Alors que la trêve hivernale a été levée il y a quelques semaines en France, des personnes en situation de précarité risquent de gonfler les rangs des plus de 350 000 sans domicile fixe que compte le pays. Face au manque de solutions d'hébergement d'urgence, une association vient en aide à des personnes à la rue grâce à la solidarité des entreprises et de leurs salariés, les Bureaux du Cœur. Mettre à l'abri une personne à la rue le temps qu'elle trouve un logement, voilà une démarche conforme à la philosophie du CJD, le Centre des jeunes dirigeants. Cette association regroupe 6 000 adhérents, des chefs d'entreprise engagés pour le progrès social, chez qui a germé l'idée de créer en 2020 les Bureaux du cœur, au sein du CJD d'abord. Ils ont ensuite créé l'Association des Bureaux du Cœur. L'idée part d'un constat : une grande partie de l'année, les locaux des entreprises sont vides. Alors les Bureaux du Cœur mettent en contact des personnes en situation de précarité avec des entreprises adhérentes. Ces dernières les accueillent et les hébergent temporairement dans leurs locaux, le temps qu'elles trouvent un logement pérenne. Un accueil individuel d'urgence le soir et les week-ends, lorsque les bureaux sont inoccupés, ce qui change tout pour les bénéficiaires appelés les « invités ». Et c'est donc tout naturellement que le CJD aménage dans ses locaux parisiens une pièce dédiée à l'accueil d'urgence des personnes à la rue. « J'avais préparé l'équipe, avec un travail avec l'association La Cloche, explique Christian Andréo, délégué général du CJD, pour permettre d'avoir un petit peu conscience de ce que vivaient les personnes à la rue. Et donc le fait de recevoir quelqu'un s'est imposé comme une évidence, avec un très bel accueil. Puis nous avons fait l'aménagement d'un espace dédié dans les locaux. » À écouter dans 8 milliards de voisinsFemmes dans la rue : pourquoi sont-elles si invisibles ? « Les Bureaux du Cœur, ça a changé ma vie » Le premier invité, autrement dit la personne hébergée, est resté neuf mois. Le deuxième, lui, a passé un an avant d'obtenir un logement autonome à Paris. Il n'est donc pas là pour nous faire visiter son ancien espace de vie. Sur la porte, il est écrit : « Cet espace est privé. Merci de ne pas rentrer. Adama des Bureaux du Cœur loge dans cette chambre. Merci de respecter sa tranquillité. » Christian Andréo nous fait visiter : « Alors dans la pièce, on a le minimum pour être bien. Il y a un point d'eau autonome, il y a un canapé-lit, un petit bureau, un placard qui ferme, décrit le délégué général du CJD. Mais bien entendu, il a accès à la cuisine de l'équipe, à la douche qui est aussi à l'étage. » Adama, un jeune travailleur de 20 ans, vient juste d'emménager dans son nouvel appartement. Ismaël, lui, est actuellement accueilli dans une autre entreprise parisienne. Ce qui a changé sa vie. « Avant, j'étais à la rue, c'était difficile. Les Bureaux du Cœur, ça a changé ma vie, confie-t-il. Parce qu'en fait, ce qu'ils ont fait, c'est de l'humanité. Ça me touche le cœur. Aujourd'hui, je me sens comme chez moi, je me trouve en sécurité, je suis bien accueilli dans les Bureaux du Cœur et l'entreprise. » 370 entreprises comme celle qui héberge ce Somalien de 25 ans ouvrent leurs portes les soirs et les week-ends à des personnes à la rue, qui leur sont adressées par les Bureaux du Cœur. Dans L'Apocalypse d'Adam et Aimée, Adama Diop poursuit son travail de création et revisite l'œuvre fondatrice du poète, Aimé Césaire, Cahier d'un retour au pays natal. Le père, Adam, figure tutélaire, fatiguée, crépusculaire, raconte l'apocalypse à sa fille, Aimée. Pour ce faire, il reprend parfois les mots d'Aimé, le grand Césaire. Un baisser de rideau pour l'humanité, écrit et incarné par Adama Diop, qui se joue actuellement au Théâtre du Rond-Point.   Être la bouche des malheurs qui n'ont point de bouche Le spectacle se construit sur des échos : ‘Aimée' rappelle ‘Aimé', Adama est ‘Adam', le premier homme qui est aussi le dernier, et qui est encore l'interprète présent devant son public. Les voix de tous se prolongent, se répondent et se confondent. Adama Diop évoque un « rapport presque radiophonique à dire de la littérature ». Sur scène, Adama Diop porte un costume brodé de fleurs rouges et déclame dans un décor minimaliste, où la nature reprend progressivement ses droits. Il parle pour le végétal menacé, pour les espèces animales disparues, et la poésie perdue. À travers sa lecture, Adama Diop explique avoir voulu permettre à la poésie de reprendre ses droits sur le plateau de théâtre. L'Apocalypse d'Adam et Aimée est une pièce qu'il qualifie plutôt de « grand poème », poème qui rend hommage à un autre : le Cahier d'un retour au pays natal.   Genèse d'un récit de la fin des temps Au commencement, il y a donc le Cahier de Césaire, œuvre indomptable qui le suit depuis l'adolescence. Au commencement, il y a aussi une commande du musée de l'Orangerie à Adama Diop pour un texte sensé être lu in situ, avec en toile de fond les nymphéas de Monet. Les peintures de Monet sont symptomatiques d'une frénésie de dire le monde, dans laquelle se reconnait Diop. La civilisation déchue qu'il décrit est un peu la nôtre, documentée dans tous ses excès, le point de bascule dépassé.   Entre retour et renoncement, fin et recommencement Pour Adama Diop, l'Apocalypse n'est pas juste la fin du monde. « L'Apocalypse, c'est aussi une révélation », rappelle-t-il. L'effondrement d'une société devient le moment de prise de conscience qui permet d'envisager le monde d'après, celui qui se dessine par-delà les décombres. On pourrait même épouser l'embrasement de « mini-apocalypses pour laisser place à des mondes plus ouverts, plus justes. » C'est bien la fin des temps qui permet au futur d'advenir. Si Adam ressasse le passé, Aimée est l'avenir, un futur au féminin. Bir varmış, bir yokmuş. Evvel zaman içinde, kalbur saman içinde, zaman zaman içinde; orta yaşlarda bir adam ile kendi yaşına, boyuna boyuna, huyuna huyuna, suyuna suyuna uygun bir eşi varmış. Ağrısız başı, kaygısız işi varmış. Gül gibi geçinip giderlermiş. Böyle giderlerken, günlerden bir gün o huzurlu evlerine aniden bir karabasan çöküvermiş. Adamın ocağına sanki incir ağacı dikilmiş. Adama ölüm meleği çıkagelmiş: “Senin bu dünyadaki ömrün bitti. Canını almaya geldim.” demiş. Adam bir anda ne yapacağını şaşırmış. Aşağı tükürse sakal, yukarı tükürse bıyık. Bir an bocalamış, sonra kendine gelmiş. Ölüm meleğine demiş ki: “Etme, eyleme! Ben daha gencim, bu dünyadan murat almadım. Oğlan evermedim, kız çıkarmadım. Onların mürüvvetlerini görmedim. Sen bana nasıl kıyıp da canımı alırsın?” Ölüm meleği: “Bu yazı böyle yazılmış. Ben ne yapabilirim ki? Benim elimden bir şey gelmez. Alırım senin canını, benim görevim bu.” demiş. Adam ne kadar yalvarsa da nafile. Bilir ama can bu… Yine de bir faydası olur diye bir teklif sunmuş ölüm meleğine: “Ben kendi canımın yerine bir can bulayım, onu al; benim canımı alma.” Ölüm meleği canı alacaktır ama adam yalvarıp yakarmış. Sonunda ölüm meleği dayanamayarak: “Peki,” demiş, “ama Allah'a bir sorayım. Kabul ederse olur.” Ölüm meleği yüce kata çıkmış, utana sıkıla Cenab-ı Allah'a durumu anlatmış. Allah da: “Yerine bir can bulursa olur.” demiş. Hikâye bu ya… Ölüm meleği tekrar adama gelmiş: “Yüce Allah senin isteğini kabul etti. Yerine bir can getir, senin yerine onun canını alayım.” Adamda bir sevinç, bir sevinç… Şöyle düşünmüş: “Anam bana hep derdi ki: ‘Oğlum, sana canım kurban.' Anam dünya muradını aldı; oğlan everdi, kız çıkardı, torun torba sahibi oldu. Anam bana canını seve seve verir. Anam bana canını vermeyecek de kime verecek?” Gideyim anamdan canımın yerine can isteyeyim, demiş. Varır anasının yanına. Bir kaba koyup anlatamaz derdini ama içi de rahat değildir. Anası bir sıkıntı olduğunu fark eder ve sorar: “Ey benim yiğitler yiğidi oğulcağızım, gönlümün nuru, gözümün süruru oğulcağızım… Sanki senin bir derdin var. Bu güne kadar seni hiç böyle sıkıntılı görmemiştim. Anan sana kurban olsun. Derdin neyse söyle, derman olayım. Uğruna başlar koyayım. Söyle oğlum, derdin nedir?” Adam bu sözleri duyunca cesaretlenir, olanı biteni anlatır ve der ki: “Güzeller güzeli anam, beni dokuz ay karnında taşıyıp da ‘of' bile demeyen anam… Şimdi sen bana canını ver; ölüm meleği senin canını alsın. Ben daha gencim. Bu dünyadan murat almadım. Oğlan everip kız çıkarmadım, torun torba sahibi olmadım. Ben de murat alayım, ana.” Anası der ki: “Oğlum, can aziz, can tatlı… Ben sana canımı veremem. Bilirsin, baban seni çok sever. Git, ondan iste; belki o sana canını verir.” Adam yıkılır. Başından aşağı kaynar sular dökülür. Bir umut kaplar içini: “Babam bana hep ‘Güzel oğlum, yiğit oğlum, civanın civanmerti oğlum, başımın tacı oğlum.' derdi. Ona varayım, belki o verir. Babam bana canını vermeyecek de kime verecek?” Koşar, babasına varır. Baştan sona anlatır: “Güzel babam, yiğit babam, bu obanın hatırı sayılır ağası babam… Bana canını ver; ölüm meleği senin canını alsın. Ben daha gencim, murat almadım. Oğlan everip kız çıkarmadım. Ben de murat alayım.” Babası: “Güzel oğlum, yiğit oğlum… Can aziz, can tatlı. Ben sana can veremem. Dayın seni çok sever, git ona.” der. Adam babasından da aynı cevabı alınca daha da yıkılır. Yine de bir umutla dayısına, halasına, teyzesine, ablasına, abisine; kendisini sevdiğini söyleyen ne kadar akrabası varsa hepsine gider. Hepsinden aynı cevabı alır: “Can aziz, can tatlı; ben sana canımı veremem.” Artık gidecek kimse kalmayınca: “Bari eşimle, çoluk çocuğumla helalleşeyim.” diyerek eve döner. Eve dönünce eşi onun hâlinden hoşlanmaz ve sorar: “Hayırdır beyim? Göz açıp gördüğüm, gönül verip sevdiğim, hanlar hanı beyim… Bu ne hâl? Seni hiç böyle görmemiştim. Söyle, derdine derman olayım.” Adam anlatmak istemez ama eşi ısrar edince anlatır ve der ki:
