DownloadWE HAVE DID IT!! LOTC has reached the huge milestone, episode 400. This is GregaMortis and I am typing from the heart right now. Episode 400 would have not been possible without episode 1, actually The Creepture Feature Horror Show podcast which was the original show. Way back in late 2009 myself and Dr Butcher aka Dr Dirty Aka Joe and I got together at a local movie rental store in a rural town in North Carolina where Joe worked at the time and I frequently went in to rent movies. We both had a desire to do something in horror, after throwing ideas off each other the word Podcast got mentioned. Now 2009 Podcasts were not unknown but certainly were not like they are now. That was the seed, Joe and I had decided that was it, podcasting. in 2010 Joe and I published our 1st episode and now 14 years later and through many format changes and different hosts We have made it to 400. This is so huge for myself and the crew as well as humbling. To think that a somewhat introvert from a very small town in North Carolina would be able to see 400 episodes with such an amazing lineup of hosts and the greatest Listeners/family in the whole world. Now to reach 400 episodes one thing has to happen, great hosts, people who week in and out discuss movies and topics in a way that makes each of You tune in as well as each host want to continue. We have had several hosts in the past and I want to say Thank You to each and everyone of them. Joe aka Dr Dirty, Shaun Davis aka Haddonfield Hatchet also my Jack Ass lol, Dave Becker aka Doctor Shock, Kenny Pumpkin King Caperton, Jeff "Bruno" Bromley who we lost due to Cancer, Jessie Robbins, Wolfman Josh, Channy Dreadful, Bill Van Veghel, Justin Beahm as well as my queen and the queen of horror The Twisted Temptress Pearl. I also want to say a huge Thank You to all the many guests we have had in the past. Everyone has been so prepared and I truly have enjoyed recording with each one. I have to most of all say Thank You to each and every one of You who have tuned in to listen to us talk horror. Some have listened to each and every episode, followed us from the beginning, some have come later but went back to listen to each episode, some have came recently and have lots to catch up on, where ever you fit in to these categories Thank You is not enough. A huge virtual hug and high five is not enough. A celebratory shot of Jim Beam and Honey is not enough. YOU guys and gals are what keep us going. We are extremely excited to see where we go next, one thing is for sure, we are not stopping, we are going to keep bringing you hopefully entertaining episodes. During this show each host picked a movie to watch and review that they felt might shock You that they have not seen. This was much harder than we thought originally but each host brought their best. We also played all the voicemails where we asked for You to send us questions, we had some really good ones and we answered to our best abilities. We also could not have recorded such a monumental show with out our great friend Justin Beahm. GregaMortis and Justin spend time discussing a film he had not seen as well as having him answer the same questions as well. This episode was so fun to record and we are hoping you will be entertained. So sit back and grab your favorite snacks and beverages and journey with us through the Land Of The Creeps and hopefully another 400 episodes. I can't believe it's been 2 years since Justin Beahm was on the show. But I'd pegged this as an episode I wanted to do once he pulled it off. Off the air, he'd told me about his bucket list goal of getting Martin Scorsese's under-appreciated 1999 film Bringing Out The Dead starring Nicolas Cage […]

We are back with more insanity brought to you by us .... The Metal Hand Of God ( MHOG ) podcast... Your hosts: Wayne and The RUMGuy With this incredible episode we welcome back the amazing Justin Beahm. We start off the show with talks of all the madness that 2020 and Mother Nature is dropping on us. We also talk about what Justin has been up to, the love/hate for WiFi, the chaos and extent of things Justin will go through and do to get his projects done and to the people he's working for. He opens up about a film project that he wanted to do, also the devastating loss of one of his friends, he talks a bit about the television show Face Off and what it brought to the Sci/fi horror film genre and fandom. Thinking of a different ways to honor someone who has passed, Justin comets to do a segment on the show, Rum read a article about the first person ( possibly ) that did commentary on plays and what not. They talk the difference between commentary and critics, and all of it compared to professional wrestling. Reality television is somewhat scripted, we talk about Alice Cooper and how much it sucks not to be on the road and playing shows. They talk about some of the most incredible moments in Justin's career and just super cool things he has experience over the years.. Like Mr Krabs in Pet Cemetery 2 ... and having a beer with the WishMaster !! There is so much more on this episode you won't believe your ears. After last week's show where Jerry & Mike came down pretty hard on Rob Zombie's original vision for Halloween, you're going to be stunned to hear the love fest the two of us, along with returning guest Justin Beahm have for Halloween II. This feels nothing like a Halloween movie, and it is all the better for it. From Michael being unmasked for the majority of the film, to a crazy and out of control Laurie, to Loomis being a fame seeking ego maniac, this is not the franchise we recognize, but hot damn it works for us.

Ten years after the night He came home, The Shape...comes home again. This time he's after his orphaned niece Jaime, in a stellar performance from Danielle Harris. The nostalgia factor is high on this one, and after the box office failure of Halloween III, producer Mustafa Akkad was determined to keep the franchise going by giving fans what they wanted: Michael Myers. Also returning was Dr. Loomis, is a performance from Donald Pleasance that grows more unhinged as the movie progresses. Plus, while Halloween 4 is a great slasher movie, Jerry asks, is it a great sequel to the original Halloween. Mike and Jerry are joined by Justin Beahm (The Justin Beahm Radio Hour, Shout Factory) to discuss all this and more.

Night Listeners of 98.9FM KFMG -Tonight I cracked open the show with one of my favorite tracks from self-titled LP by The Horrors, "Back in the Cut". The riff on this song gives me goosebumps everytime I jam it. I introduce a few new bands into the mix including Mold, The Twelve Canons and Anthon Worden. A few tracks on tonight's program are of lower quality then we are used to playing. One of them imparticular, is a track by The Problems, one of Ed Nehring's many musical projects dating back to 1979. A mention I need to make is my discovery of the surf rockers, Steve Reverb and the Sound Tones which features my buddy Justin Beahm on drums. Justin Beahm is back on Uncontained for another Halloween. Justin is a writer for horror magazines, and the K.I.S.S. magazine. Yeah, the band with Gene Simmons the guy with the surgically enhanced tongue, and just wants to rock n roll all night and party every day...if you don't know who K.I.S.S. is I don't know what to tell you except check out the magazine. Justin is also a horror movie/ documentary producer. If you listen to the commentary on movies like the Halloween franchise and most recently Silent Night Deadly Night. After talking to Justin for just a few minutes it is clear he loves Horror and Halloween, and that is why he has been my guest on two Halloweens in a row. So put on some creepy music and if you are really feeling it put on a costume and enjoy the horror talk. I would also like to congratulations Justin and his bride since he got married less than a week after we talked. Few words are as evocative to horror fans as "blood." Producers and filmmakers know putting the word "blood" in a title sells, and so the B section of any video store horror shelf flows with the red stuff. On this episode, the crew discuss a few of the uncountable movies named Blood Somethingorother.FOLLOW YOUR HOSTS!Insane Mike Saunders: Facebook | Twitter | WebsiteJason Bolinger: Facebook | Twitter | WebsiteDustin Neill: Facebook | Twitter | WebsiteTeri Terford: Facebook | Twitter | WebsiteJohn Stalter: Facebook | TwitterBryan Clark: Facebook | WebsiteWith special guest JUSTIN BEAHM!!!DOWNLOADSome of the movies we talked about this episode:
