Shocking revelations about decades-long secret surveillance operations targeting political figures have come to light. From Arctic Frost to off-the-books case files spanning 25 years, the FBI allegedly maintained massive data on Americans—without warrants or criminal investigations. Kash Patel is leading a task force to uncover the truth and hold agents accountable. Today's episode breaks down the scope, implications, and potential fallout for the FBI and American political life. Episode Summary A secretive FBI filing system, active since 1999, allegedly amassed files on Republicans, political influencers, and religious leaders—spanning multiple administrations. Hundreds of off-the-books cases, including Arctic Frost and Trump-Russia probes, were reportedly surveilled without warrants. Experts warn this represents the “spine of the secret police,” a mechanism that could have been used to manipulate political outcomes and suppress dissent. Kash Patel has now taken action, reportedly firing ten FBI agents linked to the surveillance of him and Suzy Wiles. The larger task is to investigate those maintaining the system and identify accountability gaps within the agency. Analysts warn that if left unchecked, such systems could pave the way for extreme censorship, show trials, and political persecution—essentially undermining constitutional checks and balances. This episode also revisits previously uncovered intelligence of 1,200 additional files on private citizens, further highlighting the potential targeting of conservatives and prominent figures such as Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr. The discussion emphasizes the urgent need for structural reforms or even a complete reset of the FBI, questioning whether states could better manage domestic law enforcement functions. Key Takeaways FBI secret filing system active since 1999, spanning 25 years and multiple administrations. Hundreds of off-the-books cases, including Arctic Frost, allegedly surveilled political figures without warrants. Kash Patel leads a task force to investigate and hold agents accountable; ten have already been fired. Concerns raised about potential totalitarian surveillance, censorship, and political persecution. Additional 1,200 files on Americans, including conservatives and influencers, recently uncovered. Debate over whether the FBI should be reformed or replaced by state-level law enforcement. We've read plenty of his stories, and if you are a long time listener to the podcast, I'm sure you realize that Tom King is a writer who has some serious variety of placements on the big board. He has multiple stories in the top 10, plus a number of stories lingering near the bottom. Tonight, friend of the show and Patreon backer John Wickham returns, and he's picked some more Tom King, including his Eisner winning Riddler story that baffled both Matt and Will in how it got there. Plus, John's vendetta against Will reaches new heights; he's come with a game that fits pretty well with ol' Eddie Nygma's schtick. UK government policy says it does talk to terrorists - but it was directly meeting loyalist ‘brigadiers' - newly declassified files reveal. Revelations revealed in this year's batch of files include that whilst the Government claimed not be talking to terrorists, they were happy to meet the UDA's leadership in their capacity as so-called 'brigadiers', how continuing IRA activity held back the peace process and who the DUP wanted to become a Lord. The files explain what kind of civilization it was and which catastrophic events made it vanish thousands of years ago. What could possibly go wrong? We're also gonna learn why the Great Pyramid of Giza is a true enigma. And how could the monumental temples in Rome be built if the Romans didn't have the technological equipment to make the stones or lift them. We'll finish our journey on Easter Island, where we're gonna reveal one more mystery... Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

In this special crossover episode of Men of Steel, we kick off a two-part team-up with the Long Live the Legion podcast! We're diving into “Foundations,” the early 2000s arc from The Legion—with special guests Jim and Jay from LLtL and the artist of the arc himself, Chris Batista! Together, we explore Superman's legacy in the 31st century, the evolving identity of the Legion, and what it was like illustrating this future-forward storyline. Part 2 continues on Long Live the Legion—don't miss it! Overview Case Aiken introduces crossover episode, featuring Jmike Folson, Jim Fetters, Jay McKiernan, and Chris Batista discussing the Legion of Superheroes 'Foundations' arc, celebrating its 45th anniversary. The plot centers on Darkseid snatching people from time to harness dark matter, with the Legion uncovering Superboy during the investigation. DNA (Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning) established as the core writing team; their earlier success with Marvel's cosmic stories enhances credibility. Chris Batista expresses concern over technology portrayal, advocating for a more advanced depiction of the Legion compared to Justice League. The Legion World headquarters is praised for its futuristic elements like replicated home worlds and teleportation gates. Despite rising sales and positive fan response, the series faced cancellation, causing frustration as issue 25 became the second-best selling of the series with a 25% readership increase. Character designs for the Servants of Darkness were mostly created by Chris Batista, with a conscious effort to maintain Kirby's aesthetic. Superboy's dual role as both Legion member and connection to Titans was anticipated, reflecting long-time fan expectations for character involvement. Kid Quantum is recognized as the first female leader of color in the Legion, showcasing character dynamics and development alongside Cosmic Boy. The evolution of Superboy's design aimed to match Teen Titans appearances, highlighting editorial influence on character aesthetics. Notes ️ Podcast Introduction and Setup (00:00 - 02:09) Case Aiken introduces the Men of Steel podcast crossover episode with Long Live the Legion podcast, featuring co-host Jmike Folson and guests Jim Fetters, Jay McKiernan, and artist Chris Batista. Discussion focuses on Legion of Superheroes 'Foundations' arc, specifically issue 25 which serves as both story continuation and 45th anniversary celebration. Chris Batista reveals behind-the-scenes details about working as lead artist on the arc, noting DC doesn't produce this Legion continuity anymore so he can speak freely. Story Overview and Context (02:09 - 09:54) Jmike Folson summarizes the Foundations plot: people being snatched from time by Darkseid to steal dark matter for restarting Apokolips, with Legion discovering Superboy during investigation of warp phantoms. DNA (Dan Abnett and Andy Lanning) established as the writing team, with connections drawn to their later successful Marvel cosmic work including Guardians of the Galaxy. Legion Lost miniseries and Legion Worlds established crucial backstory, with 25 issues of world-building leading to this commemorative arc. ️ Technology and World-Building Discussion (09:54 - 16:05) Chris Batista expresses frustration with Paul Levitz rejecting advanced technology concepts for Legion, arguing they should appear far more advanced than Justice League. Legion World headquarters praised as major advancement - a planet with replicated home worlds and teleportation gates, making Legion feel appropriately futuristic. Discussion of how DNA run embraced technological advancement while previous runs kept Legion at similar tech level to 20th century heroes. Character Design and Development (01:01:03 - 01:24:10) Chris reveals Servants of Darkness designs were largely his creation except for Orion, with specific mentions of including Firestorm, White Martian, Lobo, Green Lantern, and Big Barda. Orion design intentionally modeled after Destroyer from Thor, maintaining Kirby aesthetic while creating intimidating servant appearance. Invisible Kid and Brainiac 5 romantic moment revealed as editor Steve Wacker's spontaneous addition 'just to mess with fans' - became lasting fan discussion point. Publishing History and Cancellation (01:24:16 - 01:59:06) Series cancellation explained as sudden higher-up decision despite rising sales and positive fan response to Superboy addition. Issue 25 was second-best selling of entire series with 25% increase in readership, making cancellation timing particularly frustrating. Original plans included Superboy remaining in both Legion and Titans simultaneously, with extensive story arcs planned for Element Lad return and Lightning Lad separation. Artist Collaboration and Creative Process (20:40 - 01:19:06) Chris describes working relationship with DNA as collaborative, with writers trusting him to design new characters like Legion cadets and including Easter eggs like Kent Shakespeare and Polar Boy. Multiple pencillers used for issue 25 to handle commemorative scope, with each artist assigned specific character groups to avoid overlap. Coloring technology evolution discussed, with modern computer coloring providing more tools but potentially reducing creative necessity of older 64-color process limitations. ⏳ Superman Connection and Time Travel Elements (34:02 - 01:54:06) Clark Kent and 90s Superboy both featured as characters pulled from time, with Clark becoming servant of darkness while Superboy joins Legion. Superboy wears classic costume with Legion belt buckle addition, fulfilling long-time fan expectations while serving story purposes. Time dilation plot involves universe getting smaller and past being erased, though hosts acknowledge the temporal mechanics don't fully make sense. Character Relationships and Dynamics (46:03 - 01:30:24) Mech (Lightning Lord) rehabilitation storyline discussed as more complex than typical villain treatment, showing struggle between evil nature and love for siblings. Kid Quantum established as Legion's first female leader of color, with organic romantic relationship with Cosmic Boy developing throughout arc. Livewire/Element Lad fusion creates extremely powerful character combining lightning abilities with matter transmutation in crystalline body. Technical and Production Details (01:36:23 - 01:51:38) Secret Files issue placement in continuity questioned due to timeline inconsistencies with main story events. Chris notes Superboy's physical design evolution throughout arc as editorial mandated size increases to match Teen Titans appearance. Force field technology and advanced Legion equipment discussed as properly futuristic elements that should distinguish team from contemporary heroes.

In today's episode, we examine the intensifying public rift between Elon Musk and Donald Trump. The catalyst? Trump's recently proposed “Big Beautiful Bill” which notably removes federal subsidies that have historically benefited Musk's ventures. Elon has not remained silent, and tensions escalated further when he retaliated by implying that Trump is listed among Jeffrey Epstein's known associates, suggesting this as the reason the full client list remains sealed.Major accusation. Is this an authentic ideological clash, or a calculated distraction? What are the political implications, and who truly benefits from this spectacle? Let's dissect the rhetoric, analyze the deeper motives, and apply biblical clarity in the midst of all of the chaos.—https://www.thebrandsunday.com/products/the-bible-study-physical?srsltid=AfmBOopJ1q_VkwFOO-Q2RCLoc1uzsHwAP4yh-_ZFG-r8_S9idICTj6nR
This episode is presented by Create A Video – The FBI's case management system, Sentinel, has a function that allows agents to hide cases - with evidence and information - in a secret category called "Prohibited Access." So, when anyone searches the database for case information, Sentinel returns a false negative response - essentially hiding the existence of the files. The implications of this could be massive. We're diving back into the rabbit hole with the second installment of our Operation Paperclip deep dive. This week, we're peeling back the layers of history's biggest "science fair gone wrong," exposing how Nazi scientists were recruited by the U.S. government for rocket science, biological warfare, and psychological research. Was it all for the greater good, or just a convenient way to whitewash some seriously shady pasts? We tackle the ethics, the cover-ups, and the creepy connections between power and the occult. Von Braun, Himmler, and a whole lot of questionable "scientific progress"—it's all here.Timestamps:00:46Understanding Operation Paperclip04:33The Dark Side of Science and Ethics10:38The Legacy of Von Braun and Others18:05The Ethical Dilemma of Scientific Progress23:42The Moral Dilemma of Totalitarian Regimes25:56The Role of Intelligence and Occult Practices28:33The Propaganda of Operation Paperclip30:21The Ethics of Sacrifice for Progress32:53The Dark Legacy of Chemical Warfare34:53The Horrors of Biological Warfare39:53The Justification of Atrocities40:48The Power of Propaganda in Society

Why did supposed peacemaker David Ervine threaten to “bomb the **** out of Dublin”, why did the British Government allow the UDA to be a legal organisation for so long, and what does Gerry Kelly think of claims that he was put in charge of restructuring the IRA? The Belfast Telegraph's Sam McBride found the answer to those questions in secret files at the Kew Archives in London; He joins Ciarán Dunbar. Hosted on Acast. Captain Robert Nairac was meeting an informer when he was abducted and murdered, secret military documents indicate. Those files, discovered by the Belfast Telegraph's Sam McBride, also show that the Ministery of Defence was desperate that that fact would not be revealed, so desperate that it would rather his killers walked free from court than answer questions about what he was up to. Robert Nairac was murdered and secretly buried by the IRA in 1977. Since his disappearance, he has become a mythical figure shrouded in secrecy and rumour. Ciarán Dunbar is joined by Sam McBride to reveal some of what he has found in London's Kew archives. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Continuing the mission of The Fire & Water Network show Who's Who – The Definitive Podcast of the DC Universe where it left off in 1992, DC Secret Files host Diabolu Frank will be joined by rotating guests as they look at individual characters and concepts from the publication history of DC Comics, home of Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. This will be done chiefly through the company's Secret Files & Origins special publications, which featured 1-2 page brief encyclopedia entries coupled with art featuring a given subject. We'll talk about the property, the featured art, and also take a quick look at short stories that were paired with the entries. While the core focus will be on “modern age” tales from after the universe-shaking 1985 event maxi-series Crisis on Infinite Earths until the end of that continuity in 2011, the first year of shows will feature looks at the initial 50 years of DC, going back to prehistory, Ancient Egypt, the Wild West, the World Wars, and as far beyond as the 30th Century.Directions and art spotlights for each monthly episode can be found on the Rolled Spine Podcasts blog. The show will launch on April 2, 2025, as part of the multimedia crossover JSApril – Celebrating 85 years of the world's first and greatest superhero team! Pam Bondi said she had it. Then she said it was coming out at 8 AM. Then… nothing. Now, she's in hiding, refusing to address why the long-awaited Epstein list is still being kept from the public. But she's not the only one responsible for this sham. The new FBI Director, Kash Patel, and even Donald Trump are complicit in this failure to deliver the truth. And let's talk about those so-called “Conservative” influencers who turned the Bondi binders into a circus act. Handing out redacted files full of nothing but black ink wasn't a win—it was a total disgrace. They gamified children's trauma, treating the horrific abuse of minors as a political spectacle instead of demanding real justice. Rather than doubling down on their wrongness, they need to admit they got played. So, WHERE OH WHERE is the Epstein list? Why are we STILL waiting? And who's actually protecting the predators? We're getting into all of it—no spin, no excuses, just Uncommon Sense.--https://noblegoldinvestments.com/

The House Oversight Committee has established a bipartisan task force to declassify federal secrets, including files on the JFK assassination, UFOs, 9/11, and Jeffrey Epstein's client list. Led by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) and Rep. James Comer (R-Ky.), the initiative aims to enhance government transparency and public trust. The task force will review classified documents related to these high-profile events, addressing long-standing public interest and speculation. This move follows an executive order signed by President Trump, emphasizing the need for openness regarding historical events and government activities. The declassification process is expected to shed light on decades-old mysteries and provide the American public with long-awaited answers. _________________________________LIVE STREAM: Weekdays @ 6pm ETJoin us live every Monday to Friday at 6 PM Eastern Time as we dive into current events, politics, business, comedy, and pop culture!_________________________________FOLLOW: Instagram: @Thedonshahanhttps://www.instagram.com/thedonshahan/X/Twitter: @TheDonShahan https://x.com/TheDonShahanTikTok: @TheDonShahan https://www.tiktok.com/@thedonshahan#epsteinlist#comedypodcast#usnews

Since Syria's President Assad fell from power, the full horror of his regime has begun to be revealed. Mass graves have been discovered around the country. And a vast amount of documentation confirming many of the crimes is emerging. We hear from Canadian lawyer Bill Wiley who has been gathering evidence of atrocities by the Assad regime for years. He believes many of the perpetrators could now be brought to justice. Also on the programme: how a novella by Russian novelist Fyodor Dostoyevsky has become a TikTok sensation; the Russians say they've detained the man who carried out the assassination of a senior general in Moscow; and the polar bears bearing down on a town in northern Canada.Photo by BILAL AL HAMMOUD/EPA-EFE/REX/Shutterstock (15014794bq)
