โค้งสุดท้าย... เมื่อ “หัวใจ” เดินนำ “เหตุผล” ในโลกของการเมือง ช่วง “โค้งสุดท้าย” มักจะเป็นช่วงเวลาที่เหตุผลเริ่มทำงานน้อยลง แต่ “อารมณ์ความรู้สึก” กลับทำงานมากขึ้น เหมือนการวิ่งมาราธอนที่กิโลเมตรท้ายๆ พละกำลังอาจจะหมด แต่สิ่งที่พาเราเข้าเส้นชัยคือ “ใจ” การเลือกตั้งครั้งนี้ก็เช่นกัน เมื่อเข้าสู่ช่วงท้าย เราเริ่มเห็น “สัญญาณ” ที่ทุกพรรคต้องเผชิญ เกมเดิมๆ เริ่มใช้ไม่ได้ผล และเกมใหม่ๆ กำลังถูกขุดขึ้นมาสู้

ช่วงโค้งสุดท้ายก่อนเลือกตั้ง ทุกพรรคการเมืองต่างเดินสายเปิดเวที หาเสียง และสื่อสารจุดยืนอย่างเข้มข้น มีประชาชนเข้าร่วม ตั้งแต่พ่อค้าแม่ค้า เยาวชน นักเรียน ไปจนถึงผู้สูงอายุ หนึ่งในเวทีที่ถูกพูดถึง คือการปราศรัยในภาคเหนือ จังหวัดพะเยา เกิดภาพระหว่างนักการเมืองกับประชาชนที่ถูกส่งต่อในโซเชียลมีเดีย โดยเฉพาะบทบาทของ ไอซ์-รักชนก ศรีนอก ที่ได้รับความสนใจอย่างยิ่ง เหตุการณ์เล็กๆ เช่น การมอบสายสิญจน์-ข้าวโพดจากแม่ค้า หรือการขอถ่ายภาพของประชาชนที่มาร่วมงาน ไม่ได้สะท้อนแค่ความนิยมส่วนตัว แต่กำลังสะท้อนอารมณ์ร่วม ภาพเหล่านี้ชี้ให้เห็นแนวโน้มสำคัญของการเมืองไทยในช่วงเลือกตั้ง คือการที่ประชาชนไม่ได้มองผู้แทนเพียงในฐานะตำแหน่งหรืออำนาจ แต่ในฐานะคนธรรมดา ที่ถูกคาดหวังให้เข้าไปทำหน้าที่แทนเสียงของพวกเขา ไม่ว่าผลการเลือกตั้งจะเป็นอย่างไร ปรากฏการณ์บนเวทีและนอกเวทีเหล่านี้ กำลังสะท้อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงของ ‘รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง' ที่จับต้องได้มากขึ้นในสังคมไทย ขอบคุณภาพจาก Friends Talk

เข้าโค้งสุดท้ายของการเลือกตั้ง ทุกพรรคการเมืองปรับเปลี่ยนเกมใหม่เพื่อช่วงชิงความได้เปรียบ แต่พรรคที่ดูเหมือนเป็น “หมู่บ้านกระสุนตก” ที่โดนถล่มจากทุกทาง คือ พรรคประชาชน การเลือกตั้ง 2569 แม้พรรคประชาชนจะมีคะแนนนำจากการสำรวจในหลายโพล แต่ต้องยอมรับว่ากระแสเชิง “อารมณ์” ยังไม่แรงนักเมื่อเทียบกับการเลือกตั้ง 2566 รอบนี้ พรรคประชาชนปิดจุดอ่อนเรื่องไม่มีประสบการณ์ด้วยการเปิดตัวทีมมืออาชีพ (Professional) ย้ำจุดแข็งเรื่องนโยบายผ่านงานใหญ่ของพรรค นำเสนอทั้งตัวบุคคลและวิธีการบริหาร แต่จุดแข็งสำคัญของพรรคประชาชนในรอบที่แล้ว คือกระแสเชิงอารมณ์ความรู้สึก คลิปไวรัลกางร่ม เช็ดป้ายหาเสียงพิธา ลิ้มเจริญรัตน์ เพลงประกอบคลิปที่เป็นไวรัลทั่วบ้านทั่วเมือง สิ่งเหล่านี้ยังเบาบางในการเลือกตั้งรอบนี้ เกมสร้าง “ทะเลดาว” จึงต้องเร่งให้เกิดขึ้นในช่วงเข้าโค้งสุดท้ายของการหาเสียงเลือกตั้ง 25 มกราคมนี้ที่สามย่าน มิตรทาวน์ จุดเดิมที่เคยสร้างกระแสให้พิธา พรรคประชาชนเลือกใช้ฐานที่มั่นเดิม หวังจะสร้างปรากฎการณ์ทะเลดาวให้ได้อีกครั้ง เหตุผลมีเยอะแล้ว ต่อไปนี้ถึงเวลาเติมอารมณ์ความรู้สึก ในขณะเดียวกันถ้าทะเลดาวสร้างได้ก็สอยได้เช่นกัน น่าจับตามองว่าอะไรจะเป็น “เกมสอยดาว” ในช่วงโค้งสุดท้าย

การเลือกตั้งปี 2569 ที่ประชาชนกำลังจะได้หย่อนบัตรเลือกตั้ง เพื่อเลือกพรรคการเมืองมาเป็นแกนนำจัดตั้งรัฐบาล ในวันที่ 8 ก.พ. ที่จะถึงนี้ เกมแย่งชิงคะแนนเสียงเริ่มเข้มข้นขึ้นทุกขณะ พรรคการเมืองหากแยกออกเป็นเฉดสีแล้ว น้ำเงิน ส้ม ฟ้า แดง กำลังต่อสู้แย่งชิงเพื่อจะวิ่งเข้าเส้นชัยในการเป็นแกนนำจัดตั้งรัฐบาล ทุกพรรคล้วนแต่งัดกลยุทธ์ออกมาสู้กันตั้งแต่โค้งแรก และต้องจับตาโค้งสุดท้ายว่าจะมีหมัดเด็ด-หมัดน็อก อะไร ที่จะมาขอคะแนนความไว้วางใจจากประชาชน เพราะผลลัพธ์ในเส้นชัย ผู้ชนะจะเป็นผู้กำหนดเกม

ชมวิดีโอ EP นี้ใน YouTube เพื่อประสบการณ์การรับชมที่ดีที่สุด https://youtu.be/DiHDjJaigMU หลังปีใหม่การหาเสียงเลือกตั้งเริ่มคึกคักมากขึ้น พรรคภูมิใจไทย เหมือนนักมวยยก 5 ที่คะแนนนำ ถีบ-ถอย และไม่ปะทะ แต่ก็เจอลูกหลงจากกระแส ‘อภิสิทธิ์' ที่ดึงคะแนนปาร์ตี้ลิสต์กลุ่มอนุรักษ์ และ ส.ส. ภาคใต้ ในขณะที่พรรคประชาชน ติดมุมเจอ 2 คำถามเก่า “ม.112 - ทหารมีไว้ทำไม” จนต้องพลิกสร้างเกมใหม่กับการเปิดตัว ‘รัฐมนตรีคนนอก' ที่เรียกเสียงฮือฮาได้พอประมาณ ส่วนพรรคเพื่อไทยนั้นเหมือนยังจัดกระบวนทัพไม่เข้าที่ ไม่ทรงพลังเหมือนตอนเลือกตั้ง 2566 แต่กระแสที่แรงที่สุดในสัปดาห์นี้ กลับเป็นเรื่องการลงทะเบียนเลือกตั้งล่วงหน้า และลงทะเบียนประชามตินอกเขต แสวง บุญมี และ กกต. กลายเป็น ‘หมู่บ้านกระสุนตก' แม้ยอดลงทะเบียนเลือกตั้งล่วงหน้าปี 2569 พุ่งสูงทะลุ 2.4 ล้านคน ทำลายสถิติปี 2566 ขณะที่ยอดลงทะเบียนลงประชามตินอกเขตทะลุ 1.5 ล้านคน แต่ทั้งหมดนี้คือผลงานของ iLaw และภาคประชาชนล้วนๆ โดยมี กกต. เป็นแรงขับแห่งความโกรธเกรี้ยว การทำงานของ กกต. ที่ไม่คิดอำนวยความสะดวกให้ประชาชน แต่เลือกความสะดวกของตัวเองเป็นศูนย์กลาง ทำให้เกิดกระแสความโกรธเกรี้ยวที่รุนแรง จนทำให้ยอดการลงทะเบียนเลือกตั้งล่วงหน้าเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 1 ล้านคนในวันสุดท้าย ทั้งหมดคือระเบิดเวลาที่ไปรอแสดงแสนยานุภาพในวันที่ 8 กุมภาพันธ์ และอาจลามจาก ‘ประชามติ' ไปถึงผลการเลือกตั้ง

ลมใต้ปีก ที่พาพรรคภูมิใจไทย ขึ้นมาอยู่ในเกมอำนาจเวลานี้คือ คำที่เรียกว่ากระแส ‘ชาตินิยม' แต่หากชาตินิยมถูกใช้แบบดื้อสบู่ ไม่รู้จังหวะ ไม่รู้ขอบเขต มันจะเปลี่ยนเป็นพายุที่ถาโถมกลับมาหาตัวเองได้ การสู้รบระหว่าง ไทย-กัมพูชา ถูกหยิบมาอธิบายในเชิงอารมณ์มากกว่าคลี่คลายปัญหา และความขัดแย้งอาจยิ่งกลายเป็นเครื่องมือทางการเมืองได้ ในศึกการเมืองสามก๊ก ส้ม–แดง–น้ำเงิน ส้มครองพื้นที่ความคาดหวังของคนรุ่นใหม่ แดงต้องฟื้นพลังกลับมาที่จุดพูดแล้วทำได้ ส่วนน้ำเงิน หากยังผูกตัวเองกับชาตินิยมแบบแข็งทื่อ จะยิ่งถูกบีบพื้นที่ ขยับไม่ได้ โลกวันนี้ประชาชนถามหาเศรษฐกิจ ปากท้อง และอนาคต ซึ่งถือเป็นอีกแนวรบที่สำคัญ สมการเลือกตั้งที่มีประชาชนตอนกาบัตร แต่หลังจากนั้นเป็นเกมอำนาจที่ไร้ประชาชน เมื่อการเมืองเหลือแค่การจัดวางสีและจับมือคุมเกม พลังของประชาชน ที่ไม่ถูกประคองจะย้อนมาทำลายเจ้าของมันเอง คำถามจึงไม่ใช่ชาตินิยมดีหรือไม่ดี แต่คือใครคุมพวงมาลัยของรถคันนี้ ที่จะพามันไปข้างหน้า หรือปล่อยให้มันย้อนศรกลับมาเป็นภาระอีกครั้ง

Well, they certainly weren't the ones that I was expecting when our regular contributor STEVE HATCHER got in touch and told me that he wanted to do a show on the theme of monsters. การเมืองไทยหลังพรรคเพื่อไทยข้ามขั้วจับกับรัฐบาลเดิมจัดตั้ง ‘รัฐบาลพิเศษ' อุณหภูมิเริ่มลดดีกรีลง เตรียมเข้าสู่โหมดการบริหารประเทศ สิ่งที่ต้องจับตาต่อไปคือการบริหารงานภายใต้การนำของ ‘เศรษฐา ทวีสิน' นายกรัฐมนตรีคนที่ 30 หลังคนไทยอยู่ภายใต้การบริหารประเทศของ พล.อ. ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา มา 9 ปีเต็ม ซึ่งบริหารราชการแผ่นดินตามแบบของข้าราชการ แต่รัฐบาลใหม่นำโดยนักธุรกิจ แน่นอนว่ามีความแตกต่างอย่างชัดเจน บุคลิกและสไตล์ของเศรษฐาทำให้หลายคนคิดถึง ‘ทักษิณ ชินวัตร' ด้วยพื้นเพที่มาจากสายธุรกิจ วิธีคิดในการทำงาน การบริหาร ย่อมเป็นแบบนักธุรกิจ เน้นความฉับไว คล่องตัว มองเป้าหมายเป็นสำคัญ แต่ความแตกต่างอย่างชัดเจนคือ ทักษิณมีความเข้าใจระบบราชการ เพราะเป็นข้าราชการมาก่อน เคยเป็นตำรวจติดตามนักการเมือง และทำธุรกิจสัมปทานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภาครัฐ ส่วนเศรษฐาถือว่าห่างไกลกับระบบราชการ แทบจะไม่รู้จักนักการเมืองมาก่อน ที่สำคัญบริบทการเป็นรัฐบาลตอนนี้คือรัฐบาลผสม ต่างจากสมัยไทยรักไทยที่เป็นรัฐบาลพรรคเดียวแบบแลนด์สไลด์ ความ ‘เหมือนจะใช่ แต่ไม่ใช่' ที่ว่านี้ คือความท้าทายสำคัญในการบริหารประเทศของเศรษฐา ที่สำคัญคือเดิมพันครั้งนี้สูงมาก ถ้าฟื้นเศรษฐกิจไม่ได้ ผลงานไม่โดดเด่น ทฤษฎีที่ว่าคนจะลืมบาดแผลจากการข้ามขั้วด้วยผลงานอันเป็นที่ประจักษ์ก็คงไม่เกิดขึ้น และต้นทุนทางการเมืองของเพื่อไทยที่เสียไปอาจไม่ฟื้นคืนกลับมาอีก นี่คือโจทย์ใหญ่ของนายกฯ ที่ชื่อเศรษฐา ทวีสิน

การจัดตั้งคณะรัฐมนตรีชุดใหม่ในรัฐบาลเศรษฐา 1 กำลังดำเนินไป คาดว่าใกล้จะได้เห็นหน้าตาบรรดารัฐมนตรีของกระทรวงต่างๆ จาก 11 พรรคร่วมในอีกไม่นาน แน่นอนว่าระหว่างทางมีรายชื่อหลายคนอยู่ในโผ เรียกได้ว่าโผไปโผมา เปลี่ยนแปลงจนนาทีสุดท้าย ครม. ใหม่หากตรวจรายชื่อตามโผแล้ว อาจไม่รู้สึกเซอร์ไพรส์มากนัก มองแบบรวดเดียวเห็นที่มาที่ไป เห็นเครือข่ายกลุ่มก้อน และจะเป็นเพียงจุดเริ่มต้นที่ต้องรอการพิสูจน์ฝีมือในการทำงาน ไม่ว่าผลลัพธ์จะออกมาแบบใด ‘นายกฯ เศรษฐา' จะเป็นผู้แบกรับเอาไว้เป็นคนแรก ในฐานะหัวหน้าทีม ในฐานะที่ในทางทฤษฎีคือผู้เลือกลูกทีมมาเป็นรัฐมนตรีเองกับมือ ไม่แปลกที่คนในระดับนายกฯ จะพบปะผู้คนหลากหลายกลุ่ม ไม่ว่าจะภาครัฐ เอกชน หรือธุรกิจ และก็ไม่แปลกหากจะเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อการเดินหน้าแก้ปัญหาประเทศ ขณะเดียวกันก็มีคำถามที่ถูกโยนขึ้นท่ามกลางสถานการณ์เหล่านี้เช่นกันว่า ปัญหาที่กำลังรอการแก้ไข อะไรจะเป็นเรื่องลำดับต้นๆ ที่นายกฯ เศรษฐาเลือกทำ

การลงมติโหวต เศรษฐา ทวีสิน เป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีคนที่ 30 เฉลยปริศนาหลายอย่างในการเมืองไทย โดยเฉพาะคำพูดของแกนนำพรรคเพื่อไทย ‘ภูมิธรรม เวชยชัย' หลังจากแยกทางกับพรรคก้าวไกลว่า สถานการณ์การเมืองเวลานี้จำเป็นต้องมี ‘รัฐบาลพิเศษ' คำนี้ฟังครั้งแรกคนอาจตีความว่าคล้ายรัฐบาลแห่งชาติ ซึ่งโดยความหมายก็ยังสับสนว่าคืออะไร จนที่สุดคำว่า ‘พิเศษ' ก็เฉลยออกมาผ่านสัญญาณต่างๆ ขณะที่วันโหวตนายกฯ มีอีกเหตุการณ์ใหญ่คือการกลับมาของ ‘ทักษิณ ชินวัตร' ซึ่งเลือกเวลากลับมาเพียงไม่กี่ชั่วโมงก่อนโหวตนายกฯ ถ้าการกลับมาก่อนโหวตนายกฯ ของทักษิณ ถูกตีความว่ากลับมาเพื่อเป็นตัวประกัน การกลับมาก่อนโหวตให้เหลือเวลาน้อยที่สุดน่าจะเป็นทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุด เวลานี้ประเทศไทยได้นายกฯ คนใหม่แล้ว ภายใต้การนำของพรรคเพื่อไทย อำนาจการต่อรองกลับมาอยู่ที่พรรคเพื่อไทยอีกครั้ง เพราะไม่ต้องการเสียง สว. แล้ว ส่วนเสียง สส. ก็มีอะไหล่สำรอง 16 เสียงจากพรรคประชาธิปัตย์ ถ้าการเมืองคือเกม เกมแรกสู่การเป็นรัฐบาล เพื่อไทยเป็นฝ่ายชนะ แต่ต้องแลกกับเครดิตทางการเมืองที่สั่งสมมาตลอดชีวิต ต้นทุนทางการเมืองของพรรคเพื่อไทยถูกใช้ไปหมดแล้วในเกมนี้ เกมต่อไป พรรคเพื่อไทยต้องวาดภาพความทรงจำให้คนใหม่ แต่จะทำได้หรือไม่ เป็นโจทย์ที่ท้าทาย

วันนี้การเมืองไทยเดินมาถึงทางแยก และกลายเป็นการแยกทาง เมื่อสองแกนนำพรรคการเมือง เพื่อไทย และก้าวไกล ที่เรียกตัวเองว่า ‘ฝ่ายประชาธิปไตย' ที่ร่วมทางกันมาตั้งแต่ปี 2562 ต้องสลัดตัวออกจากกัน เมื่อมีเกมตั้งรัฐบาลเป็นเดิมพัน แถมมีด่านกฎหมาย ด่าน สว. และล่าสุดคือด่านพรรคการเมืองที่ประกาศไม่เอา ‘ก้าวไกล' อย่างชัดเจน เป็นเครื่องกีดขวางอยู่ พูดชัดๆ คือไม่ยอมให้ ‘ก้าวไกล' อยู่ในสมการร่วมรัฐบาลอย่างเด็ดขาด แต่แล้วไม่นานฉากทางการเมืองก็เกิดขึ้นใหม่อีก เมื่อการรวมเสียงตั้งรัฐบาลจากฟากเพื่อไทยที่ประกาศเป็นสัญญาประชาคมช่วงเลือกตั้งว่าไม่เอาพรรค 2 ลุง กลายมาเป็นบ่วงรัดเพื่อไทยที่ต้องตามหาตัวเลขคณิตศาสตร์ทางการเมืองมาหนุนนายกฯ เศรษฐา โดยที่ไม่ทำลายเงื่อนไขตัวเอง ปรากฏการณ์ อุ๊งอิ๊ง แพทองธาร เดินข้ามตึกมาที่ก้าวไกลจึงเกิดขึ้น เพื่อหวังขอเสียงสนับสนุนให้สามารถปิดสวิตช์ สว. และปิดสวิตช์ลุงไปพร้อมกัน ท่ามกลางการจับตาของประชาชนว่านี่คือเกมแบบไหน และจะพาไปสู่บทสรุปในทางการเมืองอย่างไรกันแน่

ในที่สุด เพื่อไทย และ ก้าวไกล ก็หย่ากันอย่างเป็นทางการ หลังประกาศเป็นเนื้อคู่ จับมือวิวาห์ ตั้งรัฐบาลร่วมกัน ท่ามกลางสักขีพยานรวม 8 พรรค จาก MOU กลายเป็นใบหย่าทางการเมือง จากร่วมทางกลายเป็นแยกทาง ด้วยเงื่อนไขปัจจัยอย่างที่แถลงต่อสาธารณชน ตามมาด้วยการประกาศชื่อ ‘เศรษฐา' ขึ้นเป็นแคนดิเดตนายกฯ คนใหม่ แต่แล้วการโหวตนายกฯ ที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นในวันพรุ่งนี้คือ 4 สิงหาคม ก็เจอโรคเลื่อน ด่านกฎหมาย ด่าน สว. กลายเป็นประตูเงินประตูทอง ที่ไม่ว่าใครจะเข้าสู่ประตูวิวาห์ก็ต้องผ่านไปให้ได้ ท่ามกลางปัจจุบัน เพื่อไทยมีอดีตที่กำลังตามมาหา สักขีพยานใหม่ของการตั้งรัฐบาลกำลังรอความชัดเจน แต่ที่ชัดเจนแล้วแบบไม่ต้องถามคือ รักหนนี้ไม่มีก้าวไกลอยู่ในสมการ

กลับประเทศไทย นี่คือเรื่องใหญ่ที่สุดทางการเมืองเวลานี้ แน่นอนว่าย่อมส่งผลต่อการเมืองไทย และมันอาจกลายเป็นจิ๊กซอว์ชิ้นสำคัญที่ช่วยต่อภาพให้ประชาชนเห็นความจริงทางการเมือง ‘ข่าวลือ คือข่าวจริงที่มาก่อนเวลา' จะเป็นเช่นนั้นหรือไม่ คำตอบจะปรากฏในไม่ช้า ขณะที่พรรคเพื่อไทยมีจังหวะผิดธรรมชาติ หลังขึ้นมาเป็นแกนนำ 8 พรรคตั้งรัฐบาลที่มี 312 เสียงในมือ จังหวะตามธรรมชาติคือเสียงในมือ บวกเสียง ส.ว. 13 เสียง หากเติมอีกประมาณ 51 เสียง จะถึงเป้า 375 เสียง แต่สิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นคือการเชิญพรรคขั้ว 188 เสียงมาคุย และสื่อนัยว่าจะเอาพรรคก้าวไกลที่มี 151 เสียงออกจากสมการ สิ่งที่พรรคเพื่อไทยคิดคือการรวมเสียงให้เกินครึ่งรัฐสภา จัดตั้งรัฐบาล ผลักดันวาระประเทศแก้ปัญหาเศรษฐกิจที่รอไม่ได้ แต่สิ่งที่เพื่อไทยต้องประเมินให้ดีคือกระแสความไม่พอใจของประชาชน เพราะผลการเลือกตั้งชี้ชัดว่าคนไม่เอาพรรคขั้วรัฐบาลเดิม จึงเทคะแนนให้อีกขั้วหนึ่งซึ่งคือพรรคก้าวไกล และพรรคเพื่อไทย คะแนนเสียงพรรคเพื่อไทยเริ่มต้นจากสิ่งนี้ หากไม่คิดถึงสิ่งนี้เวลารวมเสียงตั้งรัฐบาล ด้วยต้นทุนที่ตามมาก็ยากจะประเมิน หากเพื่อไทยมั่นใจในฝีมือการบริหารเศรษฐกิจ โดยหวังว่าจะช่วยคลายปมในใจประชาชน เมื่อถึงการเลือกตั้งหนหน้า ก็ต้องพิสูจน์กันว่าจริงหรือไม่
