Greg Arrington is in a partnership with his father for Rapid Hauling Solutions, which at its core is a waste management company. After working for his father on and off with moving disposables from construction sites and demolition jobs, Greg had the idea of branching the business to focus on the sanitation and disinfection of sites to accommodate for businesses that were adjusting to Covid-19 protocols. During that time, Greg also branched out into supplying non-profits provisions for the people in those housing sites. Jennifer Barner is the founder of Lighthouse Ventures, a private equity real estate investment firm. She is a real estate investment specialist and entrepreneur with a real estate background including extensive rehab experience. Charles is a native of Brooklyn, NY that currently resides in Charlotte, NC and serves as Senior Acquisition Manager and Asset Manager of Three Oaks Management LLC, in which he actively works to locate high-performing multifamily real estate deals throughout the Southeast region of the United States.
