We get a lot of questions about YouTube Shorts and we've been hesitant to really jump into the conversation with definitive answers because it's a pretty new thing on YouTube. Earlier this week I was in an all-day meeting with Google hearing about updates and changes coming to YouTube. There's a lot coming, most of which I can't yet discuss, but I can talk generally about some of it, especially around what's happening with Shorts. During this meeting, I had a mental shift about YouTube Shorts as I heard more about where the product is going. In my head, it was mostly a reaction to TikTok, which I still think it obviously is. But it's a lot more than that, too. This isn't just another feature YouTube is adding. If you're not using Shorts, are you missing out on something? Should you use it? And if you do, should it be on the same channel or a different channel? Hopefully, all those questions and more will be answered by the end of this episode. Creepy pinko nerds have infested the White House and they're after your liberties, particularly your right to roam. Among them is a second-generation marxist and small-town mayor who couldn't get potholes paved, Pete Buttgieg. While preaching his gospel, he made the mistake of saying the quite part out loud, admitting he and his statist cronies want to track every mile you drive and CHARGE YOU FOR IT. Not on our watch - the Gearhead Consultancy has warned you about the "mileage tax" for a decade. Hostus Maximus Justin Fort was having a bad day on this episode, so enjoy the ride - he didn't. There's a lot of information and unbridled finger-pointing in this one too, so you might learn something.

Both parties agree that the country's infrastructure needs a face lift, and today President Biden revealed a $2 trillion plan to address the problem. The package will address roads, bridges, high speed internet, climate change, and racial inequity, but to pay for it all Congress would need to rollback former President Trump's corporate tax cuts. In this semi-live uncut special episode, we come to you from the great outdoors of Dorsey's Knob park. We come rip roaring out from our bunkers Waco-Style, we've been cooped up for eight weeks. The beards are longer, we're smellier, we're using corncobs for toilet paper. But this is our time to shine, the birds are singing, squirrels are chirping, magic's in the air. There's even goats walking around. We eat the Lord's chosen queso and chow down on big meaty burger takeout from Black Bear Burrito. Sadly there's no beer reviews this week even though Matt bought a ton of Big Timber from Apothecary, but we do talk about MRE's at length. We also talk about vegetti's and vajazzle's. Matt popped his tattoo cherry and Jerrad popped his homespun artisanal tattoo cherry. Britt didn't pop any cherries. We talk about Coronavirus very little as we're sure you're tired too. It's loud and windy, but someone's gotta do it. Spoiler Note: We probably give away a lot from #TheLastDriveIn and major points from the early Friday The 13th movies. This is peppered throughout with no time markers so just brace yourselves. SHOW #214 Katherine Damiana Milieu's Astrology Chart Reading For 2018 Midterm Elections: Wow! Hi everyone and welcome to an amazing astrology chart reading for the 2018 midterm elections... This is an incredible reading with brilliant insights for you to use to help you vote and vote for your own best interests based on this astrology reading for the midterms of 2018. I did this reading because so many of you were requesting help on next week and what's going to happen so I just decided to do it. I think you'll find a lot of deep issues are covered here in this reading as well as spiritual insights and practical things to help you get through the week, as well as how to take action from this moment forward... the election results are NOT going to be what anyone is expecting -- that much is certain and I cover those outcomes in this reading. This is a very important reading and without knowing what I'm going to cover in this 2018 midterm election astrology reading, you won't feel grounded, safe, secure, and you probably won't feel a lack of doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, anger, bitterness, resentment, etc. In other words, the universe is not only whispering to you in this reading, it's getting in your face... BIG TIME. LOL! In no uncertain terms, the universe is MOVING ON no matter what your personal political beliefs and ideologies are... we are so over the past and the universe is not going backwards, it's not standing still, it's not doing what Trump wants or Obama or Hillary or the globalists or even the nationalists. The angry white racists on the right and the victim-obsessed helpless bitchy leftists are NOT probably going to enjoy the outcomes from this 2018 midterm election... and that's what I cover in this reading. It's BIG and it's almost 45 minutes of very indepth, very detailed, specific information you need to know so you can plan ahead and stay ahead of the idiot masses who never know what's going on you know what I mean? When ordinary men have birthdays, they receive gifts. However, Big Mike knows it is better to give than to receive and so, on his birthday, Big Mike has gifted to the people of the Callenphate his wisdom. You're welcome, humanity. Just remember that your fearless leader is Bryan and not his far more physically imposing and wise father.
Dale Carnegie wrote an incredible book in the 1940's that is still so relevant today. Yes, he wrote the self-help classic "How to Win Friends and Influence People", but he also wrote an unsung gem in the genre of self improvement. That's the book we're talking about today. It's "How to Stop Worrying and Start Living: Time Tested Methods for Conquering Worry". At our current state in the world this book has been a HUGE help for me and might be a force for you as well. This episode's offering nothing short of a Masterclass in recording and production from Réal Cardinal of Comaduster! Réal delineates a lot of the terms we tend to throw around indiscriminately while writing about music, and walks us through the processes of creating electronic music well beyond just "writing" it. All this week on We Have a Technical, the I Die: You Die podcast!
From La Mesa's burgeoning brewing district, the Garage Hour goons are back for another run at the super sips from Helix Brewing (drinkhelix.com!) and a rowdy rendition of Hank Watson's Garage Hour. Yes, have some. Start with the goodies - a running discussion about the magical off-roading coating called powdercoating with newb cohost Troy from Powder 1 in El Cajon (don't install a roll bar without 'em - powder1.com), the VW diesel error that was trusting the US government to ignore fossil fuel's mighty potential, and fine ales present and future from Helix Brewery's very own Cam Ball. Speaking of, Twisted Manzanita's got their Witch's Hair Pumpkin Ale on nitro in the tasting room - it's a must-have. Take another step and we're all about the other - the new Tesla wagon, Slash's Snake Pit, a beer we're developing with Helix called AR-15, and where the Garage Hour's cohorts would be without their marvelous girlfriends. There's also flak towers, Jewish jokes (hey, we're at least 1/2 Jewish), how to pick up chicks with Dr. Who, Hum's "Stars", and soot. Yeah, we're awesomesauce, and we're not even trying. Tell your friends. For the MP3 version of this episode, download the podcast of the same date with "MP3" in the title.
