It's the final guest podcast episode of the season! What a season - I hope you've enjoyed it, found episodes that have resonated with you and loved the guest episodes where they get vulnerable with us. We'll be taking a break before we're back in the studio for season 5 where we'll be aiming to make it even better. Today I'm joined by Sarah Elisabeth, a certified Women's Health Coach specialising in supporting female leaders to optimise their health so they can reach peak performance in business & life. She's worked with 300+ women with everything from addressing gut issues & hormone imbalances to helping them heal their relationships with food. Her passion for empowering women to find health came after years of her own struggles with her relationship with food, hormonal and gut imbalances that took over her life. She eventually found that more restriction and punishment wasn't the answer, but learning to add nourishment both on and off the plate was the key to a sustainable healthy life. We've packed so much into this episode including Sarah Elisabeth's journey from her first binge aged 11, understanding why mindset is just as important as the practical tools, what looking after your gut health actually means and the fundamentals you're going to want to ensure you're doing in your life when it comes to your health habits. In this episode Sarah Elisabeth and Amira discuss: - What led her to making health her priority - Why we're willing to let things slide with our health - How to harness your health for high achievement - Signs that your health is out of sync - The importance of tracking your food (and we're not talking calories) - Understanding your body literacy - The causes of binge eating - What looking after your gut health really means - The impact of stress on your gut Sarah Elisabeth's Links: Website www.sarah-elisabeth.co.uk Instagram https://www.instagram.com/sarahelisabethhealth/ Follow me: Instagram https://www.instagram.com/the_communicationexpert/ LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/amiramansour/
