Volt fordert europäische Wahlen, damit die Mehrheit der Abgeordneten im Europaparlament eine Regierung bilden kann, die bei der nächsten Wahl abwählbar ist. Dadurch würden Bürgerinnen und Bürger stärker Einfluss nehmen und die EU wäre demokratischer nachvollziehbar.**Volts Wachstum als Lernpfad**Volt wuchs organisch von einer kleinen Gruppe zu 45.000 Mitgliedern, sitzt in zwei nationalen Parlamenten, hat 300–400 lokale Abgeordnete und fünf MEPs. Das Ergebnis kam durch Freiwilligenarbeit, langsames, aber kontinuierliches Wachstum, sowie geplante Wahlkämpfe; es fehlten Ressourcen, gute Kandidaten und gezieltes Fundraising. Die zentrale Lektion für Gründer: Wachstum erfordert Geduld, eine klare Rollenverteilung, starke Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und konsequentes Personal- und Finanzmanagement.**Industriedatenmarktplatz als Geschäftsidee**Als beste Geschäftsidee nennt Damian den Industriedatenmarktplatz, basierend auf dem Data Act: Eigentümer eines Geräts darf die Industriedaten, die herausfließen, verkaufen.
