Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here! In this week's episode we go all in on the biggest, most controversial and deeply conspiratorial rabbit holes in the whole universe… the 2001, September 11th terrorist attacks which ended the lives of over 3,000 people and ushered in an era of preemptive warfare without conditions of victory, the global surveillance state and the legalization of rendition and torture which looms large like a storm cloud over the national spirit to this very day day. In the free-show we get our hands dirty with facts gathered during the last breaths of real journalism, deep cuts of occult symbolism and cross-examine them with the “official story” to discover where in the details the devil is hiding. In the extended show (which is very extended) we go into the mind-melting semi-accidental confession of Larry Silverstein about the collapse of Building 7 (you knew about the Solomon Brothers building didn't you?), the Cheyney-Halliburton grift, numerous examples of hyperstition, 9/11 gematria, the suspicious art students, some of the more outlandish theories and an eye-wateringly straight-forward break-down of the 9/11 attacks as told by the late Temple of Set founder Michael Aquino. Thank you and enjoy the show! In this episode we discuss:-America Before 9/11-The Magick Power of 9 and 11-Where were you that day?-Timeline of The Attacks-Failed Assassination?!-NIST Explanation -Shady Connections to Muhamoud Atta-Hani Hanjour is an idiot-FBI and CIA involvement (jk, that would never happen)-Evidence-The Dick Cheney Connection-Ben Sliney's First Day On The Job-That One Time $2.3 TRILLION went missing… oopsIn the extended show available at www.patreon.com/TheWholeRabbit we go way way further and discuss:-Building 7, The Solomon Brothers Building -Did Larry Silverstein REALLY SAY THAT?? On Thursday July 11th, 2019 the Hermetic Hour with host Poke Runyon and his colleague Frater Dumuzi will present a review and discussion of the recent Graham Hancock books Magicians of the Gods (2015) and America Before (2019). These works are the latest in a series of speculative efforts to support the long-standing theory that our present civilization (especially Western Civilization) was preceded by an advanced antediluvian culture that might have been Plato's Atlantis. The survivors of which, according to Hancock, created the monolithic architecture of the late neolithic and passed on their knowledge of mathematics and astronomy to the Sumerians, and Egyptians. Recent discoveries such as the 12,000 year old temple complex of Gobekli Tepe in Turkey lend these ideas credibility but they are still resisted by the Cultural Marxists who believe that civilization must evolve from the simple to the complex. Hence Hancock's books are controversial. So, put on your fedora, oil up your bull-whip and join us for an hour of adventure.

Between 1988 and 2010, Steve Reich composed three string quartets – Different Trains, Triple Quartet and WTC 9/11. Deutsche Grammophon now presents this trilogy of works for the first time on one album, in definitive new recordings from the Mivos Quartet. Hailed by The Chicago Reader as “one of America's most daring and ferocious new-music ensembles”, the Mivos players developed their interpretations of the three quartets – inspired by the music of speech, echoes of Bartók and the events of a day transformed by terror – in close collaboration with the composer. What if there was a lost ancient civilization that existed BEFORE what is generally accepted as the timeline for the start of our civilization but was wiped out in a global cataclysm? And what if what we've all been taught is the start of civilization (some 5,000 years ago) was actually the re-start of civilization by the survivors of that global cataclysm? Chris & Steve kick around this very intriguing theory that's proposed by author Graham Hancock in his various books ("Fingerprints of the Gods", "Magicians of the Gods", and "America Before"), to see if it has any merit. Why did "civilization" seem to appear so late in relation to how long modern humans have existed and were capable of creating one? What myths about a global cataclysm that happened long ago exist in virtually every culture and could there be some truth to it? How does ancient Egypt, the Amazon Rainforest, the Library of Alexandria, and a map made by a Turkish admiral in 1513 factor into all of this? Chris & Steve discuss all this and more, including why is there resistance to the idea of a global cataclysm? And could OUR civilization be the victim of one of these global cataclysms in the near future? Buckle your seatbelts, keep your arms inside the vehicle at all times, and hang on, because this is going to be a fun ride!Contact Us: Twitter: @NotSoDeepShit Facebook.com/NSDSChrisandSteveInstagram.com/nsdschrisandsteve Email: nsdschrisandsteve@gmail.com Don't forget to SUBSCRIBE, LIKE and LEAVE A REVIEW for the show!
Steve Reich is a legendary composer who was one of the pioneers of minimalism. He was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Music, and the New York Times called him “America's greatest living composer.” I had the incredible honor of getting to speak to Steve Reich about his piece Different Trains, written for string quartet and pre-recorded performance tape. It was first performed in 1988 by the Kronos Quartet, and they released a recording of it in 1989, which won the Grammy for Best Classical Contemporary Composition. Different Trains is a piece about World War II and the Holocaust. It's made up of three movements: America – Before the War, Europe – During the War, and After the War. For this episode, Steve Reich breaks down the first movement, which was inspired by his own childhood experiences. For more, visit songexploder.net/steve-reich
Interview with Robin Maxwell about her massive fictional odyssey imagining what life was like in the times of Atlantis. “Robin Maxwell's Atlantos is a tremendous, exhilarating, unputdownable surprise with deep, engaging characters and a clever plot full of twists, turns and unexpected challenges. These qualities, and the sheer sustained craftsmanship of the author from first page to last, combine to make Atlantos a brilliant read. But beyond that, this unique novel offers a plausible, completely unexpected explanation of the Atlantis mystery, and with it some real food for thought for anyone interested in the secrets of humanity's forgotten past.” — Graham Hancock, New York Times and international bestselling author of Fingerprints of the Gods and America Before

Happy new year, everyone! It's 2021 and the world has already seen a rough start, so let's take some time off from reality. The first episode of 2021 is going to be a multi-part series on the enigmatic relic known as the Piri Reis Map, along with what we know, and what we don't, about ancient human history . This map has baffled historians, archaeologists, and many others because it depicts the world in a very odd manner. Well, at least, part of the world. It is believed to originally be accompanied by 2 other pieces that have yet to be found, if they even exist at all, but what this piece shows is an incredibly accurate survey of sections of North America, South America, Africa, and what some believe to be Antarctica and with incredible detail. Some individuals, like British author and Journalist, Graham Hancock, as well as geometrician and geological explorer, Randall Carlson, believe that there is insurmountable evidence that shows that not all of what we've been taught in ancient human history is what it seems and the Piri Reis Map might just be one of the many of things that allows us to have a glimpse into what the old world was truly like, despite what mainstream academia might say about it. In part 1 of this series we will go over how the map was discovered, what it depicted, and some enthusiasts that found it either compelling or uncompelling. We have some surprises in store for you all and cannot wait to unveil them when the time is right but until then stay safe, healthy, and spooky out there in this huge, unpredictable place that we call home and you'll hear from us soon! The Instant New York Times Bestseller! Was an advanced civilization lost to history in the global cataclysm that ended the last Ice Age? Graham Hancock, the internationally bestselling author, has made it his life's work to find out--and in America Before, he draws on the latest archaeological and DNA evidence to bring his quest to a stunning conclusion. We’ve been taught that North and South America were empty of humans until around 13,000 years ago – amongst the last great landmasses on earth to have been settled by our ancestors. But new discoveries have radically reshaped this long-established picture and we know now that the Americas were first peopled more than 130,000 years ago – many tens of thousands of years before human settlements became established elsewhere.Hancock's research takes us on a series of journeys and encounters with the scientists responsible for the recent extraordinary breakthroughs. In the process, from the Mississippi Valley to the Amazon rainforest, he reveals that ancient "New World" cultures share a legacy of advanced scientific knowledge and sophisticated spiritual beliefs with supposedly unconnected "Old World" cultures. Have archaeologists focused for too long only on the "Old World" in their search for the origins of civilization while failing to consider the revolutionary possibility that those origins might in fact be found in the "New World"?America Before: The Key to Earth's Lost Civilization is the culmination of everything that millions of readers have loved in Hancock's body of work over the past decades, namely a mind-dilating exploration of the mysteries of the past, amazing archaeological discoveries and profound implications for how we lead our lives today.GRAHAM HANCOCK is the author of the major international non-fiction bestsellers including The Sign and the Seal and Fingerprints of the Gods. His books have sold more than seven million copies worldwide and have been translated into thirty languages. His public lectures, radio and TV appearances, including TV series, Quest For The Lost Civilization and Flooded Kingdoms of the Ice Age, as well as his strong presence on the internet, have put his ideas before audiences of tens of millions. He resides in the UK.

What if People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive” assassinated a U.S. President? John Wilkes Booth has been despised as a traitor, hailed as a martyr, and dismissed as a lunatic. But in the 1860s he was considered the “handsomest man in America”? Before cementing his name in history by assassinating President Lincoln, this actor extraordinaire was the Leonardo DiCaprio of the 1860s. Women packed the audiences wherever Booth played, pawed him for autographs, and tore at his clothes for souvenirs.Women could not resist him—nor could he resist them.Today on the show I am joined by E. Lawrence Abel, author of the new book John Wilkes Booth and the Women Who Loved Him. He discusses stories of stories of infatuation, flings, and heartbreak that Booth interwove throughout his theatrical career and assassination plot. We specifically discussHow Actress Henrietta Irving attempted to kill him in a jealous rageThe “Star Sisters” broke up their act after a jealous falling-out over himPhotos of five women were found on Booth’s body, and only one was of his fiancéeBooth’s life was as dramatic as any play. Actor, lover, and assassin, Booth was a complex man whose shocking crime changed the course of American history and cast him forever in the role of an American villain.
