My beautiful sister, we're gonna have a heart to heart about making space for Christ this Christmas -- how to prepare Him room, so we can truly keep Jesus at the center of Christmas, and lead our families in this too. The world & culture takes the focus off Christ, and commercializes this holiday, putting the focus on consuming, but we're called to live differently and not forget or be so busy that we neglect the TRUE reason for the season. Today I'm sharing 10 tips for how to prepare Him room, amidst our busy schedules, full plates, and all the pressures we feel to do more & have a picture-perfect Christmas. Maybe peace & joy feels impossible for you this Christmas. Maybe things feel stressful & chaotic. We want it to be a beautiful life-giving, magical time, but many of us get to the end of Christmas and feel exhausted, depleted & empty because we were pulled in so many directions & pouring ourselves out for our family & everyone else that we can't find true rest & time to slow down & savor the moments, or worried about so many things, & the holiday we envision is so different than our reality. So as the pace of our lives is likely getting faster, more hurried & frantic as we get closer to Christmas & are in the thick of final preparations & service to our families, and as we attend all the events & celebrations, let us not be in such a rush that we miss the richness of the season, and all that our Lord & Savior wants to birth within us. Text: Luke 2:8-14 The Scope of the Gospel Story (2:8-10) God kept His promise to His people in condescending to the lowest of towns and to the lowest of people for the purpose of redemption (Isaiah 61:1; Micah 5:2-5). The Gospel is the good news of great joy for all people who believe it (John 15:1-11; Romans 15:8-13). The Savior of the Gospel Story (2:11-12) The Gospel comes to all people through the Savior, Christ the Lord “Savior” refers to Jesus, the One who will save us and forgive us from our sins. “Christ” refers to the One who is the Anointed King and promised Messiah. “Lord” refers to the One who is Yahweh or Jehovah. The Summit of the Gospel Story (2:13-14) The culmination of the Gospel is the glory of God and peace with God in Christ. True peace comes from God and from His good pleasure to reconcile Himself to sinful man through the Gospel.

“Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.” It really is all about Jesus! All the New Testament writers seem to come to this conclusion in their letters and so should we! Especially today, when we can so easily be overwhelmed with the darkness, the evil, the bad, the ugly, the painful, the suffering and the consequences of a culture and society that largely has told God that we don't need Him or His Word, we need to come back personally and intimately to a relationship with Jesus Christ! Only Jesus is able to keep us from stumbling around in the darkness! Only Jesus can present us faultless, blameless and spotless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy! Only Jesus can forgive us of all our sins! Only Jesus can fulfill and satisfy the deepest longings of our soul! Only Jesus can bring the rest and peace that we are so desperately looking for! So why should we keep looking anywhere else? Jude 25 is the only place in this little letter where Jude called our Lord "Savior." Peter used this title five times. But Jude opened his letter by reminding his readers of "the common salvation" (Jude 3) that they shared because of their faith in Jesus Christ It is not enough to say that Jesus Christ is "a savior," or "the Savior"; we must say that He is "our Savior—my Savior." He is not only our Savior, but He is "the only wise God." He can give you the wisdom you need to live your life to the glory of God. The false teachers boasted of their special knowledge, but they lacked spiritual wisdom. God gives wisdom to those who ask Him (James 1:5), provided they are sincerely willing to obey Him. If Christians would seek the wisdom of God in the Word of God, they would not stumble into the traps of the false teachers, but would walk to please the Lord. Paul puts it all together with this prayer in his letter to the church at Colossae. “And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent. For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, making peace by the blood of his cross.” (Colossians 1:9-20) It really is all about Jesus! “Now to Him Who….” My friend we would do well, if today we would remember Who Jesus is, and by the grace of God, make it all about Him in every aspect of our lives! If we can truly say that Jesus is “my Savior”, then we can also say, “The LORD is my Shepherd, I shall not want….”(Psalm 23). God bless!

Shalom fam. Guess what?!? I actually found the song praise God lol :D You know people of God it is so very interesting! Remember in Part 1 of our intercessory prayer Holy Spirit had me share the vision God gave about my kingdom spouse and that cool refreshing water? Well, surprisingly enough, I actually found the song brought to memory-mind while I was sharing in our part 1 episode! I listened to some of the lyrics of this OLD song about the water and their experience with the water and was amazed concerning the vision God gave me back in 2020! :D LOL God is so very good and loves his children dearly, tenderly, with so much of his compassion people of God; which, we learned today is absolutely essential during the time & process of transformation from the old self into the realization of the new creature Jesus Christ has created in his sons & daughters remember we are all hidden inside of Jesus Christ, we are seated with Him in heavenly places praise God whether we acknowledge or are cognizant of that wisdom it remains true. By grace, mercy, love and faith people of God, we must come into agreement of 2 Corinthians 5:17-we are a new creature, we are a new creation praise God! We are in a birthing season of all things new people-this is the time where Jesus, our Lion of Judah is winning our battles praise God for us and He is bringing a greater awareness into his work of changing the actual course of our nature-the old self into His nature, His image, His likeness-as the new creature, a new creation praise God. Remember He is taking us from glory to glory within Him praise God 2 Corinthians 3:18. We are absolutely members of his first fruits generation written in James 1:18 people of God! Which is why it is so vitally important praise God to pray from a place of victory in full agreement and partnership with the living Word of God over our lives people. It is so vitally important to rest in our Jesus, Lord & Savior right now people of God as written in Hebrews 4, Jesus our Sabbath rest! Jesus lives & is faithful! Faith works! Jesus living on the inside of us is our Victor praise God! Let us rejoice in Jesus-rejoice in His faithfulness and steadfastness to complete His beautiful handiwork within us and our loved ones in this hour for His glory, splendor, will, and good pleasure!!! Let us rest in His arms, dance with Him with our gaze fixed on His loving eyes, His Holy Spirit while he works, while He fights and establishes victory for us and our loved ones on earth as in heaven praise God! Taking life for granted was the name of the game! Finding every shortcut in life in order to take the easy way out! Lindsay Willocks is a Motherhustler, a Mom-trepreneur, Stay at Home Mama of 2 Beautiful Girls, wife to her Best Friend & above all, a Believer! Over the last 20 months she has experienced shifts in her life that have taken her somewhere she’s never dreamed possible...A Healthier Body & a Healthier Mind! She wasn't always physically unhealthy. She played collegiate volleyball at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and was in peak physical condition! WHAT I WAS before I came to Christ WHY should I remember this? This is the exact opposite of what everyone would tell you today? 11 Therefore remember that at one time you Gentiles in the flesh, called “the uncircumcision” by what is called the circumcision, which is made in the flesh by hands— 12 remember that you were at that time separated from Christ, alienated from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. Ephesians 2:11-12 (ESV) Separate from Christ Excluded from God’s Family "I, the LORD, have called you in righteousness; I will take hold of your hand. I will keep you and will make you to be a covenant for the people and a light for the Gentiles, Isaiah 42:6 (NIV) Israel had forgotten they were called to witness to the world of God – and were judging, calling slurs like uncircumcised, dogs etc. Modern Church?? Without hope and God What CHRIST HAS DONE for me. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. Ephesians 2:13 (ESV) Through His Blood! When he had received the drink, Jesus said, "It is finished." With that, he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. John 19:30 (NIV) 2) UNDERSTAND our unity in Christ. Peace is found ONLY IN CHRIST. 14 For he himself is our peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his flesh the dividing wall of hostility Ephesians 2:14 (ESV) PICTURE OF TEMPLE – SHOW ON CUE! Christ fulfilled the Law AS A WAY TO GOD. 15 by abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace, Ephesians 2:15 (ESV) . the basic sense cause to be idle or useless, the term always denotes a nonphysical destruction by means of a superior force coming in to replace the force previously in effect, as e.g. light destroys darkness "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. Matthew 5:17 (NIV) the basic sense put down, loosen, of buildings w. their stones destroy, demolish, dismantle (MT 27.40); fig. as invalidating an institution such as law or sacrifice do away with, annul, abolish His Purpose – TO MAKE US ONE. 16 and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. 17 And he came and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those who were near. Ephesians 2:16-17 (ESV) The Cross is THE GREAT LEVELER. 18 For through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father. Ephesians 2:18 (ESV) Here we have one of the greatest accomplishments of the Cross, past forgiveness anyway. All of us come to Christ the same way – or at least we’re supposed too. So there’s no place for pride or arrogance, because we are lost sinners without Christ and saved by Grace through Him. All of us have to establish our Spiritual Basis if we are going to be Authentically Spiritual. We must… B – Believe that Jesus died for my sins and rose again. A – Accept Him as my personal Lord & Savior. S – Switch (repent, turn around) from a self directed life to a Christ directed life. I – Inform others of my decision – confess Christ publicly. S – Submerge myself in Christ through Baptism. 3) ACCEPT our status in God’s New Community. CITIZENS of God’s Kingdom 19 So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints… Ephesians 2:19a (ESV) MEMBERS of God’s Family. and members of the household of God, Ephesians 2:19b (ESV) LIVING PARTS of God’s Temple. 20 built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. 22 In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the Spirit. Ephesians 2:20-22 (ESV) My Foundation – NEW TESTAMENT Centered on CHRIST Holy = SET APART SPIRIT FILLED
We live in a world where we know where to get help and will not get it. God wants us to be free (John 8:32) the only way we can is to be free in HIM. Do you want Jesus Christ? Or do you seek HIM only in the times of trouble? HE wants to be Lord & Savior sitting on the throne of your heart. Yield to HIM today and ve encouraged to know there is a QUEEN in you that the enemy doesn't want you to know or grow in.
Your actions are your ministry. People are watching you! Some ways to show God's love is by simply showing up to work on time and doing your work in excellence. Be kind to everyone, even strangers. In the message "The Gift, Minister Brian Hall discusses the story of the three wise men coming to Jesus when He was a child. Those men were being led by God with the Morning Star. The gifts they brought would have significant meaning. They would foreshadow the life of Jesus. The gold would represent Him being The King of Kings & Lord of Lords. The frankincense would represent Jesus being our Intercessor. The myrrh would foretell the suffering and agony He would suffer on The Cross. Jesus came to us and gave the greatest Gift of all, Himself. So, that we might have a way to be with Him. It is freely given to everyone. But it's a choice that one will have to make. And that is to accept Jesus as your Lord & Savior. He came so that we might have life and have it more abundantly. Romans 6:23 pretty much sums up what choices we will make. "For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord!". He was born in a manger but became the greatest Gift to mankind. Will you accept this Gift?
