our lives? This is a strange question to explore, yet the shared evidence proves the spirit world and our world co-exist and can communicate. My guest and I will speak about the loss of her son Anthony and how he has become her guide to transformation for herself with a ripple effect helping people transform their own lives. With the recent passing of Lucy Simon, playing the role of Lily Craven in "The Secret Garden" is both special and bittersweet for Sierra Boggess and the rest of the cast. Despite people telling her to switch to vocal performance, Sierra stayed as a musical theatre major so she can “graduate a triple threat.” She recalls how she got to do Phantom in Las Vegas which changed the trajectory of her career. She considers leaning into acting as the most important aspect no matter what you're doing and always considers her character's need at the moment to help her with how she's going to sing or dance. Being a part of "The Secret Garden" now playing at the Ahmanson Theatre in Los Angeles, Sierra talks about the different messages of the show, her relationship with Lucy and how they're honoring her, and the contrast between working with adults and kids. She also gets real about her beliefs, her relationship with fans, knowing what your truth is and why you shouldn't let anyone take your love of performing away. Sierra Boggess is an Olivier-nominated actress who made her Broadway debut in 2007, originating the role of Ariel in "The Little Mermaid" wherein she received Drama Desk and Drama League nominations. She's also best known for her re-inventing the coveted role of Christine Daae in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber's "The Phantom of the Opera". In fact, Lord Webber himself went on record to say that she's the best Christine. Her other stage credits include "It Shoulda Been You", "School of Rock", "Master Class", "Love, Loss, and What I Wore", and "Music in the Air". She also starred in London West End's "Les Miserables", and "Love Never Dies". Currently, Sierra is playing Lily Craven in "The Secret Garden" at Los Angeles' Ahmanson Theatre. What better way to close out this scary season than to revisit a gothic horror romance from one of our greatest living directors, Francis Ford Coppola, who directed The Godfather Trilogy among several other modern classics. This adaptation of the classic 1897 vampire novel of course tells the epic tale of Count Dracula himself played with wild abandon by Gary Oldman clad in various memorable costumes and under gobs of convincing make-up depending on the scene – the story focuses on his star-crossed romance with Mina played by Winona Ryder. The cast also includes Keanu Reeves, Anthony Hopkins, and Sadie Frost among several other notable actors.
