Welcome to episode 320 of Grow Your Law Firm, hosted by Ken Hardison. In this episode, Ken welcomes back Seth Price, founder of BluShark Digital and managing partner of Price Benowitz, LLP, a rapidly growing multi-office law firm. Seth brings a rare perspective as both a legal marketer and a practicing attorney who has scaled his firm to more than 50 lawyers by consistently executing on fundamentals rather than chasing marketing fads. The conversation focuses on what actually drives predictable case growth in 2026, why local search remains the highest-ROI channel for small and midsize firms, and how law firm owners should think about AI, reviews, satellite offices, and authority signals without falling for "shiny object" distractions. Seth shares real-world examples from competitive markets, breaks down Google's proximity update, and explains how disciplined execution compounds results over time. What you'll learn in this episode: 1. Why Local Search Still Wins - How Google's proximity update changed the rules for competing in local markets - Why reviews, offices, and authority still drive the majority of digital case volume 2. The Right Way to Use Satellite Offices - What qualifies as a legitimate office in Google's eyes - How to choose locations that reduce competition and improve visibility 3. Reviews as a Revenue Multiplier - Why review count and score directly impact intake volume - How poor ratings quietly remove firms from the three-pack 4. Separating Fundamentals From "Fairy Dustfai" Marketing - Why chasing AI visibility without strong basics hurts ROI - How to evaluate new channels based on revenue, not hype 5. Building Authority That AI and Google Both Recognize - The growing importance of directories, backlinks, and trusted third-party signals - Why bios, awards, and credible mentions now matter more than ever Resources: Website: https://blusharkdigital.com Website: https://pricebenowitz.com LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/sethprice Facebook: facebook.com/PriceBenowitz Additional Resources: https://www.pilmma.org/the-mastermind-effect https://www.pilmma.org/resources https://www.pilmma.org/mastermind https://calendly.com/jenna-pilmma/strategy-session-with-pilmma AI for PI Expo: www.pilmma.org/ai-for-pi-expo

Welcome to Gold Medal Moments on Personal Injury Mastermind, a special mini-series that highlights Chris' favorite lessons. In just four years, Amanda Demanda (@amandademandalaw) has exploded into the Florida market. We're talking 25 employees, 1,000+ cases won, and over $500 million recovered. A bomb-proof unique selling proposition (USP) that speaks directly to her target audience is at the core of her success. By working backward from her ideal clients, Amanda has crafted a brand that's impossible to ignore – think pink branding and high heels that turn heads and win cases. But Amanda's secret sauce isn't just about looks. It's about leveraging what makes you unique to connect with clients on a deeper level. She's mastered the art of using social media as a powerful validation tool, not just a numbers game. Ready to unleash your own unique power and dominate your market? Amanda's approach proves you don't need deep pockets – just deep authenticity and a USP that packs a punch. ** Trigger Warning. This episode talks about suicide. If you are suicidal, please call, test, chat 988 ** My friend Seth Price (Canadian, Age 20, Service Missionary) joins us to bravely share his story. Seth talks about dealing with and then accepting being called on a service mission (finished July 2024) when he always wanted to serve a proselyting mission. Seth talks about learning how to accept his circumstances because of his desire to serve Christ and help others come unto Christ and feel His love and acceptance. Seth talks about how he learned “he is not meant to fit the mold” and how that allows him to help love and support others—and help them find Christ. Seth talks about his journey to accept being gay through middle school and high school (including times when he went back in the closet given the reactions of others). Seth talks about his hopes for the future and his love of our Savior. Seth also talks about his brother Kaleb who died of suicide in 2022 and how he is navigating losing his brother. I am so impressed with the spiritual maturity of Seth, his commitment to doing good, and his love of everyone (Seth's Facebook profile says “God has never met a person He did not love”). It is people like Seth that give me hope for the future of our Church and society. Thank you, Seth, for being on the podcast—you are a good man. You have a great life ahead of you!
