Jon Herold closes out the week with a fiery Friday edition of The Daily Herold, balancing humor, live digs, and deep political insight. After a few sponsor shoutouts to Badlands favorites, Jon dives into Steve Bannon's viral “Trump 2028” clip and breaks down how the 22nd Amendment, election fraud, and George Washington's precedent all tie into the debate over presidential term limits. He then explores Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray's signatures on the “Arctic Frost” investigation, exposing how the DOJ's actions prove political persecution against Trump. From Trump's upcoming meeting with Xi Jinping to Canada's Reagan ad controversy and the 62,000 CDL licenses issued to illegal immigrants in California, Jon connects it all to government corruption, hypocrisy, and broken systems. Despite calling it a “slow news day,” this episode proves that when it comes to political double standards, there's never a dull moment in the Badlands.
Former Trump attorney Christina Bobb joins Grant Stinchfield for a hard-hitting conversation about the rot inside America’s justice system. Bobb pulls no punches as she lays out how FBI Director Christopher Wray may actually be worse than James Comey — the same Comey who launched the weaponization of the DOJ against conservatives. According to Bobb, Wray has perfected the art of political targeting under a false guise of “neutral enforcement,” creating a federal police force that punishes dissent and protects the ruling elite. This episode exposes the quiet coup that’s turned the FBI into a political enforcement arm of the Democrat Party. In the second half, Stinchfield shines a light on the hijacking of America’s “Homeless Industrial Complex.” Billions meant to help the vulnerable are being funneled into radical nonprofits with ties to anti-American causes — and even terror-linked groups like Hamas. What started as compassion has turned into corruption, and taxpayers are footing the bill for a dangerous network of ideological laundering. In this explosive episode, we dive deep into the tangled web of surveillance, phone data collection, and political targeting allegedly carried out by the FBI and Democrats under the guise of the January 6 investigation. From mapping the entire conservative ecosystem to spying on senators and Trump allies, we unpack the scope, the players, and the implications of these unprecedented actions. Is your private information part of the map? What does this mean for privacy, politics, and accountability in America?
The Trump administration may be preparing charges against FBI Director Christopher Wray—and it reads like a real-life spy thriller. From burn bags filled with classified documents to the so-called “Durham Annex,” we break down allegations of obstruction of justice, hidden evidence, and the long-running Russia-collusion saga. Could these revelations finally expose the inner workings of the FBI during the 2016 election?
Day 32 of new daily b******t on X about the Charlie Kirk shooting. What will be today? They had:1 tactical gear guy 2 his own security cause muh hand signals3 exploding microphone 4 invisible body armor 5 trap door (the dumbest one in my opinion)6 shot from behind with no entry wound 7 communist/witches/Chinese (silly) CHICOMS!!8 cellphone gun from next to him 9 it's fake cause no blood on white shirt 10 shot from front but different gun/person (half true, he was shot from the front, you cannot know what type of bullet yet, you can say with confidence which gun and person) 11 bones of steel miracle (they confused surgeon with pathologist) 12 Israeli drone 13 FBI did it 14 his wife and TPUSA were in on it. 15 it was all fake and AIAnd here is the latest Bull crap. 16 Of course from Candace: Egyptian Air force gettaway plane.I'm going with the f****t on film with a gun on the roof. But that's just me. Not every shooting is JFK. It has been hilarious people telling me, that I probably think Oswald shot JFK. lol if they only knew… He did not disassemble or reassemble the gun. He just put a black towel over it, then left it in the woods.Oh but muh Geerrrd, he said “vehicle” in his text message that's total cop talk! That is total gamer talk too. But they forgot to to add time stamps lol you believe the official story! tra la laThey were not all texts. There were discord messages which don't display time stamps. You have to hover over the message to get the time stamp. And in the charging documents that people screenshot on “texts” it's clearly a transcription, as Lance Twiggs is named “Roommate”As for Discord they at first tried to deny that the shooter used discord but he did. I will point out that the head of trust & safety on discord (who banned me) is a alphabet person himself. All a defense attorney would need to do is subpoena Tyler's cellphone records, and if he did not make those text messages then the whole case would get dismissed. And guess what? There is going to be a trial. Just wait for the damn autopsy reportListen, these people are not researchers. They are grifters.. They are making up dead ends and then debunking them and shifting to the new new-crap each day to keep you on the hook often with a monetized YouTube channel. Here is what we know. * A man with child Porn on his phone made a diversion. * A gay man dating two other men one of who is a trans-woman aka guy pretending he is a girl, was on the roof with a gun and his own family helped turn him in. * Several accounts on Discord and Twitter gleefully posted about how something big was about to go down with Charlie Kirk tomorrow, written the day before he was murdered. * Yes they DID have some social media and it was all weird trantifa stuff.Trantifa is the latest version of antifa. And antifa was fostered by Christopher Wray when he was FBI director. Spencer Cox the gov of Utah let men play in women's sports. This is a position he did a 180 on indicated he is compromised. Actual Evidence points to TRANIFA. It is a bunch of f*****s all the way down. Now Would/Could Israel outsource a killing to expendables? Do you really even have to ask?Listen telling the truth is not “talking s**t”. I do not know a polite way to call out asinine crap. It is what it is. Wrong is wrong. I do not think Candace is lying. I think she believes each tale until it is debunked for her. But she is unwittingly amplifying a bunch of nobody grifter snakes who are just using her for notoriety. I know the strategic thing to do is kiss up to power and clout chase big accounts. Well I do not operate that way. I will agree with you big or small, only if it is actually correct. F**k Israel. Jon Herold's Thursday edition covers another whirlwind day in politics, starting with Trump's Cabinet meeting and the announcement of a major peace agreement between Israel and Hamas. Jon plays clips from both Trump and Rubio, breaking down the details of the ceasefire, the release of hostages, and why he's cautiously skeptical of how long it will last. He digs into Trump's latest Truth Social posts, including one thanking FBI whistleblowers who exposed Christopher Wray's political bias, contrasting it with Trump's earlier take on embedded agents at the Capitol. From there, Jon covers the global economic battle as China tightens control over rare earth exports and Trump doubles down on building a domestic supply chain. He also highlights new IRS tax bracket changes, the student loan forgiveness notices during the shutdown, and Elon Musk's security clearance court order. With humor, logic, and a few laughs about YouTube censorship, Jon keeps the headlines honest and the Badlands spirit strong.

As more and more information is revealed and uncovered, the January 6th narrative seems to fall apart completely. In his latest attack, the president has accused Christopher Wray, the former FBI Director, who he appointed to replace James Comey, of lying. In the last few days, he has called on Microsoft to fire executive Lisa Monaco, who previously served as President Biden's deputy attorney general and has been a regular target of Trump's rants. His Department of Justice has also gone on to fire prosecutors who refuse to take cases up against James Comey and Letitia James. This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. Former FBI Director James Comey's indictment for providing false testimony to Congress and obstruction of justice promises accountability at last for at least some of his alleged criminal activity. Hopefully, the present charges will shortly be augmented by others associated with Comey's leading role in the Obama administration's conspiracy to keep Donald Trump from winning the White House in 2016 – and to sabotage his first presidency when that gambit failed. Another criminal probe seems in order regarding the conduct of Comey successor Christopher Wray in connection with the events of January 6th. Investigative reporter John Solomon just revealed that there were 274 undercover FBI agents in the crowd at the Capitol, reinforcing allegations that what occurred that day was an officially orchestrated “direct action” operation, not an insurrection. It's high time we get “just the facts ma'am” about FBI malfeasance. This is Frank Gaffney.

On this episode of the Chuck ToddCast, Chuck unpacks how Donald Trump's Department of Justice has become a political weapon, from targeting perceived enemies like James Comey to sweeping bribery cases under the rug, all while eroding public trust in law enforcement. He explores how Trump's strategy of framing his own criminal charges as political has worn down the public and set fire to the credibility of the legal system. Chuck also looks at the Democratic Party's internal strife over whether to embrace figures like Zohran Mamdani, the rising prospects of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and even murmurs of Lisa Murkowski eyeing a gubernatorial run. And beyond politics, he flags troubling signals in the economy—from surging Hamburger Helper sales to a slump in cardboard demand—that suggest things may not be as strong as the stock market makes them appear. Then, Dr. Michael Osterholm, one of the nation's foremost infectious disease experts, joins Chuck to confront the unsettling reality that Covid-19 was not “the big one.” From SARS and MERS as early warnings to the looming possibility of coronaviruses that are far more deadly than Covid, Osterholm argues that pandemics are inevitable—and the U.S. is dangerously unprepared. He discusses the political failures that prevented a serious after-action review, the collapse of government vaccine infrastructure, and why misinformation and anti-vaccine sentiment have left public health more vulnerable than ever. The conversation also looks forward: how mRNA technology could still be a game-changer, why developing respirators and updating building codes matter, and the urgent need for leadership with real bio-threat experience. Osterholm warns that everything from resurging childhood diseases to the rise of avian flu and the risk of bioterrorism are on the horizon, and he offers a sobering reminder—science is not fixed truth, it's the pursuit of truth. This episode is a wake-up call about what it will take to be ready for the next pandemic, which could be far worse than Covid-19.Finally, he answers listeners' questions in the “Ask Chuck” segment and previews an incredible weekend of sports. Former Attorney General Bill Barr says he doesn't believe Donald Trump has any connection to Jeffrey Epstein—something many conservatives argue has long been obvious. Meanwhile, a charge has been unexpectedly dropped against the alleged assassin of UnitedHealthCare CEO Luigi Mangione, raising serious legal concerns. But leading this hour is Senator Chuck Grassley confirming that the FBI, under the Biden administration and the direction of Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray, has actively investigated and targeted conservative groups. While that accusation isn't new, hearing it publicly from Grassley adds undeniable credibility—and has listeners questioning the political weaponization of federal agencies.

The host continues to discuss what he calls a "historic day," alleging that a whistleblower has exposed a conspiracy involving Democratic leaders, the FBI, and the DOJ. He claims Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, and James Comey committed felonies by leaking classified information to tarnish Donald Trump. The host also implicates Bill Barr and Christopher Wray in covering up these alleged crimes. He further alleges that Hillary Clinton's campaign hired contractors to fake Russian hacking to create the "Russia hoax" as a cover-up for her own misconduct. The host concludes by saying that a "war for the future of this nation" is underway and that the truth is now circulating widely, making it "too late" for those involved to stop the exposure of their alleged wrongdoing

In this explosive episode of Taking It Back, hosts Adel Nero and Zak "RedPill78" Paine dive headfirst into a week of bombshell revelations. The show kicks off with outrage over the Federal Reserve's $3.1 billion construction project, a price tag now under Trump's direct scrutiny. Zak and Adel question whether Fed Chair Jerome Powell may face legal consequences and explore the deeper agenda behind Trump's unexpected visit to the site. From there, the conversation shifts to the latest declassifications by Tulsi Gabbard, including criminal referrals against Barack Obama and key players behind Russiagate. The duo analyzes how these revelations signal the start of long-awaited accountability, with treason charges looming over the Obama-era intelligence community. They also connect these dots to the ongoing Epstein saga, highlighting subpoenas issued to the Clintons and exposing links to the Clinton Global Initiative. From Hillary Clinton's email thumb drives to whispers of Christopher Wray playing a sleeper role, this episode is packed with speculation, hard-hitting analysis, and big-picture context. Whether you believe justice is finally being served or still have doubts, this one will keep you thinking long after it ends.

Symbolically, the closure speaks volumes. Victor Davis Hanson walks us through the troubling legacy left behind at the FBI HQ on today's episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.” “ Robert Mueller, a former FBI director, was the head of the Special Counsel's Office. Remember that? And he had the dream team—the all-stars, a hunter/killer team—with the Left. He was almost giddy about that they were gonna get Donald Trump on Russian collusion. “ That same office then gave us Christopher Wray. Why was he spying on parents at school board meetings? Why was he spying on what they called ‘radical-traditional Catholics'? Why did they go after abortion protesters, but not in the same way people who were protesting pro-life?” 0:00 Kash Patel Shuts Down the J. In January, Sherronna Bishop appeared as a guest on “America Can We Talk,” hosted by Debbie Georgatos. During the interview, she claimed that Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray joined a meeting she and others had with Mesa County Commissioners to discuss election fraud and Tina Peters. However, this meeting was open to the public, and not once during the entire hour-and-a-half call were Garland or Wray ever mentioned—not once. So why is Sherronna making these claims? If they are true, where is the evidence, and why wasn't it brought up during her testimonies? Next up, Sheriff Richard Mack, founder of CSPOA, joins the show to discuss what a constitutional sheriff is and the importance of the 10th Amendment. Later, the economy takes the hot seat—or more specifically, the massive sell-off the economy is currently experiencing following Trump's “Liberation Day.” Is this what Trump intended all along? We've got the scoop. All this and more on today's Untamed!

Last week, we examined the deeply worrying prospect of Kash Patel, FBI director. This week, that possibility became even more worrisome with respect to the future of the FBI, all sparked by current director Christopher Wray's announcement of his intention to step down. To kick off this week's show, Dahlia Lithwick is joined by Slate senior writer Mark Joseph Stern, who explains why Wray's decision is very bad news for the law and the rule of law. Next, the planet: Last summer, we tried to absorb the sheer scale of the shift in the constitutional landscape following a run of cases at the end of the last term that gave the courts the power to reshape the administrative state from the bench, and to impede the tools of the environmental protection trade at a time when the climate is in crisis. But the news cycle moved on and the global climate alarm got snoozed again. That alarm was surely ringing again at One, First Street this week, when a case that could reshape the nation's biggest environmental law was argued at the Supreme Court. Seven County Infrastructure Coalition v. Eagle County, Colorado comes to the court as a dispute over how much review is due to a railroad plan that will carry waxy, crude oil through environmentally sensitive areas, and send said waxy crude on its way to already polluted and health blighted gulf communities. Sam Sankar of Earth Justice was on hand to explain how this weedy case paints a very clear picture of the Supreme Court conservative majority's fondness for grabbing cases that are vehicles for achieving their preferred policy outcomes, but then finding themselves in a bit of a pickle when its time to craft a new test for an old problem. The origins of the Democratic party's current malaise include ineffective messaging on climate and economic policy, too rigid a tent on cultural issues, and Dem politicians just too scared to speak their mind. Within the 80-page motion filed last week to dismiss Donald Trump's New York criminal case, there's a long list of grievances laid out by his legal team. MSNBC legal analysts Andrew Weissmann and Mary McCord underscore some of the substantive arguments as to why a sitting president might find a pending case constricting, reasoning that there are aspects that could interfere with effective functioning of the presidency. But they also illuminate how these merits are buried deep within pages of hyperbole of alleged unfairness to the president-elect, prompting Andrew to ask, in terms of the facts, “Where's the beef?” Then they turn to some analysis of a letter written by incoming Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley, which calls out current FBI Director Christopher Wray with a personal vote of no confidence. Over the weekend, president-elect Donald Trump nominated a little-known, largely inexperienced civil servant to an enormous role in his upcoming administration – Kash Patel as FBI director. Firing current FBI director Christopher Wray, who has 2 years left in his 10 year term, would itself be an alarming break in norms. Atlantic staff writer Elaina Plott Calabro, profiled Kash Patel in August, chartint his rise to power, starting at the very beginning of his legal career. She explains how he came to loathe the media, and love Trump.Further reading:"The Man Who Will Do Anything For Trump," by Elaina Plott Calabro"What the FBI Has Done, and Kash Patel Could Do," by Jon Allsop On the Media is supported by listeners like you. In person together at 30 Rock, veteran prosecutors Andrew Weissmann and Mary McCord use their combined expertise in FBI and Justice Department standards to lay plain how far outside the norm the incoming president is aiming, by flouting a congressionally mandated 10-year appointment of an FBI Director and naming loyalist Kash Patel to replace Christopher Wray. Then, they take a beat to reflect on President Biden's unexpected pardon of his son Hunter and remind listeners of several active January 6th civil cases brought against Donald Trump that may provide the only litigation of his actions after the 2020 election. Also, on Monday, Trump's brief was due in New York as to why his case should be dismissed based on the immunity of a sitting president. At the time of this recording, it had not yet hit the docket, but Andrew and Mary review the stakes and Judge Merchan's denial of delaying the filing.Want to listen to this show without ads? President Biden pardons his son Hunter—a move he'd once promised not to make—and the backlash is immediate. Republicans are calling it a political favor, while some Democrats argue it undermines trust in the justice system. Meanwhile, Trump promises to replace FBI Director Christopher Wray with Kash Patel, a loyalist known for wanting to prosecute Trump's enemies (including journalists), even as his pick for Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, faces new allegations of workplace misconduct—and a scathing email from his own mother. Plus, Bernie Sanders finds surprising common ground with Elon Musk, and Cheryl Hines posts a Black Friday thirst trap.
