It has one of the highest CAC vote thresholds we've seen anywhere in the modern era. But that's not it; best we can tell, the process by which votes are counted appears to be some weird historical holdover. How? Why? What? A question: "What if an author of graphically violent horror stories also drew cartoons?" That is answered by Thomas Malafarina, who has created Yes, I Smelled it, Too, a series of single panel cartoons that would make The Far Side and Bizarro appear sane! Thomas' drawings are influenced by Peanuts, but also the artists of MAD Magazine and others, and, like in his other works, he pushes the envelope with a unique sense of humor.  One of the most prolific authors on the Sunbury Press roster, Thomas Malafarina joins host Lawrence Knorr to discuss his new series, but also his lengthy works of horror and suspense. Among these, What Waits Beneath, Burner, From the Dark, as well as the Dead Kill series. Malafarina's work has also appeared in more than 200 anthologies and e-magazines. He also tells of the origins of unique characters, such as Janitor Joe, Jimmy & Squish, and Buttonface. Much of his work is set and influenced by his upbrining in northeast Pennsylvania, especially his hometown of Ashland. In addition to writing, Thomas Malafarina is also a blues musician; he currently resides in Berks County.

In 2014, Zac King began volunteering at a haunted attraction, Bizarro's Factory of Fear(Bizarro's Haunt), taking on the lead role of Pigman. He worked his way to becoming a manager in 2016, earning us the title of one of Ontario's scariest haunted attractions. Throughout the years working for the attraction he suffered from chronic pain, physical disability, mental health issues and drug addiction. He was able to overcome some of them but is still dealing with some to this day.In 2019 when the attraction was being sold, Zac purchased it and continued to provide a spooky experience, changing the name to The Factory of Fear. However, in 2020 the attraction was struck by lightning and burned to the ground, leaving him to have to rethink his life.Since Zac was young, he loved film and storytelling and so he pivoted from live entertainment to creating films!
