Experiencing grief and loss in our culture is often tough because no one really talks about it so few really know how to cope with it or even how to talk to the grieving.  ADHD adds a layer of challenge to this. In this episode, we explore the unique ways ADHD impacts the grief process as well as how to cope with grief and loss. Without this work, grief and loss builds up over the years and can come out in unexpected ways - both emotionally and physically. Sovereignty, what does that mean, and how can we embody this practice in our every day lives?
