Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here! In this week's episode we embark on the final phase of our conquest of Sun Tzu's Taoist manual for never losing, The Art of War. In the free side of the show we discuss how terrain influenced the outcome of the Battle of Agincourt and how Roman general Varro would have been spared the vengeance of Hannibal had he abided by Sun Tzu's advice and kept his cool, costing 80,000 of his own troops their lives. Then we take a look at how US fighter pilot John Boyd utilized Sun Tzu's advice about the rapidity of war to construct a highly deadly theory of winning battles called the OODA loop which we explore in depth. In the extended show we begin by discussing how to influence your own troops under different conditions and why Sun Tzu says you should fire everybody when you take office. Finally we discuss the supreme art of lighting the enemy on fire and the proper use of spies which, amazingly, can be sorted into the five elements and used accordingly. Thank you and enjoy the show! Believe it or not, an author from the 5th century BC is showing us the way to pass the FAIRtax. According to Sun Tzu, knowing your enemy as well as knowing yourself is the key to victory in any conflict or competition. The FAIRtax has many opponents, but they're not a monolithic group. Each has their own reasons to be concerned about replacing the income tax with the FAIRtax. AFFT president Steve Hayes shows us how to achieve victory in our fight for the FAIRtax by applying Tzu's basic principle.

Believed to be written in the 5th century BC, Sun Tzu's, THE ART OF WAR is a military classic. I've read that it is still required reading for certain Marine programs, for Navy SEALs, and for Officer Training. It may seem “non-pastoral” to reference this, or to even admit that I've read it and it's in my Kindle library; but it has actually become a popular resource for business leaders in our generation. Principle 18 from Tzu's ancient war manual instructs student, that for any hope of success in battle, you have to know your enemy and you must know yourself. The Apostle Paul would agree with the truth of that principle. In fact, he instructs every Christ follower in “THE ART OF WAR”; but Paul's instructions are very different because his identification of our true enemy is Holy Spirit revealed! I invite you to watch or listen to this message, as the Apostle Paul shows us how the HOLY SPIRIT EMPOWERS US FOR THE FIGHT OF OUR LIVES! Pastor Joe Still

China's 'neurostrike' brain weaponsChina is developing "neurostrike" weapons that target the brain and are designed to "cause cognitive damage" and "control entire populations," according to a new report by intelligence analysts.https://rumble.com/v2zlbq6-chinas-neurostrike-brain-weapons.htmlThe details: The 12-page report details how the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its People's Liberation Army have "established themselves as world leaders in the development of neurostrike weapons." - which use microwaves and directed energy weapons to fire electromagnetic beams at their enemy. What is neurostrike? It's a military term used to describe non-traditional weapons that target the brain in order to inflict temporary or long-term neurological damage. Dive deeper into the report: It's titled 'Enumerating, Targeting and Collapsing the Chinese Communist Party's Neurostrike Program' and was written by former Army microbiologist Xiaoxu Sean Lin, former Air Force intelligence officer L.J. Eads, and military scholar Ryan Clarke. Here are some excerpts:“The CCP views NeuroStrike and psychological warfare as a core component of its asymmetric warfare strategy against the United States and its Allies in the Indo-Pacific."“Their new landscape of NeuroStrike development includes using massively distributed human-computer interfaces to control entire populations as well as a range of weapons designed to cause cognitive damage.”This is only part of China's futuristic weapons plans: In late 2021 a senior U.S. official told The Financial Times that China planned to pursue emerging biotech weapons that include “gene editing, human performance enhancement, and brain-machine interfaces.”What is the U.S. doing to counter? Back in 2021, the U.S. Commerce Department put sanctions on China's Academy of Military Medical Sciences and 11 related entities that were working to advance brain-control weaponry, prohibiting the export of American technology to these entities without a government license. Chinese military general Sun Tzu wrote in his book 'The Art of War' that supreme excellence was "to subdue the enemy without fighting." 2,000 years later, Xi Jinping is attempting to follow Tzu's playbook.[Source: Washington Times]https://12ft.io/proxy?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.washingtontimes.com%2Fnews%2F2023%2Fjul%2F6%2Fchinas-military-leading-world-brain-neurostrike-weTHE POWER OF ONE THE PROTECTOR OF WE THE PEOPLE AND DEFENDER OF OUR CONSTITUTION#GoRight For Peter Boykin https://PeterBoykin.comPeter Boykin For NC LT GOVERNOR 2024

There's no getting around it--sometimes we have to fight. Conflict and friction are sometimes inevitable, both in our politics and our relationships. How should we conduct ourselves when our communications turn hostile? How do we achieve victory for 'our side' without destroying ourselves in the process? In this episode, we'll take a look at the literary masterpiece "The Art of War", by Sun Tzu. We'll learn when to fight, how to fight, and how to turn enemies into allies. In this podcast we discuss Chapter 62 of lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching. In this chapter, Lao Tzu once again draws out the connection between meditation and politics. He describes how the sage who would advise rulers needs to have a light touch and to retire from the clamour and ceremony of political office, a 'gesture' which arises directly out of his/her alignment with the Tao. In this week's episode, I will share with you my thoughts regarding the expectations and attitudes we might have when encountering new people, ideas, and experiences. I will talk about my recent discussion with a friend, who chooses to keep herself from getting hurt by anticipating an upcoming end to any relationship she is engaging in. Throughout the episode I will address the idea of 'emptying your cup', freeing yourself from past conditioning, and approaching a situation with a fresh mind. Inspired by the works of Jordan B. Peterson, Sun Tzu, and Alan Watts, I will invite you to consider what is your approach to facing life's difficulties. With the belief that 'everyone has plenty of meaningful stuff to share with another' I will challenge you to develop a new way of looking at these moments of 'newness'. I hope this episode will empower and inspire you. Hope you enjoy it! Books to explore: Maps of Meaning (Audio Download): Jordan B. Peterson, Jordan B. Today we talk about the Decolonization Movement and how this is something that's much larger than one word alone. We both agree that the exact word you choose isn't so important, but understanding the meaning behind the word is what matters most. So, we dive into exploring what the word decolonize means and where it comes from, and also some of the different kinds of decolonization that exist and where we might be able to apply these lessons in our own communities. We don't have all of the answers, but we're constantly curious about questions like: Why is decolonization important? Who colonized and who got colonized? What impacts has this had in the world? When did colonization happen? When did the Decolonizing Movement begin? There's a whole lot more and we realized pretty quickly that we can't cover everything in an hour-long episode, so we did our best to stay focused on a few main points.
