Neste ano, o ritmo se acelerou. De janeiro a junho, foram ajuizadas 1,150 milhão de ações, ante 1,044 milhão no mesmo período de 2024. Neste ritmo, os novos processos chegarão a 2,3 milhões até dezembro – em 2024, foram 2,1 milhões, o maior patamar desde a reforma de 2017. O setor de serviços lidera desde 2021. O segmento respondeu no ano passado por 26,6% dos processos protocolados – um recorde, com 556.143 casos novos. Até 2021, a indústria estava à frente. Para especialistas, a mudança no perfil das ações se explica pela oferta crescente de serviços. Já o principal motivo da alta geral, apontam analistas, é uma decisão do STF que há quatro anos isentou empregados de baixa renda de pagar honorários da outra parte e perícias em caso de derrota judicial.
