     Slam The Gavel welcomes Bill Ayers, President of PA Bikers For Justice.  Bill Ayers and others had gotten involved in helping victims of Parental Alienation through their work helping crime victims. They found a connection where many victims of child abuse and crimes against children had a connection to those children also being victims of Parental Alienation. This led to the changes in laws and policies and creating awareness of Parental Alienation.     PA Bikers for Justice do rallies once a year during around the weekend of Parental Alienation. This year they will be having a rally in Lackawanna County, Lackawanna County Courthouse in PA. PA Bikers For Justice has assisted thousands of victims since 1997 as a community watch group in West Scranton PA, then escorting victims to court, and branching out in other counties and are now statewide.   We discussed when an individual is released from prison, exonerated, they should be compensated so they don't end up homeless. Once exonerated the arrest record remains, so they have to go through an expungement process in which they petition the court and get a court order to expunge the arrest so it is no longer on their record. This could take two months to two years. Today we talked about the 'double standards of justice' and putting 'teeth' into a law questioning the protection of former police officers that have been labeled, 'PATTERN MISCONDUCT,' by the AG in New York.      In April of 2021, Governor Cuomo signed in the Law Enforcement Misconduct Law into the Social Justice Unit of the Attorney General's Office. Since that time 38  officers have been reviewed for misconduct. This law requires that the Police Chief of NY notify the AG when a police officer had had five or more  incidents of reported misconduct. Once the AG is notified, they are supposed to investigate.     Slam The Gavel podcast welcomes new guest Justin McPhail. Justin McPhail is a father living in Mississippi and is a business owner. Justin went through a divorce in 2012 and had joint legal custody at that time. However, three years into the case, in April of 2015, He was incarcerated for six years trying to exercise his Constitutional Rights all for being in the arrears $1,400.00, refusing a Drug Test and a Psychological Evaluation.         Simultaneously when Justin was incarcerated, his son had some trouble in school. From there, his 12 year-old son was sent to a juvenile detention center, then to the Alabama Reform School for boys, then sent on to French Camp Academy 2018-2021. Father and son corresponded through mail, then they were able to communicate via phone calls. We also discussed the Bradley Amendment (where in U.S. law the amendment is intended to improve the effectiveness of child support enforcement), and where so much can go wrong with that amendment. However, she soon lost her daughter to CPS and the greedy money courts involving a Dependency Judge. Ellie and her husband found themselves being bullied by the judge and CPS in Shasta, California.     From there, her daughter, then 12 years-old became confused whilst in school and suddenly wanted to be called by a different name.    Slam The Gavel welcomes Steve DeVore, Travis Nicholson and Terri Parker to the podcast. They came on to discuss a young man sitting in jail, on taxpayer dollars for a false accusation made during divorce.     The mayhem began in January of 2021 when Jamey DiDomenico, a loving DAD and devoted husband suddenly discovered incriminating text messages on an iPad that their four year-old had been using. The messages from an unknown man suggested an affair between Jamey's wife and one of her alleged clients. Troubled, Jamey photographed the messages and confronted his wife. She denied the allegations and instantly asked for a divorce. Days before their divorce depositions, she ACCUSED Jamey of SA.      The accusation triggered a dangerous chain of events. His wife obtained an order of protection, citing UNFOUNDED fears, which led to Jamey being thrown out of his home with only 30 minutes to gather his belongings. Jamey and his son, from a previous relationship, were barred from returning and Jamey also lost custody of his daughter. By November 23rd, 2023, Jamey went to trial on the false charges. DESPITE 125 letters attesting to his honesty and character and the presence of over 150 SUPPORTERS in court, the trial was held in the SAME courthouse where his ex-wife practiced law. THIS RESULTED IN A WRONGFUL CONVICTION.     No evidence of violence was presented, only conflicting accounts, but the judge sentenced Jamey to 10 years WITHOUT parole.    Slam the Gavel welcomes new guest, Lee Dobson from Canada. Lee has been suffering legal abuse in the Family Court system for the last three years. The catch is, that he has no ex wife, family and no children.      All it took was one false accusation and an UNSIGNED Restraining Order to put him in a position of self representation. As an electrician Lee has lost jobs due to waiting for hearings to start, has suffered defamation of character and extortion. On September 28th, 2025, Renata DeMello was on the podcast, Season 6, Episode 313, discussing the case of her childhood friend Giselle and how she was being held in L.A. County Jail on $500,000.00 bond. Giselle had been in the L.A. County Jail for the last three weeks and three days however in the beginning, she entered the San Diego jail September 5th.     Giselle's bail had been lowered to $100,000.00 and she is now out.      Slam the Gavel welcomes back grandmother, Claudette Collins. Claudette was last on the podcast Season 5, Episode 239.  Claudette is retired from healthcare and is a former Sunday School teacher in British Columbia, Canada.      Claudette has updated her story as in the past episode she had been falsely accused in Alberta Courts without evidence by her oldest adult daughter. Claudette has evidence, but the courts won't look at it and there has been court staff interference with court files and setting Claudette up to appear as if she forged her attorney's signature.
