House Bill 1720 and Senate Bill 2969 will strengthen the penalties for trespassing at zoological facilities and create penalties surrounding habitat intrusions; and the Dallas Stars are on the verge of eliminating the Winnipeg Jets in the Stanley Cup playoffs after a 3-1 win at the American Airlines Center last night. The third member of the Stars' Finnish line, Mikeal Granlund scored a hat trick. It was the third hat trick in the last five games for Dallas but Granlund's first since 2017.
