There's a lot of great buildings and great history that has been bulldozed over in Bangkok, so it's nice when we see someone going the extra mile to actually preserve both an historic physical space as well as the stories and history behind it. On this show Greg interviews Art and Irma, owners of Siri Sala Private Thai Villa, located off of Charan Sanitwong Road, not far from where Ed lives. The couple begins with the story of how they discovered the property - at the time, an old family home that had fallen into disrepair - while on a boat ride down the Bangkok Noi Canal, and the various serendipitous events that were necessary for them to become the new owners.  Greg then discusses with them the extensive rebuilding and renovations that needed to be done to complete the space. The entrepreneurial couple explains the lengthy design process, one driven by a desire to maintain the authenticity of a traditional Thai house, but with the lived-in practicality of a genuine home, as opposed to a museum piece. Next, the conversation moves to the various uses of the unique location. Irma explains that events were the primary intended purpose, but that very quickly video productions were knocking on their door. After several smaller shoots, they were chosen to play a major part in White Lotus, Season 3, and Greg talks with Art and Irma about that amazing experience.  Last, the couple announces the impending opening of Siri Sila as a boutique hotel, that allows rental of individual rooms or the whole property, as well as entire buyouts for those who want a memorable stay they will never forget.   Don't forget that Patrons get the ad-free version of the show as well as swag and other perks. But Matt reveals he wasn't watching the game. Instead, he was watching Daniel Day-Lewis's new film, “Anemone.” Justin believes this is further proof that Matt is an “Ivy League weirdo.” Plus, during last night's debate, Mikie Sherrill mentioned President Trump over a dozen times! 4:05pm- Complete Embarrassment: Far-left Katie Porter—the front runner to become the next Governor of California in 2026—had a complete meltdown after a CBS reporter asked her about her strategy for winning bipartisan support. Porter insisted she didn't need the support of Trump voters and then abruptly ended the interview—explicitly complaining about being asked too many “follow up” questions. Porter, a former congresswoman and accolade of Elizabeth Warren, lost her 2024 race for U.S. Senate. Now a new video has surfaced of her screaming and cursing at a staffer! Plus, who was a worse Batman—Porter (who dressed up as the Gotham superhero for Halloween) or Ben Affleck? A montage reveals that she has changed her story about the Naval Academy cheating scandal three or four times since September 26th! 5:15pm- Breaking News: New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted by the Department of Justice for mortgage fraud. 5:30pm- Abbreviated Show: Listen to the Philadelphia Phillies on 1210 WPHT!

What if you could have a conversation with your great-grandmother? Not just read her diary or look at old photos, but actually ask her questions and hear her voice tell you stories about her life? This isn't science fiction—it's becoming reality through innovative storytelling technology that's preserving family legacies in remarkable new ways.Jeremy Horne joins us to share his passion for capturing family stories that might otherwise be lost forever. His journey began as a child in Perth, Australia, recording his grandparents on borrowed video equipment, and has evolved into creating Winnie, an app designed to facilitate meaningful conversations between generations. But he's not stopping there. His newest project, Forever You, uses those recorded stories to create digital avatars that future generations can actually interact with. The conversation takes us deep into why these connections matter so much. Jeremy explains the concept of "social health"—the third pillar of wellbeing alongside physical and mental health—and how genuine human connection nourishes us in ways that social media never can. He shares fascinating research showing that children who understand their family history develop greater resilience and confidence, giving them an anchor to their past that helps them navigate their future. What makes this episode particularly powerful is the practical advice for fostering these connections. Whether it's being intentional about scheduling time for meaningful conversations, learning the art of asking good questions, or simply giving people space to tell their stories, Jeremy offers tools anyone can use to strengthen their relationships and preserve their family legacy. As we navigate an increasingly digital world where we're simultaneously more connected yet lonelier than ever, this conversation reminds us of what truly matters. The technology Jeremy describes isn't about replacing human connection—it's about enhancing and preserving it across generations. His parting words offer both wisdom and urgency: "I'm yet to meet anyone who regrets interviewing their parents, but I've met plenty who wish they could do it and no longer have that choice."Ready to start capturing your family's stories? Listen now and discover how these conversations might be the most precious gift you can give future generations.Connect with JeremyFind him on Facebook or Instagram, or download the Winny app. Get a free mini lesson plus 52 prompts so your kids can practice every week here! Thanks for Listening to Speak Out, Stand OutLike what you hear? Plastic Surgery Untold: What Is Breast Preservation? You've heard the buzz about breast preservation surgery — but what is it, really? On this episode of Plastic Surgery Untold, Dr. Franco breaks down what sets this approach apart and how it fits into the world of breast enhancement. Breast preservation focuses on enhancing shape over size, using a technique that maintains your natural anatomy and often allows for a faster, more comfortable recovery. It's an exciting option for the right patient — but it's not the only one. For others, more traditional implants or placement methods may still be the better fit based on their goals and anatomy. Some highlights: No general anesthesia required: Most patients undergo light sedation, making for a smoother recovery. Shape-first approach: Best for patients who want subtle enhancement or upper pole fullness without significant volume increase. Preserves supportive structures: Rather than cutting ligaments, they're carefully moved to create a secure “nesting” effect for the implant. Minimal incision: As small as 1.8 cm, for less visible scarring and a more discreet result. Custom placement: Allows for volume where it's needed most, without unnecessary bulk where natural volume already exists. Whether you're exploring subtle changes or looking for more dramatic volume, breast preservation is one of several thoughtful approaches — and the best results come from matching the right technique to the right patient. Watch or listen to the full episode of Plastic Surgery Untold to learn more and see the technique in action on YouTube or your favorite podcast platform.

Rib-sparing DIEP flap refers to a technique used during Deep Inferior Epigastric Perforator (DIEP) flap breast reconstruction surgery where the surgeon preserves the rib and surrounding muscle when accessing the blood vessels that supply the flap.Quick Breakdown:    •    DIEP Flap Reconstruction:    •    Uses skin and fat from the lower abdomen to create a new breast after mastectomy.    •    Preserves the abdominal muscles (unlike TRAM flap).    •    Requires connection of the flap's blood vessels (deep inferior epigastric vessels) to chest vessels, usually the internal mammary vessels (IMVs).    •    Traditional DIEP:    •    Often involves removal of a portion of rib cartilage (typically the 2nd or 3rd rib) to reach the internal mammary vessels for microsurgical connection.    •    This can lead to post-op pain, risk of chest wall weakness, or delayed healing.    •    Rib-Sparing Technique:    •    Avoids rib removal by carefully dissecting around the rib or using intercostal spaces.    •    Benefits:    •    Less post-op pain.    •    Preserved chest wall integrity.    •    Potentially quicker recovery.    •    More cosmetic outcome (less chance of chest wall contour deformity).Clinical Note:    •    Rib-sparing is technically more challenging and requires a skilled microsurgeon.    •    Not all patients are candidates; it depends on anatomy, vessel quality, and other surgical considerations.Connect with Midwest Breast on Instagram: Instagram: Instagram: @MWBreastStay Connected with Dr. Deepa Halaharvi:TikTok: @breastdoctorInstagram: @drdhalaharviTBCP Instagram: @thebreastcancerpodcastWebsite: https://drdeepahalaharvi.com/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@deepahalaharvi5917Instagram: @thebreastcancerpodcast

In another article, Goldmacher—alongside June Kim and Christine Zhang—evaluate “how Donald Trump has remade America's political landscape.” They document that 435 counties across the country became more “Democratic” from 2012 and 2024—however, 2,678 counties became more “Republican.” Further complicating matters is the 2030 census which is expected to cause comfortably blue states to lose electoral votes as citizens move to red states. In this episode, we're talking all things grassfed whey—a supplement we recommend to nearly every client for good reason. From weight loss and lean body mass to metabolic and immune health, the benefits of whey are powerful and broad spectrum. We break down what whey protein is, how it's made, and why we choose to use a whey concentrate over an isolate. We dive into the synergistic compounds found only in whey concentrates that are low heat processed like lactoferrin, CLA, and immunoglobulins—and how they go beyond muscle to support immune resilience, gut lining integrity, and even antioxidant production via glutathione synthesis. We're thrilled to unveil Whey Protect—our upgraded version of Naturally Nourished Grassfed Whey, now with added serum bovine immunoglobulins to further support immunity and reduce inflammation. We touch on how our formula stacks up in purity compared to mainstream brands and discuss the Clean Label Project's recent findings on heavy metals in popular protein powders.
