Now this doesn't mean we can all run out and get our gear to start making whiskey, some states (like Georgia) have bans in place on top of the federal ban. The reason it was overturned is interesting, too. Not a free card to get distilling, but a step in the right direction.Boston Beer Co. is facing a big lawsuit from one of the suppliers for not buying as many cans as they committed to, $175 Million worth. That's a lotta cans.The Brewers Association has announce the 2025 list of Top 50 craft breweries. We do enjoy seeing this list each year, but we take it with a grain of salt. There are a lot of the big companies buying up breweries that make the list, like Tilray, so the info is a bit skewed. Still, some pretty great breweries are on the list as well.In other news... Bapple is back, back again. The Guinndex is keeping pint prices in check. Pabst collabs on a pickle beer.
