In this heart-centered episode, CJMiller sits down with singer-songwriter Eugene Kurolap, whose most recent release, “Nothing is Free,” reveals a cinematic evolution in his music. Eugene shares how songwriting isn't something he forces—it arrives through antennae mode, a deep listening to the universe. The first half of a song, he says, is pure intuition. The second half? That's when the mind steps in to shape it.From early choir days to strumming a guitar passed down by his father, Eugene discovered that music was always his Creative DNA. Today, he travels in an old laundry truck, playing wherever the road calls, intent on helping people slow down, breathe, and be present through sound.CJ and Eugene explore:What inspires a songThe power of presence in performanceBalancing words and sound in the creative processThe influence of artists like Trevor HallHis listener-led “Genie Club” music experienceLearn more or commission a personalized song at eugene-music.com Eugene is also available for crafting custom songs for anniversaries, weddings, and meaningful milestones—gifts that last a lifetime.Want to learn more about CJ Miller? #narcissist #megan markle #prince harryThe narcissist operates as a puppeteer of their targets or sources of narcissistic supply. They use people to do their bidding and fight the narcissists battles and enemies on the narcissists behalf, unwittingly. The narcissist will covertly manipulate their partners in particular, to fight their own families in a false cause cloaked as a good deed on behalf of the narcissist. Narcissists will weaponise their targets to destroy the narcissist's perceived opponents and in turn make their targets look bad in the public perception. Once fooled into doing a narcissists bidding, and consequently awakened to the truth of the manipulation, former partners of the narcissist are left reeling in the wake of the darkness of such multifaceted deception. By becoming a tool for a narcissist a person ultimately can end up self destructing and walking straight into the narcissists trap to become very unpopular and isolated from their former allies. An example of such narcissistic activity is explained through my analysis of a recent public court case and TV interview involving Megan Markle and Prince Harry, of course allegedly. This is my opinion on studying their public activities and hypocrisy that is evident around them where words do not match actions in the public setting.https://youtu.be/GTiqY3sKwAs

All narcissists use this unique profiling manipulation in a brainwashing process that is covert and flies under the radar unless you know what to look out for. Recognising this profiling technique from the outset of a relationship with a covert narcissist is key to self protection from a brain virus that is undetectable until it has negatively impacted the life of the narcissist's target. From idealisation to devaluation to smearing of your name the profile created by the narcissist is constantly changing. The targets assimilation into the cult of one, that of the narcissist is the attempt of a narcissist to get their target to believe in this ever changing profile of themselves. The narcissist needs to use this central core brain washing technique through language signalling and other methods in order to manipulate reality to suit their personal narrative.

The narcissist loses everything when you understand this information. This educational podcast on npd will hopefully empower you to move forward totally in your healing both after and even during a relationship with a covert narcissist. Being the target of a narcissist is no fun as an understatement, as the narcissist is merely seeking to objectify you and harvest narcissistic supply in the form of energy both emotionally and physically. Narcissists switch between sources of supply without any empathy or care, in fact the crueler the discard the more satisfying for the narcissist as their former target remains emotionally shattered and consequently under control for longer. ‘It's not you' is vital to radically accept in order to free yourself from the emotional, psychological and spiritual prison without walls the narcissist would rather hold you in forever in a trauma bonded state.https://youtu.be/5PJJx9q0v4E

In this soulful episode, CJ Miller speaks with contemporary artist Victoria Tara, whose captivating paintings emerge from meditation, healing, and devotion. Raised by the Sea of Azov in southeastern Ukraine and now rooted in Miami, Victoria blends Eastern and Western traditions to create visual meditations—paintings that act as portals to inner peace. She shares the moment her artistic path became clear while participating in Kumbh Mela, the world's largest spiritual gathering at the sacred river Sangam, where dualities dissolve and Oneness is remembered. In the river, she received a vision and a word: Yantra—the ancient Hindu symbol of divine geometry. Today, she leads workshops where participants paint yantras as intentional meditations.Victoria and CJ explore the role of stillness, the symbolic power of the lotus flower, and what it means to paint from a place beyond thought. By the time a human is six years old, they're usually in formal schooling with wide-open minds, ready to learn. You're learning that you can't bring peanut butter in because some classmates might be allergic to peanuts (which shows you how to be a considerate citizen); you're learning that you can't call Suzie an idiot (because words have power); that baking soda and vinegar can propel that paper mache volcano (as in, science is real); and that when adults say “maybe” as in “maybe we'll go to get ice cream for lunch” they're not always telling the truth (developing our critical thinking). Why all this talk about six-year-olds? Well, as you might have guessed, here at Dear White Women, we're wrapping up year SIX of this podcast, which makes us, as a platform, similar in many ways to that small human that we were just talking about. A lot of this has been a journey in those skills for us, and, hopefully, you, too, have learned a little bit along this journey of 270 episodes and counting. Here is to where we've been, and where we're going as we move into our SEVENTH year of podcasting. In this powerful episode, we're joined by Kevin Lowe, an inspirational speaker and podcast host who shares his remarkable journey of losing his sight at 17 and discovering an entirely new way to "see" the world. Through launching his own travel agency, creating a podcast during the pandemic, learning how to 'see' through sound and now inspiring others through speaking, Kevin exemplifies resilience in its purest form. His personal equation—"faith plus family equals a life worth living"—reminds us all to identify what gives our lives meaning, especially during our darkest moments. Kevin's story isn't just about overcoming blindness—it's about transforming limitation into possibility and finding purpose in pain. As he puts it, "Through the vulnerability of the brain that I became blind, but it's also through the power of the brain that I learned to see again." Follow Kevin's journey on his podcast "Grit, Grace and Inspiration" or learn more about his speaking at kevinspeaks.org.
