Most people grab a binder or start a cleanse and go straight to war on mold, Lyme, and heavy metals. Doing it in that order can make you far sicker than the toxins ever did. In this one, we break down why your drainage has to open first, the quiet signs it's blocked, and why the real problem almost never shows up on a 'normal' bloodwork panel. If you've been chasing symptoms no test can explain, this conversation will change how you think about detox for good. Welcome back to our weekend Cabral HouseCall shows! This is where we answer our community's wellness, weight loss, and anti-aging questions to help people get back on track! Check out today's questions: Lauren: Hi Dr. Cabral, Awhile back, I learned about Manuka honey from your show- and I wanted to thank you! It's become one of my favorite treats. I wanted to ask you about Greek yogurt. Is it good for us? Is it okay to eat every day? I love adding a little manuka and blueberries to it. Its been my daily treat but I wasn't sure if it causes inflammation like other dairy products. Thank you!! Eliza: Hi Dr. Cabral, I'm having nausea and vomiting 5–10 minutes after eating, mainly after lunch and dinner, rarely breakfast. I've also had weight loss, fatigue, stomach pain after eating, and alternating diarrhea and constipation. All tests have been normal: gallbladder/pancreas ultrasound, HIDA scan, gastric emptying test, CT scan, H. pylori stool and breath tests, allergy panel, endoscopy with clear duodenal biopsies, stool testing for IBD/IBS markers, bloodwork, autoimmune testing, white blood cell count/cancer screening labs, and tryptase testing before and 1–2 hours after vomiting. What root causes would you look at next? MohMed: Good day dr.cabral. I find myself and my father in a difficult position. Not asking for medical advice. But if someone you knew had a mass on their liver.. with elevated enzymes 200+ AST and ALT. What kind of diet would you recommend. Ex. Broccoli sprouts for sulforphane. Can you give a sample meal plan (breakfast lunch dinner) Secondarily, what helps NK and T cells? Currently he's on Omega 3 support, D3/K2.. and drinking matcha green tea organic. Asymptomatic.. thanks doc. Your the best! Looking to try Hope4Cancer. Saw your recommendation. I trust them solely because of your video/recap a few months back Chelsea: Hello Dr Cabral. I appreciate you and all your knowledge. I have some questions about passing out.. first time I passed out I was 8 from heat and elevation. Since then now I am 34 I have passed out about 9 or 10 times. They usually relate to heat/elevation or being sick. About 3 of the times I had passed out and had seizure like symptoms. I stop breathing and shake. I am unsure why this happens and was never able to figure out what it is or what's causing it. I have Gilbert's syndrome and hashimotos but has been in a calm state. I do have gut issues and wondering what could be the underlying cause of these episodes even though they don't happen all that often. Thank you so much! Donna: Hi Dr Cabral. I have normal morning bowel movements for 3 or 4 days then have an irregular morning. Those mornings, I'm in and out of the bathroom every 15 or so minutes for 2-3 hours. My stool starts off normal and by the end is a mushy consistency. I get bloated during but that's the only symptom. My gastro dr says it constipation. I take a probiotic, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, get my fiber in, drink 70-80oz of water and walk daily. This has been going on for months now and nothing seems to be helping. Thanks in advance! Welcome to the 9th episode of season 7, where we look at German vocabulary and sentences based on a variety of medical problems/ illnesses. This one starts with a warning… and a story that sounds like it belongs in a crime scene, not a bathroom.Kyla from Cakes By Kyla jumps back into the van, and within minutes we're talking about the recent moment she blacked out, hit the floor, and woke up surrounded by blood with no idea how she got there. It's hectic, a bit scary, and somehow still very Kyla. But underneath that story is something a lot of us will recognise… running flat out for so long that your body eventually steps in and says, “that'll do.” We get into the way both of us operate at that constant 8 or 9 out of 10, why quiet weeks somehow get less done than chaotic ones, and the weird ways stress shows up when you ignore it for too long. There's ADHD chats, sleep struggles, late night brain spirals, meditation attempts, and the realisation that maybe… just maybe… rest isn't optional. It's one of those conversations that's equal parts funny, gross, honest, and a little bit confronting... in the best way! While out with her husband, Mark Consuelos, in a Montreal nightclub, Ripa, 55, recounted fainting amid the crowd. While Ripa described the experience as a "full-on rave," Consuelos, also 55, clarified it was merely "a nightclub in Montreal" but admitted the atmosphere felt just as intense. Ripa noted that many women aged 40 to 60 are still hitting the dance floor, with 87.5 percent of participants in the study stating that dancing helps them connect with themselves and others. That's serious clubbing," Consuelos replied, as Ripa humorously speculated, "I wonder if some of these women are also microdosing."Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

The sermon presents an antidote to spiritual weariness and fainting by directing believers to fix their eyes on Jesus through three transformative reflections: first, to consider who He is—revealed as the Author and Finisher of faith, assuring that God's work in believers will be completed; second, to reflect on what He has done—enduring the cross and the scorn of sinners out of divine love, not obligation, demonstrating that suffering is not abandonment but divine purpose; and third, to remember where He is—seated at the right hand of God, exercising supreme authority and interceding for believers, affirming that the victory is already won. This exhortation, rooted in Hebrews 12:2–3, offers pastoral comfort and theological clarity, reminding the weary that their struggle is not in vain, their burden is not theirs alone, and their hope is anchored in Christ's finished work and present reign.

Some urban legends are just for fun, like the “Pacific Northwest Tree Octopus,” while others are not. Today we're investigating the claim that while busting drug dealers, police can accidentally “absorb” fentanyl through their skin, causing them to suffer a whole bevy of health problems — starting with fainting. Years later, it's still impacting legislation across the country and mostly wasting a bunch of money. Mangesh Hattikudur and Mary Phillips-Sandy from Part-Time Genius join us to explain how fentanyl actually works, and debunk this one.Check out Part-Time Genius wherever you get your podcasts, and follow them on Instagram @parttimegenius.Want even more Panic World content? Two women, two continents, two stories whispered in the shadows of history. One, a mystic in war-torn Europe, said to channel voices from the stars—secrets that could have changed the fate of nations. The other, a siren of the Amazon, her voice enchanting the elite until rumors of blood and immortality stained her legacy. Maria Orsic, vanished without a trace in 1945. Camille Montfort, buried in 1896—or so they say. But what if the truth isn't that simple? What if the past still echoes with their footsteps, or something darker? Tap here to send us a message! In seasons of weakness and weariness, the psalmist poured out his heart, feeling as though he might utterly fail—yet he remained faithful to God. Likewise, we will face hardships, betrayal, and moments when our strength seems to vanish, but we are called to anchor ourselves in His Word and trust in His unfailing promises. When everything else shakes, our faithfulness to Him must remain steadfast, for it is there we find true life and hope.04/17/2025 - Thursday NightScriptures:Psalm 119:81-88Proverbs 13:12Psalm 13:1Psalm 90:13Isaiah 8:17James 3:5-6Matthew 12:36Psalm 119:33Galatians 6:9

Definition: A heart arrhythmia, also known as a cardiac arrhythmia, is an abnormal rhythm of the heart. It occurs when the electrical impulses that control the heart's contractions do not function properly. Causes: Heart arrhythmias can be caused by a wide range of factors, including: Heart disease (e.g., coronary artery disease, heart failure) Electrolyte imbalances (e.g., low potassium or magnesium) Certain medications (e.g., stimulants, caffeine) Thyroid disorders Damage to the Vagus Nerve Stress Genetics Types: There are many different types of heart arrhythmias, which can be classified based on the rate and rhythm of the heart: Tachycardia: A rapid heart rate (over 100 beats per minute) Bradycardia: A slow heart rate (under 60 beats per minute) Atrial fibrillation: A quivering or irregular rhythm of the upper chambers of the heart (atria) Ventricular fibrillation: A life-threatening rhythm where the lower chambers of the heart (ventricles) contract irregularly and chaotically Premature beats: Extra heartbeats that occur early in the rhythm Symptoms: Some people with heart arrhythmias may not experience any symptoms. Others may have symptoms such as: Palpitations (feeling like the heart is racing or fluttering), Chest pain or discomfort, Dizziness or lightheadedness, Fainting, and Shortness of breath. Diagnosis and Treatment: To diagnose a heart arrhythmia, your doctor will likely perform a physical exam, ask about your medical history, and take an electrocardiogram (ECG). Treatment options depend on the type and severity of the arrhythmia and may include: Medications (e.g., beta-blockers, antiarrhythmics) Lifestyle changes (e.g., exercise, stress management) Surgery (e.g., ablation procedure) Implantable devices (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators) Outlook: The outlook for people with heart arrhythmias varies depending on the underlying cause and severity of the condition.

Welcome back, Heal Squad! In part 2 of my conversation with Dr. Sara Szal, we dive deeper into the underlying hormone that could be the culprit to so many things we struggle with from depression and mental health to the onset of autoimmune diseases. She shares ways you can manage and lower cortisol before it causes the onset of autoimmune conditions and the importance of personalized medicine—it's not a one-size-fits-all approach! PLUS we explore how autoimmune diseases can actually go into remission with lifestyle changes, an elimination diet, and even psychedelic-assisted therapies like MDMA for deep-rooted trauma healing. Dr. Szal gets real about the impact of “big T” and “little t” traumas, explaining how they live in our bodies and contribute to illness. You're going to want to take notes on this one, friends! HEALERS AND HEAL-LINERS: Test, don't guess. It's important to get your cortisol levels under control before they dip too low, leading to the potential onset of autoimmune diseases. She recommends a “test, don't guess” approach using the Dutch test, which looks at five different cortisol levels throughout the day. Signs of lower cortisol levels: Fatigue, Low blood pressure, Low mood, Fainting, Loss of appetite These micronutrients can make a huge impact on your cortisol and stress levels: Vitamin C, B6, and Magnesium. Dr. Szal shares how autoimmune diseases can go into remission through personalized approaches like elimination diets, managing leaky gut, and trauma therapies. She mentions her success in reversing autoimmune markers like antinuclear antibodies (ANA). Psychedelic-assisted therapy can be a major resolution for deep-rooted trauma. Dr. Szal explains that using MDMA-assisted therapy to resolve trauma can help resolve long-lasting effects on both mental and physical health. This approach helps in reconstructing one's narrative and reducing fear responses tied to trauma. (Please note this method is not FDA approved.)
