On Friday's Mark Levin Show, in Chapter 1 of Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto it emphasizes that the conservative commitment to ordered liberty is rooted in the Founders' principles, such as the social contract and civil society, which foster harmony of interests through accumulated human experience and reasoning for the betterment of individuals and society. There are so-called podcasters on the right who reject this. We can't allow the Tucker Carlson's or Megyn Kelly's to hand America to the left. We need to hold firm to our principles, understanding of the American founding, and decades of discussed values, without falling into traps set by these detractors. Also, a federal judge in Alexandria, Virginia suggested she might dismiss charges against James Comey for lying to Congress and Letitia James for bank fraud, citing skepticism over the legitimacy of interim U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan's appointment by AG Pam Bondi. Bondi has full authority to appoint anyone who meets the U.S. attorney qualifications. This is pathetic, the left has destroyed our judicial system. Later, the Democrats are potentially poised for another government shutdown opportunity in January, targeting airline services, TSA, FAA, and military funding to inflict pain on Americans again. These routine continuing resolutions might become quarterly battles because of the Democrats. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

This week, Scott sat down with his Lawfare colleagues Natalie Orpett, Eric Columbus, and Molly Roberts, to talk through the week's big national security news stories, including:“I Don't Think You're Ready for the Shutdown.” The record-setting shutdown of the U.S. government is set to come to an end after eight Democratic senators agreed to a continuing resolution that will fund all of the government through January 30, certain chunks of the government all the way through the end of the fiscal year, and made a number of concessions along the way. What should we make of this deal, and what are the political ramifications—particularly for Democrats, many of whom are quite angry at those who ultimately voted for this plan?“Overt Acts.” Last week, in a move quite publicly celebrated by his controversial clemency czar Ed Martin, President Trump issued pardons for dozens of individuals accused of participating in efforts to manipulate the results of the 2020 election in his favor, including his former attorney Rudy Giuliani and other alleged “unindicted co-conspirators” in his own, since-abandoned federal criminal prosecution. Indeed, Trump himself was the only one who was federally indicted for 2020 election manipulations, making the most immediate legal effect of these pardons unclear. What is Trump trying to accomplish in issuing them? And what could the ramifications be for future elections?“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.” Even as his prosecutions against James Comey and Letitia James have faced headwinds, the Trump administration appears to be moving full speed ahead with criminal investigations against other of his perceived enemies—including a large-scale investigation into government reports alleging Russian support for Trump in 2016 that was recently transferred from Justice Department officials in Eastern Pennsylvania to the more Trump-friendly terrain of Southern Florida. What is the current state of the revenge campaign the Trump administration has been pursuing, and where does it seem set to lead?In object lessons, Natalie is appreciating both “The History of the New Yorkers Vaunted Fact Checking Department” and the small army of neurotic geniuses who march forward in pursuit of journalistic integrity. Joe Untamed unleashes unfiltered truth on the battles defining our republic. This is no tame talk show; it's a war cry for the forgotten, a floodlight on corruption's darkest corners, and a merciless roast of the elite's assault on freedom. From thunderous Veterans Day salutes to deep-state exposés and savage takedowns of the left's emotional chaos, Joe Oltmann Untamed equips you with facts, fury, and faith to fight back. Tune in as we honor heroes, dismantle lies, and reclaim our nation—one explosive, righteous segment at a time. God bless our veterans; God bless the untamed spirit of America! On this sacred November 11, 2025, Joe Oltmann Untamed erupts in a roaring tribute to our invincible warriors—the unbreakable backbone of the world's greatest republic. Launch with a heart-pounding montage of White House and DHS videos honoring those who charged Normandy's blood-soaked beaches and held the line in Afghanistan's unforgiving peaks, declaring: Your sacrifice isn't history; it's the eternal flame of liberty we swear to defend. But as parades fade, the show dives into raw outrage: Why do J6 Pipe Bomber leads go cold while FBI incompetence hides behind silence? With explosive Twitter clashes from Julie Kelly and insider rifts fracturing alliances, we expose the cover-ups stalling justice—no arrests since the Blaze Report. This isn't remembrance; it's reckoning—demanding accountability for the patriots betrayed while the swamp protects its own.Enter the arena with Michael F. Vecchione, the legendary ex-Brooklyn Chief of Homicide & Rackets—the prosecutor who toppled corrupt judges, dismantled mob empires, and secured convictions against Assemblyman Clarence Norman and Justices Victor Barron and Gerald Garson. With decades of battling organized crime and political rot, Vecchione unpacks NYC's activist-fueled DA takeover under Mayor Mamdani, Soros-backed NGOs laundering influence through "advocacy," and the DOJ's kid-glove treatment of Comey and Letitia James—mirroring the rackets he once shredded. Then, flip to unapologetic hilarity in the "Liberals and Low IQ" block: Skewering feelz-over-facts snowflakes with the viral "Liberal Starter Pack" cartoon—kale smoothies, participation trophies, and rainbow totes—while replaying UC Berkeley's Antifa warzone meltdown at a Turning Point event, from brawling arrests to barricade chaos. Cap it with absurd clips: A land-owning liberal spitting in faces, ethnic food bans for Trump voters, Antifa's pepper-spray picnics, and BBC's "trans milk" lunacy. Joe Oltmann Untamed doesn't whisper; it roars—laugh, rage, and rise with us.

President Donald Trump and his administration have been lambasted by the corporate media, members of Congress and left-wing pundits over the recent indictments of three notable individuals: John Bolton, James Comey and now Letitia James. These critics argue that the president is going on a so-called “revenge tour,” using the law “in a weaponized fashion.” All these people are willfully overlooking one critical factor: magnitude. President Donald Trump was indicted 91 times in four different jurisdictions in what can only be described as a “coordinated” effort to bar him from public office in the lead-up to the 2024 election, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today's edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.” “So, in conclusion, it's going to be much more difficult for the Trump Department of Justice, under Attorney General Pam Bondi, to find a Clapper or a Brennan or a Bolton guilty in a blue jurisdiction, where you're going to have juries that are, for the most part, decidedly anti-Trump. Much more difficult. So, they're gonna have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt to a far greater degree than was true of Donald Trump. Donald Trump came in as a conservative, and in an era of rampant Trump hatred and Trump Derangement Syndrome, and he had to face predominantly left-wing grand juries, left-wing juries and left-wing judges. “So, if Donald Trump is accused of waging lawfare, there's going to be a natural check on that. And that check is that he is going into hostile territory. He—I'm personifying it—but his attorney general will be going into areas that are not sympathetic to the prosecution but will be sympathetic to the opponents of Donald Trump.”

! JOIN SHERI HORN HASAN for this week's Astro News You Can Use @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking on this week's “Karmic Evolution's Astrologically Speaking” podcst  which drops October 31!As we wax toward next week's November 5 Taurus Full Moon it's important to note that it will be highlighted first by the exact opposition of Mars in Sagittarius to Uranus retrograde in Gemini November 4. All eyes, at least here in America, will be on the U.S. elections that day.On one hand, this Mars/Uranus opposition might mean a sudden about face in terms of voters' preferences—at least for those who are going to the polls that day, be they Republicans, Democrats, or Independents. “Most frequently this transit signifies the explosive release of tension through sudden anger against someone, especially persons close to you,” according to Rob Hand in his “Planets In Transit” book. “These people will make you feel restless & irritable, & you will blow up at them easily. Expect to have feelings of great impatience.”“On the other hand, this transit can represent a time when your efforts to liberate yourself from unnecessary & inhibiting restrictions start to succeed,” Hand continues. “Now you can really feel that you are becoming free of these bonds….But you can expect considerable resistance from others & it will not be easy,” he cautions. So, as we wax toward the 13'23” Taurus Full Moon opposite the Scorpio Sun, which occurs at 5:19 a.m. PT & 8:19 a.m. ET, we may find that recent tensions revolving around tighter governmental controls drives more people to the polls than normal during an off year election.Meanwhile, with Saturn & Neptune both currently retrograde in Pisces since their entrances into Mars-ruled Aries earlier this year, we continue to see the rapid dissolution of foundational structures, walls, & boundaries here in the U.S. government under the current Trump Administration. As New York Times' Op-Ed columnist Maureen Dowd put it on October 25: “We are awash in nautical metaphors as the president plunders and pillages. He's a pirate--and not the fun Halloween kind.” Dowd add: “Congress is adrift. The White House is a shipwreck. Trump is marauding in the Caribbean. James Comey and Letitia James are being forced to walk the plank, and next up could be Jack Smith and Adam Schiff.”“IN A WORLD THAT KEEPS ON PUSHING ME AROUND, I WON'T BACK DOWN”While the Taurus Moon wants peace, calm, & serenity, at the full Moon it reflects the light of the Scorpio Sun back onto itself—thus revealing the Scorpio Sun's more controlling shadow side. Manipulation to gain or keep power--particularly through joint resources (read: taxpayers' monies), sex, & violation of trust—are undeniably currently in the forefront of the energy here in America. Proof of this, as we wax now toward the exact Mars/Uranus opposition & the Taurus Full Moon November 4 & 5, respectively, came when Mercury in Sagittarius opposed Uranus in Gemini exact on October 30, & we learned this from The Hill publication:“The National Guard is building a ‘quick reaction force' of some 23,500 troops trained in crowd control and civil disturbance that can be ready to deploy to U.S. cities by early next year, according to a leaked memo reported by multiple outlets Wednesday.“The Oct. 8 memo, signed by National Guard Bureau Director of Operations…orders the Guard from nearly every U.S. state, Puerto Rico and Guam to train 500 service members. States with smaller populations, such as Delaware, will have 250 troops in their forces, while Alaska will have 350, and Guam will have 100, Task & Purpose”—a publication geared toward the U.S. military community” reported.Let's remember, too, that on October 8, we were waxing toward an exact Chiron/Eris conjunction in Aries, which indicated either wounding that causes chaos, or chaos that results in wounding—take your pick. What's obvious, however, is that this pair was also opposed by both luminaries in Libra at the Libra New Moon on October 21, which also squared Jupiter & Pluto, setting up the energies for this month's lunar cycle which is not even halfway through yet.A PUSH COMES TO SHOVE MOMENTAs we reach the culmination of this monthly lunar cycle at the Taurus Full Moon, it's a push comes to shove moment, at least here in America. Soon, not only immigrants who look or speak differently from typical Americans (read: usually meaning white) but local protestors against the already ongoing invasion of mostly blue state's cities will be in danger throughout the nation as well.Meanwhile, the disabled, children, & seniors are being cut off from the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP) as of November 1, when T-square is formed as Venus in Libra opposes Chiron & Eris in Aries & they all square Jupiter in Cancer that day.By early morning election day, November 4, Mars enters Sagittarius at 8:01 a.m. ET, the MOON enters Taurus at 11:16 a.m. & then quincunxes Mars @ 11:25 a.m. Finally, Mars then opposes Uranus exact at 12:30 pm. Hoo boy, that's a lotta change over the course of only about four & a half hours from 8:01 a.m. to 12:30 pm ET. But there's more—following that at 1:30 p.m., the Taurus MO squares PL in AQ.And it's this aspect on November 4 that “encourages compulsive behavior,” according to Rob Hand. “Your emotions acquire so much momentum that it is difficult not to give in to sudden urges & impulses that may not be good for you in the long run, particularly if you have been trying to suppress your feelings.” However--& this is a BIG however--this transit “is least difficult if you deal with your feelings honestly & do not try to hide them from yourself.” Given the fact that seven million people took to the streets on No Kings Day to oppose the current tyrannical nature of the U.S. Government under Donald Trump, it's clear they did not hide their emotions from themselves—or anyone else. Given that as a foreshadow, it's not hard to imagine that this fixed Moon/Pluto square's energy on the day of the election—along with the other aspects mentioned--may well result in a groundswell of support against current Scorpionic machinations designed to disempower the masses.K, there's A LOT MORE Astro News You Can Use—including more about what's been going on--& will go on—astrologically in this week's podcast, so be sure to tune in starting today October 31 @ https://www.karmicevolution.com/astrologically-speaking Till then, namaste…

The last 24 hours have seen three important developments, both legal and political, that spell real trouble for Donald Trump and his administration.First: the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals vacated the lower court opinion in which two Trump-appointed judges decided Trump should be able to militarize the streets of Portland, Oregon. The appeals court will now sit in judgement en banc (full court) and hopefully put a more permanent stop to Trump's attempts to send troops into Portland based on Trump's "assertions that are untethered to the facts," as the trial court judge found.Second: As NPR reported, "Senate Republicans deal Trump a rare rebuke on trade with vote against Brazil tariffs."And Third: a federal judge in California ruled that the US Attorney for the Middle District of California was appointed unlawfully by Trump. This ruling has important implications for the prosecutions of James Comey and Letitia James, and may result in those cases being dismissed. For Glenn's Substack: hhtps://glennkirschner.substack.comSee Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

We talk about why that's happening, we also discuss a lesson from the Barry Bonds steroids case that could be relevant for Comey, and we look at a complaint James has made about Halligan's communications about grand jury proceedings to a reporter. That, plus a look at Ninth Circuit action in the national guard cases and a look at a sloppy defamation lawsuit from Paul Ingrassia, constitutes this week's free show.Beyond the paywall, we talk about an effort from the D.C. bar to impose new burdens on law firms that might, theoretically, enter into settlement deals with the government, an dwhen a state could prosecute an ICE officer for breaking state law (not never, is the short answer), and our discussion of how some judges are now getting in trouble for their misuse of AI in drafting opinions.Upgrade your subscription at serioustrouble.show.

Every day brings a new constitutional crisis. Donald Trump isn't just breaking norms... he's weaponizing the entire justice system against anyone who dare cross him. We're joined by former U.S. Attorney Harry Litman to cut through the chaos and explain what the hell is happening. Trump promised that he would bring "retribution" to his second term - turns he wasn't lying. So far he's gone after James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton. Harry breaks down why these prosecutions represent "rock bottom, ninth circle of hell" for the Justice Department—and why they're likely unconstitutional. Harry also discusses Trump sending the National Guard into (Democratic-led) cities despite their objections. Is that legal? Some courts say yes, some say no. Now it's at the Supreme Court, which has already enabled Trump's overreach at every turn. Harry tells us why this is the single most dangerous thing happening right now. We also delve into the complexities of  Louisiana v. Callais, the Voting Rights Act case before the Supreme Court which could eliminate Section II and allow for the elimination of majority-minority districts (we'll explain this!), likely imperiling 15 House seats now held by Democrats. Plus, it turns out that it's easier than anyone thought to demolish the East Wing of the White House! At least we're getting a new ballroom.... Harry walks us through why this unprecedented destruction is probably illegal, but so outrageous that no legal framework even exists to stop it. In a move seen as a test run for intimidation tactics during the midterm elections, Donald Trump is reportedly sending poll watchers to a few polling places around the United States. Rick Hasen, professor of law and political science at UCLA, explains why the steps Trump is taking this year may only be a dress rehearsal for how he intends to disrupt the 2026 election which could cost him control of Congress.Even though incompetence and corruption are endemic in the Trump administration and can often explain the shoddy work of Trump staffers, the poorly supported legal cases against James Comey, Letitia James, and Adam Schiff reveal that these cases are less about winning and more about trying to drag people who Donald Trump doesn't like through the mud. Michael Schmidt, investigative reporter for the New York Times, talks with Jen Psaki about the point of these political prosecutions being to smear the subjects, not actually win the cases. 1. Middle East Peace Agreement & U.S. Foreign Policy The discussion opens with praise for Donald Trump’s foreign policy—his “peace through strength” approach ended a two-year war, freed hostages, and prevented global instability. Trump is decisive and feared by America’s enemies (Iran, Hamas, China, Russia), contrasting with Biden, whom they describe as “weak and appeasing.” Historical examples (ISIS defeat, strikes on Iranian targets, anti-Houthi and anti-Venezuelan actions) are cited as evidence of Trump’s assertive leadership. 2. Government Shutdown The conversation blames Democrats—specifically Senator Chuck Schumer—for the “Schumer Shutdown.” The speakers argue Republicans are trying to reopen the government, while Democrats obstruct funding. They highlight political theater surrounding an upcoming rally (“No King’s Rally”) and accuse Democrats of prioritizing political optics over public service. There’s commentary on Congressional pay during shutdowns, with a contrast drawn between Cruz “refusing his paycheck” and Democrats “continuing to collect theirs.” 3. Charlie Kirk’s Death & Legacy This section memorializes Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, fictionalized here as assassinated and posthumously awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by Trump. We explore Christian forgiveness, with Kirk’s widow, Erica, forgiving Kirk's killer during the televised service. The narrative blends religious devotion, martyrdom, and political faith, presenting Kirk as a “martyr for truth and freedom,” comparable to figures like Martin Luther King Jr., Lincoln, and Saint Peter. Trump’s and Erica’s differing views on “loving one’s enemies” are discussed as a theological and moral moment. 4. Interview with Eric Trump The final part is a conversation with Eric Trump, discussing: Legal battles faced by the Trump family (naming prosecutors like Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis, and Jack Smith). Financial strain (“$400 million defending ourselves against nonsense”). Perceived bias and corruption in the justice system. We then shift to personal reflections on Donald Trump as a father: Emphasis on discipline, hard work, no substance use, and humility despite wealth. Advice for parents: “Keep them poor, make them work early.” The conversation ends on a note of familial pride and loyalty. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. The Book and Its Premise (Order Eric's new Book HERE!) Under Siege is presented as Eric Trump’s account of what is “the greatest governmental corruption this nation has ever seen.” Trump and is family were victims of political persecution, media bias, and systemic weaponization of institutions. Claims of Government “Weaponization” Eric Trump accuses the DOJ, FBI, and state-level prosecutors (Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Jack Smith, etc.) of targeting his family for political reasons. He recounts the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago as an overreach and describes it as “staged” and politically motivated. Mentions being “the most subpoenaed man in history,” claiming to have received over 100 subpoenas. Debanking and Corporate Retaliation Eric Trump says that hundreds of bank accounts belonging to Trump businesses and affiliates were closed due to political pressure. Specific banks named: Capital One, JP Morgan, Bank of America, First Republic. He frames this as an example of private-sector “weaponization” against conservatives. Financial and Legal Struggles The family spent around $400 million defending themselves from investigations and lawsuits. Describes how banks, courts, and insurance companies were allegedly pressured to avoid doing business with the Trump Organization. Personal Reflections and Family Dynamics Speaks warmly of his father as a calm, strong leader under pressure and a strict but loving parent. Emphasizes a childhood of discipline, work ethic, and learning through labor rather than wealth. Contrasts the Trump family’s “moral integrity” with Hunter Biden’s alleged misconduct. Political and Cultural Commentary Denounces DEI initiatives, “wokeness,” and progressive policies as threats to American values. Frames the Trump family’s experience as symbolic of a broader national struggle between conservatives and “corrupt elites.” Presents cryptocurrency as a form of financial freedom against institutional control.
