    Slam the Gavel welcomes back Marc Fishman to the podcast. Marc was last on Season 5, Episodes 202, 224 and 240. The last time Marc was on the podcast we talked about his major victory in NY state regarding Parental Alienation.     Today we talked about how Judge M. Schauer refuses to recuse herself from his case and continuously disregard his ADA rights. Apparently Judge M. Schauer has suddenly become an M.D. and decides whether or not Marc Fishman is disabled or not. She is a heartless and relentless, poor excuse for a judge. The judicial misconduct board should have done something about "this problem" years ago. Marc explained his case and how he was treated by Schauer. Now he has to go to trial with this judge who refuses to recuse herself in his case of Parental Alienation. Heather is originally from Round Lake, Illinois but now resides in the Daytona, Florida area.     She has four children ages 18, 17, 13, and 8. She was married to their father Justin Serlick from 2003 to 2013. Upon her divorce she was awarded sole custody of the oldest three. Justin Serlick refused to move out of Heather's home with her children after the divorce and he continued to emotionally and physically abuse the children and Heather.      In 2017 Heather had her fourth child with Justin, this was not a planned pregnancy. In fact, she was in school full-time working on her Bachelor's of Science Degree at UW-Parkside in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Justin was taking advantage of Heather after she would take her Ambien to sleep. However, that is to remove the funding to Child Welfare. This led to the  news article on January 28th, 2025, where The Imprint Youth & Family News came out with the article, "Child Welfare Leaders Stunned by Trump's Call to Freeze Social Services Spending; Legal Action Quickly Threatened."      "The funding is creating the BIG problem in Social Services, where they are  putting a dollar sign on our children, and they remove them for PROFIT. Not because they want to give the child a better a life, or not because of the "child's best interest," which is not happening in the courtrooms all across America, so the funding that was creating the removals for profit needed to be removed. This happened on January 28th, 2025. Apparently HHS employees were locked out of their offices. They are trying to bring in new staff." She was last on Season 5, Episode 255, where we talked about how conflict is good for the business of family court.    Esther broadened her story and explained how the judge ordered on the record  that she couldn't even reach out to teachers at her children's school.      "The intention is to completely destroy the relationship with the parent and child," Esther explained. She also explained that she was threatened with jail for posting on X three heart emojis (❤️❤️❤️) representing her children. Esther had already been imprisoned in one of the worst prisons (worse than Riker's Island), Nassau County Correctional Facility and elaborated on that.    We also discussed the third party parasites that would call her "dangerous," but would not elaborate in order to keep her from her children. These court actors destroyed the relationship with her children as she hasn't seen them in five years.     Slam the Gavel welcomes Monica Ciardi to the podcast. Monica, at the taxpayer's expense has been forced into jail eleven times.  Within the eleven times, she was jailed in Morris County New Jersey from November to December 2024, and from January to the end of March and released in 2025.      Monica shared her experiences while jailed and how she came to be jailed. She also talked about working on "Lila's Law," and what that will entail. Monica has also been investigated 35 times since 2018, at taxpayer expense with no findings. Monica has passed all screenings. She has never failed any of this.    This week, Monica will be in court. On the latest charges that baffle Monica, as she doesn't know what the legal standard is, is how is it possible for a lawyer or a social worker to determine that a doctor's medical diagnosis is invalid, but that is what this charge is based on. Monica has gotten five months time served, and the prosecutor will be arguing for five years on probation. This will then put Monica at risk non-stop. Even if they can get any charge on her even if false it's a violation of probation.     In regards to the family courts, Monica advises parents to "Brace themselves. Lee (Season 4, Episode 23 and Season 5, Episode 249).      Today, we discussed Evelyn Hemphill's first Psychological Evaluation, which wasn't good enough for the family court to fit their false narrative, so a Forensic Evaluation was done by a player in the court system. It ended very vague and just labeling Evelyn with "anxiety." But that's all it took to remove her child from her life, so the abusive parent could turn the child against her. HELLO DOGE.    Today Marineka updated her case on the child support that she tried to modify in the Supreme Court of Delaware. Apparently Judge R. Eckeard wrote back to her stating that the case is dismissed and there isn't enough staff....    Meanwhile, Attorney Laura Brooks stated in court, "I don't care if you can't provide for your child." Marineka collects $1,500.00 in disability, however Child Support Enforcement takes approximately $1,052.00/per month. How can Marineka or ANY parent survive on being extorted this amount of money, when the father has YET to provide any W-2's. They are estimating Marineka at an old calculation back in 2022, which is common practice in shady DR Units all over the country.    All Marineka wants is to SEE HER DAUGHTER. She is being kept from her daughter, however her ex wants to collect the money. Child Support really should be suspended in her case, if a parent is being kept from their child, and the target parent is being kept off the list at the schools as well. Child Support is WEAPONIZED.    Slam the Gavel welcomes Heather Unbehaun to the podcast. She told her story of how she fled with her then nine year-old daughter in 2017, after the Judge John Dalton in Illinois illegally gave her abusive father full custody. She and her daughter were extremely close. Heather fled to protect her from her father, the emotionally abusive step monster as well as the corrupt court system.     They had been on the run for six years until Heather was arrested last May, as the father filed an Order of Protection against Heather right on Mother's Day.     Slam the Gavel podcast, welcomes back Jessie Lake to the podcast. Jessie was last on Season 5, Episode 241. Today Jessie had an update on her case as well as a recording that was revealed to her of proof of  the forged hair follicle tests, "somebody did something here." To think that an important test could be forged to remove her first set of twins from her is egregious. Her lawyer NEVER provided the court this evidence while Jessie wasted $8,000.00 as her lawyer rushed her, gaslit her and told her he would subpoena until she paid him another $200.00.    Jessie did say that she is now on unsupervised visits for four hours, every other weekend. The girls are calling her "mom" but sometimes call her by her name, but they are also calling another woman, Keisha, "mom." Jessie suspects that the guardian is selling her daughters while letting this other woman raise them. This is child trafficking and child psychological abuse.     Continuing to fight to have her daughters back in her life is something Jessie will not stop fighting for and longs for the day that they are all together having a "normal" family life. It all started November 6th, 2023. The caseworker, B. His daughter was born in 2012, and didn't even know he had a daughter until 2023 when the mother called him up looking for child support. A paternity test was done. However, the mother, living under various addresses had applied for $20,000 in TANF that was granted. But now that she cannot be located, they are coming after William for the $20,000.00    Despite William's efforts, the courts, Dept. of Child Support Enforcement, CPS and his daughter's Guardian ad Litem have repeatedly ignored his questions. For over a year William has pleaded with them for information on his daughter's whereabouts and safety. They wouldn't answer him. Meanwhile, seven years ago, her mother abandoned her in a home with known drug abuse and neglect. Tragically a four year-old child (daughter's half-brother)  was murdered in that home. Today we discussed the case of  14 year-old, Emily Pike, a teen who was missing and found murdered in Arizona. Deanna talked about the group homes, foster care and CPS that contribute to unhappy children and families that suffer through the systems.     Talking at length about being a Program Director for group homes, being under staffed and unsafe, Deanna explained from her experiences what really goes on in these group homes. CPS will remove a child from a fit home (or not), and place them in a group home. Most often this child is unprepared to handle what goes on when meeting other violent individuals in these homes. By six months the child can't handle it, so staff refers to a psychiatrist who diagnoses, places the child on medication, and now the child is labeled, "mentally disabled," and is now worth more money to the Title IV-E system. WHY is this 110 lb. woman STILL jailed over 180 days in Essex County, the seat of Newark NJ, one of worst jail population and not being treated medically? What happened was, Judge Peter Bogaard, in Morris County, NJ, had stated in family court to Monica, "If you don't do what I say, you'll never see your children again." Monica then quoted him on Facebook, but forgot to put the phrase in quotations. Judge Bogaard took it as a "terroristic threat" against his own children. She was then arrested and now jailed unlawfully for exercising her First Amendment rights. Monica is not in good health while she sits in jail at taxpayers expense on the whim of a judge. Today we talked about the Frost case:In 2022, El Paso County in Colorado Springs, Colorado, placed four siblings into the homes of their mother and their aunt.  Both women were living with registered sex offenders.  Three months later, they received a call from the youngest child's school about the boy's terrible physical battering. The Court DID NOT admonish Department of Human Services for their neglectful failure to investigate the women's homes before sending children to them. The judge DID NOT accuse them of reckless child endangerment. Instead, the Court congratulated the Department of Human Services for the good job they had done in the emergency situation they handled at the time!It appears that this judge doesn't know the difference between a safe parent and a crafted scheme to take children from him and put them into a child sex trafficking ring. Instead,in December 2024, she terminated the parental rights of  the protective FATHER  of the of the children.  She ignored the fact that he had contacted the pollice more than 15 times in the two years leading up to the department removing the children from him over allegations that were founded to be false. Caruso, a combat Veteran, business owner with no criminal history. However, since December 20th, 2024 he has been sitting in Douglas City's Castle Rock Correctional Facility in Colorado.  His bond is set far too high for a Class 4 Felony. This is not a gender war. This can happen to any parent.     Nine policemen entered his apartment complex when Michael was spending time with his small child, and arrested him. One of the charges was harassment-phone-threat-ethnic intimidation and the other charge was a "vague" retaliation on the judge, at taxpayer expense.    Slam the Gavel welcomes Hector Araujo from Staunton, Virginia to the podcast. Hector discussed his family court issues in dealing with a JDR Judge Susan B. Read, 25th Judicial District in Virginia. Hector's case  involves false accusations, Custodial Interference and jail time.     Judge Susan B. Read just gives his ex-wife a slap on the wrists for withholding the kids from him. The ex-wifes boyfriend had been physically abusing the children as well. Apparently, the grandmother who has involvement with CPS has influence in the court procedure. She persuaded the judge to put Hector in a bad light. However, the judge found mother's boyfriend GUILTY but ALLOWED him to STILL STAY IN THE HOME, BUT NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE CONTACT WITH THE CHILDREN. How does that work IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN??    Hector has spent 11 months incarcerated for non-support while his arrears mounted to $12,000.00. Due to the stress of family court, Hector has also suffered multiple strokes and has had a pacemaker placed in his chest. His children have been turned against him. There is no justice in Staunton Virginia, especially when dealing with a judge like this.
