Ik mocht het brein van Kasper van der Meulen plukken! De allereerste podcast die ik ooit luisterde was van Kasper bij Eindbazen #66 in de zomer van 2017 opende dit voor mij als docent een volledig nieuw paradigma.. Het gave aan Kasper, vind ik, is dat hij zeer goed op de hoogte is van wat er speelt in het onderwijs. Hij merkt iets op en vervolgens gaat hij op zoek naar de kans, de mogelijkheden of de leerbare benadering. Dit gesprek is dan ook doorspekt van tips & tricks voor docenten. De waarde dichtheid die Kasper levert is enorm, ik raad een ieder dan ook aan om een aantekeningen boekje erbij te houden (of de podcast gewoon heel vaak luisteren) en de wijze woorden van hem op te schrijven en deze nooit meer te vergeten waaronder: "Zijn leerresultaten het ultieme doel en zijn die een uitkomst van je talenten en kwaliteiten?
