I believe if we truly found ourselves worthy of the crown, found our worth as a daughter of the King and lived in that truth, we wouldn't find ourselves in Stressedout-ville or Burnout Bay. I think it all comes back to worth. self-worth. Do you know he created YOU as a masterpiece! And he planned all the good, amazing things you would do in this life- abundant life. And do you know he died for YOU? So that He could spend eternity with you in a perfect place with no sin or brokenness. God says you are worthy! Will you believe Him? Jesus conquered all sin and death on the cross for you and for me and for the world. AND THEN he rose 3 days later . His resurrection from the dead , victory over all gives us life. He is Risen and alive and that means as we receive this gift- alive in us! As we live life, we get wrapped up in the stress of it all- even burnt out on stress - we have to remember Jesus is alive in us and gives all peace, joy, hope, love, strength, LIFE. He lives in us SO we can live. Sit with this truth. Breathe it in and speak it out and as you do listen to what God is speaking back to you about Jesus Christ being alive and living in you. Verse: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.” – Galatians 2:20 inhale: Christ is alive… Exhale: and lives in me. Breathe in LIFE. Happy Resurrection Sunday! Let's breathe and be still and know that He is Lord and you are safe, known, loved by Him. Because it takes courage to step forward out of the cycle of burn out, busyness or stress. Happy New Year…..AND Merry Christmas…..We are actually still in the 12 days of Christmas!  There are many times to tell time, and the church has a calendar it uses and breaks the year into seasons. It all starts with Advent, then Christmas which lasts 12 days, and ends on Epiphany, January 6th. The word Epiphany comes from the greek noun- “epiphaneia” which means “shining forth.” Jesus came into the world on Christmas day and Epiphany is recognizing the light He brought to a dark world. And I think it's the ploy of the enemy,  that he brings on full force at the Christmas season because we are literally celebrating GOD WITH US. We are never to feel alone again because Jesus came so we could be connected to him for eternity. BUT our human flesh is made to be connected to other humans. And when just one of those disconnections happens (again in a variety of ways) we can feel lonely.     Happy day after thanksgiving and merry Christmas friends! We are full force Christmas now and with today being Black Friday, I wanted to share a Facebook live Jenna Michael (see episode 105)  and I did together a couple weeks ago.
